It's another trophy in the cabinet for PSG,
after Wednesday's 2-1 win against Aston Villa in the Super Cup.
The contest pits the UEFA Champions League winners
against the holders of the UEFA Europa League.
PSG coach Luis Enrique said that for him, every trophy counts.
We are going to prepare this season in the same way
that the last two years, trying to win every single trophy.
That's our goal, that's our ambition,
and that's the ambition of the club
and the ambition of our supporters.
It took 20 minutes for PSG's Kvičar Kvaradškelia to open the scoring,
but Aston Villa didn't make it too easy for the Parisians.
17-year-old striker Brian Maggio levelled the playing field
in the 45th minute, after missing a couple of chances,
making him the youngest scorer ever in the Super Cup.
His teammates were quick to congratulate him.
Tonight, obviously, he had a few chances as well.
He had the header where he probably could have scored,
and then a good finish, yeah.
So really happy for him, and obviously 17 is still so young,
so he'll be delighted, yeah.
Ultimately, it was Desiree Due who netted the winning goal for PSG
in the 62nd minute.
And there was a history-making moment for Somali referee Omar Artan,
who became the first non-European official to lead the match.
It follows his disappointment at being denied entry to the US
for the World Cup.
