Look at this thing, Patrice. Four car garage. This is amazing. And eight foot doors. Eight foot doors, Patrice. Come on now. All on one level. This thing is gorgeous. And what I love about this, this neighborhood is the proximity to not only Lake Louisville, you're right almost off the lake, but not only that, you are 10 minutes to Frisco, you know? So in 10 minutes you're in the heart of everything. Yeah. But out here you kind of just feel like you're out in the country a little, which is so nice. And then you can go into the hustle and bustle if you feel like it. Exactly. And then look at this island. This thing is so big. What is that? Six, seven? That's a six bed island. Six bed island. That is huge. Yeah. Um, I do love the kind of tone you were pointing this out. You know how you like the, the kind of design of this, of this island. I do. I think it's very sharp looking. And what I like about it is you've got like kind of the black and then it complements this kind of modern brown tone, which is really cool that you have on the rest of the cabinets. I think it's beautiful. And look at all the cabinetry behind you. There's a ton of it. Wait till you see the snack closet. I know. I love the snack closet. You've got a six burner GE monogram appliance package, which is really nice. Double ovens. Look at this fridge. Yeah, that's pretty nice. Pretty nice. And this house has been reduced $46,000. So we could work some more magic on that as well. And then this one has its own en suite with a shower. Nice. I like this. I like the feel of this room. Yeah. I like to feel all the rooms to be honest, but I love the feel of this whole house. Yeah. Look at this. Here's the primary walk in and to your right is this bathtub. You can swim. Oh my gosh, this is huge. Wow. Like that's probably one of the biggest I've seen. Yeah, it's huge. I don't know if that comes across on camera, but that is a huge bathtub. And then look at that shower. Oh my gosh, Patrice, it's a dual box shower with a rain head and niche and two spots to sit. His and hers. Wow. So if you're waiting to take a shower, there's no waiting. No, there are two. I didn't even notice that. And then you shower this sink right here. And of course, I love this. I love having a space right there just for a little vanity area. And then actually the closet is back this way. It's not even in the bathroom. Let's see. So it's over this way. You've got two of them. So here's the bigger of the two. It's pretty long. And then next to me is the other one. Decent size on both of them are plenty has more than I need. And then here we are in the primary. I like how it's kind of got the cathedral ceiling beam ready. I know it's being right. That's what I was gonna say. It's just missing the beam. Look at the windows. You've got two large windows here. And then you've got six windows on that whole wall. I know what I would imagine would be eventually your pool and all that good stuff. That's what people are doing out here. Yeah. We'll show when we go out there. Yeah. You can see even right next door here. They've got a pool. That's cool. Yeah. They're doing all that good stuff. And this goes all the way back. I don't know if you can see that fence back there, but it goes pretty darn far. So that's really nice. Yeah. And then right over here to your other neighbor, they've got a nice pool. They've got an outdoor covered area as well. And then they have a basketball court and a pickleball court.
