Hi my loves! Welcome back to the channel. I know it's been a while but loves, I am back. Now in
today's video, I'll be sharing what I got my kids for Easter. I have three. Six-year-old, five-year-old,
two-year-old, boy, girl, boy. Let's just dive into it, okay? I kept it pretty minimal this year for
Easter. I usually do. I don't go crazy with Easter things. I actually, I'm not intentional with
anything that I buy for Easter. Not like that. Like I get them Easter themed items. Maybe one or
two cool things. But for the most part, I spend the most time prepping for Christmas for my kids
and getting them quality items for that. I also spend a lot of time on their birthdays giving them
again quality items but also an experience. And then I do boo baskets for Halloween and I keep
that pretty minimal as well. Like fun, short-term fun items that are themed and then same with
Easter just so that I have that balance. So these are the baskets that I have used for the past, I
want to say three years. Next year, I am going to upgrade and make sure that every kid has the same
basket because right now my six and five-year-old have the same and then my baby, he has like this
small one that I'm going to upgrade again. All their baskets next year. So let's get into it. Let's put
them together. Let's see what everybody has. Let's start with the oldest. So this is my oldest
basket. Like I said, he's a six-year-old boy named Troy and right now he's into Super Mario,
Lightyear, I mean Roblox. Like I said, I keep it pretty intentional though for Christmas and
birthdays. So I try to get more Easter themed things if anything. But I did find this loofah
and it's a Lightyear loofah from Walmart and I picked it up for 50 cents. So I thought that was
a pretty cool sale and this is something that he actually does need. So there you go. One of his
actual big items is this little Air Warrior crossbow pistol. Super cool and my mom-in-law
actually found this at Dollar General. They were having a penny sale guys. So it was literally
a penny. I can't even make this up. So I thought that was a pretty cool score. Continuing with
the Lightyear theme, I did pick this up for him actually for last Christmas but I got the kids so
much things that I was able to put a lot to the side and these are one of those like simple quick
activities that I thought he can do during the week because my kids are not on social media. My
kids are not on any sort of electronics during the week so I figured he can do this and he loves
Lightyear so that's a fun little activity for him. Something else that my mom-in-law picked up
from Dollar General was this slime sand and again they were having penny deals so in fact this was
like a penny maybe 10 cents the most but it is slime sand and we have it in color blue.
So we live here in Florida. It's pretty hot usually. I will say this spring though it's
chillier than the norm but I'm pretty sure Easter day we could be outside playing the slime sand so
I'm not worried about that. We did get him the Peeps. They're blue. Now either you love Peeps,
you hate Peeps. I hate them. He loves them. My fire loves them so we got him that. I also picked
him up this Star Wars Mandalorian bath bomb. Now this is pretty neat. I found this at the Dollar
Tree. Never seen it before. I don't know if it's new. I'm pretty sure it came from somewhere else
and they just had overstock and it came to Dollar Tree because as you can see it has the Disney plus
print and then you can see the colors. It just looks like a really good quality item. So it
shoots out all of these colors like a rainbow and my son's gonna go crazy over it because he loves
Star Wars, Baby Yoda, all of that. I found this Jurassic World ball and inside is just stickers
and I am telling you my six-year-old and five-year-old even my two-year-old they all
just run around the house chasing each other sticking stickers on their faces and things like
that. So this is one of those items where I say short-term fun. You know it won't last a long time.
It's not like the highest quality item but it's fun. So that was $1.25 from the Dollar Tree.
Okay another fun item. This is something my kids are gonna like. I'm not too sure about the candy.
I don't think my kids will like the candy but this they love things like this okay. They love
things that light up. This will give my kids maybe two hours worth of entertainment. They're at that
fun young age so I was excited. That's exactly why I bought it from the Dollar Tree okay.
Not so much the candy. I'll probably be the one eating that. I did give him a Skittle filled egg
though and then I got him again like I said he loves Baby Yoda. So we have the Play-Doh and again
I mentioned this already but during the week my kids they're not allowed to touch any sort of like
you know they don't really watch TV. We don't do iPads so Play-Doh and slime things like that is
what really entertains them. Okay and then I got him this dino slime and fossil in it. It's really
cool. It's a bag and you get one of these. Now for Christmas I got him the egg. You put the dinosaur
together. He loves that. This you don't actually put it together but he'll enjoy just playing with
slime and everything. So I found this and this was the only one at my Dollar Tree. Otherwise I
would have brought my daughter one but she'll be okay. I got him this ceramic egg which every Easter
I give them something to paint that is Easter themed and I have a bowl of eggs and I just I
add it to the bowl so next year this will be in our decor part of our decor. And that oh and one
last thing I got him this towel from the Dollar Tree. They they expand when you put them in water
and um yeah this is the first time I said okay let me go ahead and put it in your basket. Now
he is getting something large. So my son's big item will be this helicopter that flies around
similar to a drone and I think it's super cool. Now I was asked to review this so I decided to go
ahead and put it in his basket. I also wanted to get him these 3D glasses because he's obsessed
and it comes with a book where he could look at images so I thought that was pretty neat
and those are his two big items. That was everything that my six-year-old is getting
and he'll love it. He'll enjoy it. Okay let's move on to my daughter. Again just like my son
she's getting something to paint. She's getting the bunny and it'll be part of our decor next year.
