Come along with me for a real, unfiltered day in the life of a working mom in 2026 🤍 From getting myself ready, getting the kids for school, and juggling work, meetings, and mom life… this is what a full day actually looks like behind the scenes. It’s busy, it’s chaotic at times, but I know someday I'll want to look back on these moments. In this vlog: ✨ Morning routine + getting ready ✨ School drop-off with the kids ✨ Workday behind the scenes ✨ Balancing career + motherhood ✨ Real-life moments (not just the highlight reel) I know we're all working moms, but you’re a 9-5 working mom (or just trying to balance it all), I hope this makes you feel seen 💛
A working mother of three in Cleveland, Ohio, shares a glimpse into her daily routine. The video covers her morning preparations, managing school drop-offs for her children, her professional workday, and evening family activities, while also discussing the challenges of balancing motherhood with personal health and wellness.
Welcome to the first day in the life on my channel in a really long time
but I am a working mom of three. I live in Cleveland, Ohio
and I'm going to take you on what a day looks like nowadays.
After I wake up, I'll brush my teeth, wash my face, put in my contacts, do my skincare.
Good morning!
And we got two puppies over the summer so I make sure I take them outside.
Then I'll make myself a cup of mushroom coffee, hop in the shower. That way I have my coffee
as I get ready and do my makeup and my hair and then I get dressed. Come here!
All right, this is the outfit of the day. I just have like a white button-up, jeans,
heels. I was going to put on a blazer but I'm just not feeling it. I don't actually have that
many meetings today and they're all internal. Watch the house real good while I'm gone.
If you're new here, I've been divorced for about four years now and we have 50-50
so I go and get the kids on this morning to take them to school on my way to work.
It is horrible weather. It is not spring. It's basically a freezing rain right now,
turning into snow. Hi Hayden! Good morning!
Good morning! I love you! And right now the older kids are in elementary school and my
youngest is still in preschool so I have two different drop-offs to do. Love you,
have a good day! Have a good day, love you! Bye Landon, love you!
I love you, have a good day, okay?
I'm gonna be six years old. You're gonna be six? That was big! Why does it have to be so cold?
I just got to the office to take my little ginger shot. I always try to take these for
immunity, especially with all the travel. All right, let's go!
It is so cold but I'm heading out to a meet-and-go in a restaurant.
While you floss at least they say something, still I try to connect with you through your eyes,
your eyes. Heading to Pop for lunch. So I got the protein packer.
I have my lunch while I wait for school pickup for Hayden, still taking calls and working from
the line. But this is something I was thinking about as I feel like in this video I didn't
really get to share with you my workout. One, because I didn't do it this morning. I decided
I wanted more hours of sleep than the workout. But I feel like that's something that every mom
deals with is your sacrificing either your sleep or your ability to work out or being able to eat
healthy. Plus just the stress of motherhood, it's just all part of the deal. And maybe your life
doesn't look exactly like mine. We all know you reach a certain age and you feel like your body
is changing and you can't quite explain it. And I feel like I've definitely had moments where I've
noticed those changes over the last couple of years, whether it's my energy or my mood,
you just feel off. And then I think we just brush it off as women. Like we just have to keep going
because we have so many other priorities and people that we're taking care of. And I feel
like that's frustrating because instead of really diving in deep to what's going on with your body,
you just push it to the side. But as I get older, I want to stop doing that. And I want you to not do
that either. I want to be proactive. I want real answers. I want someone who listens to me and my
concerns about my body and my health. And we all deserve that, to know what's going on with our
body and not just ignore it. And that's why I wanted to share MidiHealth with you today. And
thank you to MidiHealth for sponsoring today's video. They are a virtual care clinic that is
designed just for women. And their focus is actually seeing, hearing, and understanding
you. MidiHealth supports everything from perimenopause to menopause, mood, weight,
even hair and skin. If you've been noticing little changes or even big ones, MidiHealth is
the type of support that meets you where you're at. And what stands out to me is the clinicians
can order lab tests. They review your results with you, and then they actually adjust your
care based on your goals. And when appropriate, they can prescribe hormonal or non-hormonal support.
So it's not just surface level advice. And as a busy mom, the fact that it is all virtual and
they bill to insurance, just like any other provider, just makes it feel doable. I think
I'm realizing that aging well means not doing everything on your own, especially in a season
of life like this. I know for me, when I was having a lot of concerns about my energy and my mood,
MidiHealth helped me to figure out that season. And I want you to know, you don't have to figure
this out alone either. Do not ignore the signs your body is giving you. So if you've been feeling
off or want to talk to somebody about those changes that you're going through, go to
TryMidi.com slash Brianna. I will also have this linked down in my description box below,
and you can join over 200,000 women who trust MidiHealth to get them through midlife with real
care and understanding. And thank you again to MidiHealth for sponsoring today's video.
Time to pick up Hayden, and then I had to pick up the big kids.
Hi, how was your day? Good.
Got your after school snack? He lives off popcorn.
Popcorn and yogurt and blueberries. And all he watches is Zootopia.
Is that your favorite movie? Yeah. Favorite part of my day is taking the heels off,
putting the slippers on. I mean, what I really want to do is just take my bra off and my comfy
clothes. I feel like that's every woman's real favorite part of their day, but I still have to
take Presley to dance when I'm done working, and it's parent viewing night. Supposedly we're
supposed to join in the class, so I might change into more workout clothes for that, but I still
have to finish working. And I don't know about you, but I feel like I need a little afternoon
pick-me-up to finish out the work day, so making my afternoon cup of coffee and finishing up work
in my office. And then on this evening, Presley had her contortion dance class.
I threw this on real fast to go to Presley's dance class. Hi, Mom! Hi, baby.
And like I said, it was a class where we got to go in and learn a little bit of their routine with
them. Trust me, you did not want to see me attempt this, but I'm just really proud of Presley. She is
so good at this. Oh my god.
So
and now we're back at home for just a cozy little night in. I have to make dinner and get the kids
to bed. I'm gonna make this Brahmi protein pasta and then I'm making grilled chicken. I seasoned
it with salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning. And we used this last week and
Presley also agreed it's amazing, so this is the sauce I'm gonna use.
Feel good for the other boys, thanks only like an ex could.
So I thought you'd change, but you go back to the same old ways.
Great.
Thank you all so much for watching this day in the life. Please subscribe for more videos
and I will see you in the next one. Bye, loves. Love you.
