Hey guys, welcome back to my channel.
I'm Alexandra and you are watching Studio Fix.
The series where I tackle teeny tiny apartments under 500 square feet and show
you how to make them beautiful, stylish, and organized.
He's clapping.
It's a little crooked.
Whoa.
I just think it's so funny that I'm doing this in my skirt.
I'm like so proud.
Stunning.
You got a makeover to do.
So wait, what?
I don't recognize it.
Oh my God.
Let's get started.
Today we are helping Tavis makeover his teeny tiny micro studio apartment.
You guys, this apartment is one room.
The kitchen and bathroom are like tiny little closets.
This is going to be such a huge transformation.
If you love small space makeovers, that's what we do here.
We make over rentals and studio apartments.
So please consider hitting that subscribe button.
It would mean so much.
And then you get notified every time I upload.
Okay.
I have so much to chat about with Tavis.
Let's hop on a call with him to get to know him and the space.
Hi Tavis.
Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you too.
Congrats for winning a makeover with us.
I'm so excited to take on your space.
Yeah, I'm very excited that you want to tackle this tiny apartment.
I think it's one of the smallest we've ever tackled.
Yeah.
It's like one of the smallest I've ever seen.
I think it's such a beautiful space though.
Like you get so much light.
Your ceilings look pretty tall.
It looks like a great base to work with.
Yeah.
I moved in November of last year.
As you can maybe tell, I haven't really like totally settled in yet.
It's difficult to figure out like where to put things.
I think.
Can you walk me through what some of those things are for you?
Yeah, I would definitely love to have some kind of like table when I walk in
where I could sort of put down my keys and wallet and things like that.
I would also love to have a bookshelf.
I've got a lot of books and movies that I would like to have sort of at the ready.
And I'm really not sure where I would put a dresser.
I would love to have like a little TV in here at some point.
Like my partner's only been here once in like the few months I've been here and
we're just fine, but I think like if it was a little nicer, I think she'd maybe
want to come by more often and it's a nice cozy little space, but I think it
could be cozier.
Do you work from home?
No, I don't work from home, but yeah, I do like to sort of have like a space to
do some personal work and things like that.
I don't mind having like the same table doubling as a workspace and a dining
table.
So like maybe like a Murphy desk or like something that's kind of like a surface
for you.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Are you okay with the space just functioning as your bedroom?
Would you want to explore the idea of doing like a Murphy bed?
I don't know if that's like that will work, but.
Yeah, that was definitely something I was thinking about.
Like a Murphy bed I think maybe would make more sense in here because then I
could have couch and a bed and because right now I don't have anywhere to sit
other than the bed or the chairs I have for this dining table.
I'll do some digging and see what I can find, but I think what I'm hearing from
you is like if it could work having a bed and a seating space.
Yeah, yeah, that would be great.
Okay, cool.
Let's move on to your inspo.
It's giving me like cozy cottage.
I love it.
Is that how you would describe your style?
I guess so.
Yeah.
Cozy, rural cottage.
I love that.
I would love to have more plants in here.
I think that would be nice.
I do like a lot of like dark wood and just generally the decor.
I do kind of love like a cozy like French cottage kind of thing.
Yeah, I feel like these all seem very cozy to me.
Are you picturing the walls being painted a kind of darker, moodier color like in the
last two images?
That's a good question.
I mean, I think I do really like that dark green in that space in the picture.
I don't know if it would really work in here.
Maybe like a like a light green, I think would also be kind of nice or a light blue.
Okay, well, I feel like I have a really good handle on what you need.
I think the challenge is going to be making this space a comfortable space for you to
lounge and hang out, because right now, like you said, it's like you're walking
into your space and you just have the bed.
I'm determined to find something that's going to work for you.
I'm really excited about this one.
Yeah, thank you so much.
I'm like really, truly so excited.
Amazing. Okay, I'll meet you on reveal day.
All right. Great to meet you, Alexandra.
You have a great day.
You too.