She also got a bath bomb. Hers is Minnie Mouse and again great quality right like it doesn't even
look like it came from Dollar Tree but I love that it shoots out streams of color and you can
see that right on top of Minnie's little head so that is going to be fun. She's going to love this.
This is a little mini like pet toy. My daughter is obsessed with miniature toys and animals so
the combination she's gonna go crazy over this and treat this like it's worth $15. It was only
$1.25 at the Dollar Tree. She's getting two Play-Dohs. Originally this is the one that I
bought her and this was going to go to my two-year-old. My two-year-old is a new two-year-old
kind of so he's still in that putting things in his mouth stage and I was like even for aesthetics
I don't want to put this in his basket so I decided that I'll give it to my daughter which
honestly her and my six-year-old they always combine it anyway so it's fine. I also got her
this blind bag again from the Dollar Tree. She loves unicorns so she'll be getting one of these
and then she also got her Skittle egg. She also got her towel. Hers is Minnie Mouse and then
I did get her this surprise ball. Inside is LOL stickers and again she's going to love this. They
just they love surprises you know and then um just like my son they get the little spinner
so she's gonna love and enjoy that. She also got a little coloring set. Hers is My Little Pony.
She loves My Little Pony and then her Peeps are cotton candy flavor and they're pink like I said
they just they love Peeps. I don't even like cotton candy flavor either by the way but anyways and
then she also got her slime stand and they're gonna love this for outdoors and like I said my
mom-in-law paid I want to say a penny or 10 cents or something crazy. My mom-in-law actually found
this for my daughter as well at the Dollar General and again it was like 10 cents or something crazy
30 cents max um but she is called Dream Ella and my daughter loves um Barbies in the bathtub so I
like that she has a bathing suit on and um I don't know it's just screams spring so this is like her
bigger item. In addition I got my daughter this crybaby. She's been wanting it for a while so I
figured you know I got my son two big items. I figured she can have two little big items which
is her Barbie and then her crybaby so she's gonna be super happy about that. Let's move on to the
baby's items. He's two years old like I said he's like a newly two year old so he's still kind of
like putting things in his mouth so I tried to keep it practical with him. Um I did get him this
Mickey Mouse coloring set. I think he'll be fine doing that with me on his little table.
I got him the same piece but his is birthday cake flavor. He also got this which he's gonna
go crazy over. Instead of getting him a Skittles egg I got him a dino egg and he gets this every
year if I'm being honest. He likes to play with the outside of it and you know so he actually he
makes this last quite a while. I'm really impressed by it um but whenever he does decide to take this
off I then will go in his egg and eat the the candy for him because he's not really a candy
eater yet. He will love this. It's a little microphone and it like echoes your voice so you
know he's gonna enjoy that. And then I got him this baby Mickey and Minnie book. He's obsessed
with Mickey Mouse and we have so many books guys but I just saw this one and I knew he had to have
it. His big item will be these cars again from Dollar General and this was like a penny if not a
penny maybe 10 cents 20 cents something insane that I couldn't even believe we were able to get
um but it has all these cars in it and he's obsessed so that is going to be his big little
item. As far as the items that they're going to share I will go in and show you we did get these
crisp eggs there's one each for one each little one of mine and it's a chocolate bunny. I'm hoping
they like it because it has like crunch inside kind of like a um babe what's that bar called
is it called crunch yeah I think it's yeah it's called a crunch bar I'm hoping they like it I
don't know I don't think they've ever they usually just like milk chocolate so I'm hoping that they
do like that they're also going to be sharing this chalk and it's in the shape of eggs usually
Easter we always spend most of the day outside we eat brunch indoors we do prayer it's really fun
of course we're gonna have Easter egg hunts probably before Easter and then actual Easter
day we are always outside usually so they're going to enjoy their chalk and you know their
little activities um and then of course you can't have Easter without bubbles especially if you have
little ones so here is what we have now um and like I said my mom-in-law we went kind of crazy
or she she went crazy at dollar general we got a lot of extra stuff but I'm saving it some things
for birthdays and Christmas like I said that's when I'm the most intentional but I feel like
what I got for them is pretty fun and it's enough to excite them for that day love time has passed
I wanted to show you the finished baskets and the reason why I didn't complete it and
well my phone ended up dying and then I had to pick my daughter up from school and so you know
now the kids are asleep I have the baskets put together and they are hidden in this closet in
our in our office that the kids they don't come in it so I'm going to show you guys uh how they
how they look okay so this is my daughter's basket this is her basket I do have a little
garland that I put around um this is something that the kids will share and then also um well
I have to put it together better than this but I did add one more thing to her basket because
my son is getting a big item he's getting a remote control helicopter and then the baby is getting
this Peppa Pig set so he actually I showed you guys cars earlier I decided to save the cars for
his birthday and get him this because it's like more spring and everything and we could take it
with us to the beach the pool um bath time here's our baby's basket and I decided to give him the
loofah because my daughter actually has one I just realized and then here's my son's his
helicopter will be coming soon and I'll have that linked down for you and then I got my daughter a um
a cry baby
