IN THIS VIDEO: I'm showing you the exact point to target and one powerful exercise to release masseter tension. You'll feel the difference immediately and understand why this muscle ages your face 10 years faster.
But here's the reality... ONE EXERCISE FEELS AMAZING, BUT WON'T PREVENT TENSION FROM COMING BACK. Your masseter muscle accumulates tension constantly from stress, anxiety, and clenching. Without daily practice, tension returns and so does that tired, aged appearance. To maintain that lifted, open look, you need a complete system.
THAT'S THE FACE LIFT MARATHON: ✅ Complete daily routine to keep masseter relaxed ✅ Techniques for stress-triggered clenching ✅ Just 10 minutes to look younger and feel better ✅ Address root cause of tired-looking face
If recently you looked in the mirror and you felt, hmm, my face looks tired or sad,
but inside you feel energetic and happy, chances are it's not because of lack of
sleep, it's something that's going on within your face that needs to be
corrected because it actually makes you age faster.
My name is Valeria Vekseler.
I'm a registered nurse, Board of Providers in manual therapy and body
works and a face fitness expert.
And today I'm going to share with you one point that you
We hear a lot from marketing companies that the reason why we start to age is
because of gravity or because we lose collagen or hyaluronic acid, and people
feel afraid of aging because they think that there is no solution for that.
But if you actually look at scientific evidence, you will understand that the
reason why we start to age is because our facial muscles accumulate tension.
And our facial muscles, especially certain facial muscles, they actually
hold our face up and when those muscles become tight and tense, they shorten in
their diameter and they start to drag our skin with them.
So that's when we end up with jowls, folds, wrinkles, and we start to look
like we aged by 10 years without even doing anything wrong with our face.
So what we need to focus on is facial muscles that contribute to those aging
signs, and one point that contributes to aging faster is actually our masseter
muscles point, and this point is located right under your cheekbones.
So if you use your fingertips and you actually press under your cheekbones
on the top of the masseter muscle, close to your ears, you will
feel some pain or discomfort.
And this is indicating to you that there is tension.
So what you need to do is you need to work through certain face fitness
movements that will help you release this tension.
And when the tension is released, your face will look lifted and more open.
And before I share with you the exercise that will release tension, make sure

This will help me to create more videos like this for you that are educational
and different from all the information that you might have heard before.
So let's go ahead and understand where our chewing muscles are located so that
you know exactly where to massage.
Place your hands close to your ears and clench, relax your
teeth a couple of times.
Clench, relax, clench, relax.
You'll feel a bulgy sensation against your hands.
Usually it's right in this zone here.
And what a lot of people do incorrectly is they focus on pressing too
hard into the muscle itself, creating more tension, but we want to relax this
muscle, especially if you're the type of person that when you're stressing or
you feel anxious, you clench your teeth automatically.
Next time when you notice yourself doing that, try this point massage that I'm
going to share with you right now to release tension and ultimately your
face will start to lift back up.
Use your knuckles.
Place your knuckles under your cheekbones with your mouth slightly open.
You're going to move from side to side slowly.
Breathing, shoulders are down.
You're going to feel quite uncomfortable at this point because there is a lot of
tension. The more pain one person has, the more tension that person has in their
facial muscles. And after you become comfortable with the sensation, you can
press a little bit more down from the first point and do this again.
And then at the bottom as well.
After you finish, place your hands on your chin muscles and tap into them to
release any leftover tension.
And I'm sure that right now you feel a lot more relaxed and open in your cheek
area. Once you learn how to properly release tension in your facial muscles,
you will start to look younger and younger.
And it does take time.
It's not just one exercise like this that will help you get rid of all the
tension. But this is a great start.