Tavis describes his style as like whimsical French country cottage, and I see the
vibe. There's lots of warm blue and greens in Tavis' inspo, lots of darker, warmer
wood tones, thrifted, eclectic pieces, and just an overall cottagey feel.
So here is what I'm thinking.
Tavis' walls are in desperate need of a paint job.
These walls are in such bad condition, so I want to paint out the whole space in
this blue-green paint color, as well as painting out the trim in a warm white.
I plan to add a huge rug to really anchor the space.
This one is washable, and I'm loving the hit of green.
I am doing something I've never done before on this channel.
I am finally using a loft bed.
So many of you have asked for this for years, and this is just the exact right
space. It's going to give Tavis the ability to have obviously a sleeping area, but
also a lounge area, something that just isn't possible for him right now.
This loft bed is a queen size, so I am going to upgrade him from a double to a
queen bed. I also looked at those Murphy beds that are cabinets that sit on the
floor, something I didn't realize.
All the ones I looked at actually have to be mounted to the wall, which makes sense
because you're opening it, so it needs to be really sturdy and anchored.
And there is literally no wall to mount the Murphy bed to.
I didn't want to drill it into the floor because this is a rental.
I also thought about doing a sofa bed, but the loft bed, I think, is just way more
functional in this space and really gives Tavis everything he's asked for.
I'm going to add in a few vintage pieces.
I'm thinking a vintage floor lamp, a vintage dresser in the entryway to maximize
storage. And I also want to hang some floating shelves so Tavis can put all his
books and DVDs on display, because right now his space is not screaming Tavis.
It's really just screaming a room where he stores some things.
So I want to change that.
Hi, guys. I'm very happy to report that it is a sunny, warm day.
I feel like this is like the first video and my first weather report where I can
actually say it's warm in Toronto.
The sun is like pouring through the windows.
So it's me, Graham and Amanda today.
And Graham and I are going to paint out Tavis's entire studio.
I tested and sampled like so many different paint colors.
So I'm excited to reveal the one that I went with.
But before we get to any painting, before I reveal any color to you, Graham and I
are going to prep the walls.
They are in such bad condition.
Like someone just patched and then didn't paint over it.
Yeah. So we're going to totally transform these walls today.
We have our work cut out for us.
Let's do it.
Graham and I are going around and we're patching any holes in the walls and also
the trim. Graham is now sanding all of our patchwork down.
There was also patch that had been left on these walls that no one had sanded
down. So we're just making these walls as even as we can get them.
I'm now going over the dried patch with some primer.
This seals the patch and prevents the paint from pulling it up once we apply
the wall paint.
OK, we're done the prep and I don't know if you guys can tell, but the walls
already look so much better after some patch, a sand, a little bit of primer.
They look brand new. I'm looking at Graham and he's nodding.
So Graham and I are going to start painting.
We're going to start with the trim and I've chosen Cloud White by Benjamin Moore.
I really want to warm up the studio, especially because we're going with like a
French cottage style.
Let's get started.
OK, so for the walls, I've chosen Iced Marble by Benjamin Moore.
It's like a green blue color with gray undertones.
Graham is starting to cut in and I'm falling behind with Enroller.
This is how we tag team our paint days.
He cuts in, I roll.
One thing I do when picking a paint color is I scour the Internet for anyone's
space that has used the paint color I'm leaning towards.
Obviously, light is a huge factor in how your paint is going to look in your
actual space, but it's a good jumping off point to see if you're on the right
track. From there, I like to actually swatch out my paint colors
before I order a full size.
We are doing a few coats on both the trim and the walls.
OK, that was a great painting day.
That was a lot of painting. Great job.
It was a lot. I mean, the square footage is small, but
so many corners.
There's seven frames you have to cut around.
Yeah. The color is everything I hoped it would be and more.
Yeah. I'll show you guys tomorrow.
There's so much stuff in here right now and we want to go home.
So we'll show you the color tomorrow.
But it looks really good. See you tomorrow.
OK. Bye.
Hi, guys. My weather update of the day.
So rainy and gray out.
Yesterday was like beautiful, sunny.
