Zadorsky's records 1st NSL tally, but Golen's extra time goal results in a draw

And over the top Barnett takes a big push and that is going to be a penalty. Adamek on the edge of the penalty area takes down Barnett and what a mistake that is. Not the greatest decision from Adamek. There are moments where you have to be physical. And then there are silly fouls and that was very silly from her. You see the forearm extension here inside the box just absolutely hits her from behind. No attempt on the ball whatsoever. And you see Barnett celebrating afterwards. Well Kaylee Hunter has taken every penalty this year but on the bench now. So it will be the long time Canadian national team player, the stalwart Selena Zydorski from the spot. With the left boot against Dagenais. And here is Zydorski into the corner and AFC Toronto has the lead. Zydorski steps up for her first career NSL goal. You can see how much that means to her and her team. Not only to take the lead but as you said her first NSL goal. And she's done so well for this AFC Toronto side since she's been here. But just steps up like an absolute pro inside of the foot to that left corner. Dagenais doesn't stand a chance. It's a great finish. Great PK. Zydorski once again showing her quality. This is a wonderful opportunity here for the Rapid to equalize Friedland's ball. It's a good one handed on. Extra time last weekend. Stoppage time today. Zydorski sets up a free kick and it's a dandy to Golan. Absolutely brilliant finish from Golan. And we spoke and highlighted the depth being the superpower of this Ottawa Rapid side. And it's on display again. Wonderful ball in. Golan times her jump and is able to redirect that right past D'Angelo. What a great finish. And right in the nick of time Matt. See it again here. D'Angelo not quite able to keep that out of the back of the net.