Do you remember you were filming the light leaks on the floor?
It was like hope for us.
The reason I keep talking about the weather is because shooting these makeovers is
just so hard because one day it's really sunny, one day it's really gray.
We want it to look good for you guys.
But that's just a little annoyance on our end.
The color looks so good.
My legs are like jello today.
All that painting was a lot, but we got it done.
Love the color. It's perfect.
It's exactly what I wanted in this space.
So we are going to just start with the decor.
I'm going to start decorating.
I'm starting with a rug, and I'm particularly excited about this one
because it's from the company called Revival Rugs.
I actually discovered them somewhat recently.
We used one of their rugs in Tayo's living room makeover,
and I was obsessed with the color.
I was obsessed with the scallop edges.
I'm really excited to use one of their rugs in Tayo's.
Are you guys ready to see?
Let's roll it out.
Whoo. Oh, my gosh.
This is so beautiful.
This is Tayo's apartment, so it's high traffic.
I wanted something that he could wash and that could easily be cleaned.
That's why I love Revival Rugs, because they have washable options
just like this one, but they don't look or feel overly synthetic.
Their washable rugs are made from high quality materials
like wool, recycled denim and recycled polyester,
and they don't lose their quality when they're washed or spot cleaned.
These rugs are so great for busy households.
If you have kids, pets, people running around, they're beautiful.
And I'm obsessed with the flower pattern.
I think it's perfect for that like French cottage country style we're going for.
Thank you so much to Revival Rugs for sponsoring today's video.
You guys can get 20% off when you click the link in my description box.
This is an exclusive code just for you using this link.
I actually have another rug for the entryway coming in for the makeover later,
and I'm sure you're going to see lots more Revival Rugs
in upcoming makeovers because they're that good.
The time has come.
We are going to build the loft bed.
I don't know what to expect.
So you guys are going to get my live reaction when we start to see it take shape.
I'm thinking of that scene from Step Brothers when they get in the bunk beds.
There's so much more room for activities.
Here's the thing.
It'll give us so much extra space in our room to do activities.
All right. He's like climbing up and then the whole thing just goes.
That's not going to happen.
OK, it's a loft bed.
Yeah, it's not.
Oh, no.
Can I f***ing hold them all real quick?
For real, Graham is going to like murder me in my sleep, I think.
And this isn't even the one we need.
It's going here.
That's a seven.
We need the five.
How is it up here?
It's so spacious.
A lot of loft beds are doubles, but I searched high and low and found a queen.
So we've like upgraded him to a queen.
Upgraded.
We've upgraded him to a queen.
How does it do you feel?
Super high up here.
It's so solid.
Look.
So you feel OK?
Kind of jealous.
The thing about loft beds,
usually they're so high up in the air in a room that you can't sit up straight.
Look how much room there is.
You can literally say he's got like a two floor studio.
OK, I'm very, very happy with this find.
Such amazing quality.
So sturdy.
I was a little bit nervous because we've never done this before,
but I think it's a really, really great solve for Tavis
and the way he uses the space.
He can still very much access the closet.
Oh,
that the mirror.
You want to wave?
I want to show them how it just opens all the way.
And then the ladder just like tucks nicely
over in this corner.
Like, look at this. This is awesome.
We are going to change the ceiling fan.
Obviously, it's not safe to have that up there on when he's in bed.
So I've found a semi flush mount, which is going to function a lot better.
This semi flush mount is from Mitzi.
It's so pretty and delicate.
I love it.
OK, this right here is proof.
Repeat after me that ceiling lights do not have to be boring.
This is beautiful.
Mitzi, you're the GOAT of lighting.
Seriously, the greatest of all time.
Like, this is so beautiful.
It's also called the Atlanta.
OK, it's mattress time.
This mattress in a box is from Article.
I'm so happy that we can give Tavis a brand new queen size mattress.
I have to say, these mattresses that comes in that come like this
are so great for small spaces.
I'm like hoping I don't become one of those memes.
OK, two things.
The size of this bed for Tavis is amazing.
This mattress is also so comfy.
It's like memory foam.
Do you see my hand?
I want to dive in here so bad.
I'm not going to.
But me and Atlanta were like, this is so cozy and comfy up here.
OK, that was a big day.
I will see you guys tomorrow.
We have so many more fun things in store for you.
See you then.
Hey, guys.
I was so excited to keep going with this makeover.
It's looking so good.
I didn't really know what to expect with the loft bed,
but I think it really, really works in here.
We're going to start today by actually installing an air conditioner unit.
As you guys know, we took the fan down because it wasn't going to work
with the loft bed, but this is a really small space.
I'm assuming it gets really hot in the summer.
So I wanted to give Tavis another option since we took the fan away.
So let's install the air conditioner now.
OK, I'm so excited.
I've had my eye on this for so long.
It's from a company called Windmill Air, and you can hook this up to your phone.
It's very design forward.
It's not like bulky and ugly.
I feel like this really works.
It's meant for a room five times larger than this.
It covers up to like 500 square feet.
So it's going to be nice and cool in here.
And it's supposed to be really quiet.
So we're going to test it out.
Because usually they turn on and they're like,
Baaaaaah!
Do you hear everyone reacting?
I'm guessing when you have it connected to your phone,
you can like set it on a schedule.
So Tavis, when he leaves, he can turn it off,
but then set it to like turn on before he gets home.
I love that.
For those at home that don't have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth air conditioners,
go to the hardware store, get a $20 smart plug and you can create schedules
so it like turns on an hour before you wake up
and then like an hour after you leave or something.
Such a good tip.
So it's like if you don't want to splurge on a new AC,
you can bring your AC into the 21st century.
Such a good tip, Graham.
OK, I'm so happy this is done.
I am also really excited about the next thing we're bringing in,
which is a love seat, because as you know, we now have so much room in here.
Tavis had a bed in here and it took up the entire space.
But then when we had the call, he was like,
I'd love a living room, somewhere to sit.
I'd love a place to eat.
I'd love a place to work.
So I was like, how are we going to do this?
Watch and learn, people.
OK, so I knew that we needed a love seat that was like low to the ground,
but still really comfy and something on the smaller side
to fit under the loft bed.
So I knew instantly that this one would be perfect from article.
I'm just going to tilt it.
No, I'm going to go on this side.
No, I'm good.
Oh, it's going to fit so perfectly under here.
OK, it is so wild to me.
I stare at these floor plans for like so long when I'm planning a space
and like the mood board and to actually see it come together
like IRL.
This is so cozy.
Oh, my gosh, I love it.
It's leather.
And what I love about article leather sofas and chairs
and just like furniture in general is it ages so, so nicely.
So it gets like old and worn in.
Yeah, really excited about this.
So if you also live in a small space or have a space in your home
that you just like do not know what to do with.
My team and I actually take on a few clients every month
and we make magic happen virtually.
So this is my virtual makeover consultation package.
So you purchase the package.
You and I hop on a 30 minute call.
You send in photos and measurements and then my team and I make magic happen.
And we deliver you a full package filled with a 3D mood board,
a floor plan, color suggestions and actual shoppable products.
I worked with a client recently who needed help with her TV room.
And this was the mood board we sent her.
And then this is the after.
She implemented this mood board to a tee.
It looks like she copy and pasted it.
It's so cool to see my clients
actually recreate the suggestions we give them in these packages.
So if you are looking for a virtual makeover, you can head to AlexandraGator.com.
OK, so seating, big checkmark.
When I was planning this space, my original idea was actually to add
a lift top coffee table so Tavis could have somewhere to eat,
maybe do a bit of work.
But because we don't do anything casually over here on this channel,
Graham has actually made a DIY like full size table for Tavis.
Please go support Graham on his channel.
He has a full video outlining how he did this IKEA hack,
but he also has other series over there like Help Me Handyman Graham.
And yeah, Graham's going to install his DIY.
I can't wait. I have no idea what to expect.
OK, so you asked me to build a folding table.
What did you want in this table?
I guess I wanted it to function as a table and maybe like a desk for Tavis.
Nice. OK, OK.
And then like when you're at a desk, what's nice?
What's nice about a desk?
Like, I guess like charging ports.
OK, but like, no, no worries if you didn't add those.
Yeah. OK, maybe we don't have you guess.
Yeah. OK, on the count of three, open your eyes.
OK. One, two, three.
What? Yeah.
I think the stain is absolutely stunning.
So I did look at your mood board. Yeah.
And I did see all the dark tones.
Yeah. I was like, OK, I know this has to be dark.
But you've sealed it.
Like I was like, this is it's stunning.
It's really, really, really, really beautiful.
Sorry. Is that a light?
OK. And how does it work?
It's actually, in fact, a snow globe that I found at the thrift store.
What? That I de-snow globes and then I painted.
But it looks like the moon.
Doesn't it?
Wait, but is it plugged in somewhere?
Yeah, it's plugged into the wall.
Graham, this is insane.
Can you show me how it opens?
Yeah. So this just folds up
and then it's just the way that the Norberg table works anyway.
So if you look under, I put a power bar here
because you open this door
and it has so you can have this like laptop cable go down and plug in.
What? But then also.
Don't tell me it's a magnetic board.
Don't tell me.
So the whole back is magnetic.
I honestly think you're like a genius.
So you can put all his parking tickets like I do.
Thank you so much.
Tavis is going to be so thrilled.
OK, so these beautiful chairs are from Home and Fun,
and I truly have had not seen this table.
I wanted these to be lightweight so Tavis could move them around.
I'm thinking he could have them like here when he has friends over facing the sofa.
Oh, did you see the lock?
Yeah. Isn't it so cool?
Pull. Open.
Shall we sit? Yeah.
Like, look how cool these look.
Oh, my goodness.
OK, great job.
This is amazing.
Shall we fold it down and maybe put the chairs against the desk
to see how it looks?
Wow. Very cool.
OK, I would love to finish this wall.
Tavis has a lot of books.
He mentioned he would love to have his books on display.
There's just so much wall space to be used in this apartment.
So let's take some shelves and complete this wall.
These shelves are from Earntree.
We've used these shelves so many times because they're custom.
They do custom stains, custom sizes.
OK, look how much storage we just added.
Also, I really, really want you to pan over to this side.
You got her lounging on the sofa.
You got her. We're good.
You got him up there. It's hilarious.
So now I'm going to fill these shelves with Tavis's books.
He also has a bunch of DVDs he wanted displayed as well.
If you're like, I don't have enough storage,
I want you to look around your room right now.
Is there an empty wall?
Buy some shelves.
Bob's your uncle.
Graham just informed me
that the movie buffs out there are going to get mad if I put these horizontally.
So can you do some of each?
I don't I think we want them vertically.
I haven't seen a DVD in a really long time, and it's making me nostalgic.
Like, bring the DVDs back.
OK, if you don't have bookends, literally any piece of decor will work.
I like to add height on my shelves, as I've said a million times.
So I'm using this candlestick here.
I also like to stack books at the end
horizontally to kind of create a little makeshift bookend.
OK, this looks really good.
I'm so excited for him.
I feel like he's going to be really stoked to see all of his stuff on display.
OK, I am now moving on to the entryway, which is this area.
And I knew right away that I wanted to bring a dresser in.
Dressers are really great, obviously, for storage, especially a tall dresser.
Tavis does have a full walk-in closet situation,
but I thought this would be good for like extra shoes or accessories,
or maybe he has clothes that he wants to fold.
It's just like dressers are just great in entryways is my point.
I also wanted to bring in something a little on the more French provincial side.
We're really going for like a French cottage in the country.
I went to Rob, Mr. Vintage.
He's so great at sourcing pieces that are really specific
or like from certain eras.
We love Rob so much.
And yeah, he found this beautiful, beautiful piece for us.
I'm going to put it against this wall.
I think I'll put it right in the corner.
And then I'm going to replace the knobs because these are not necessarily the vibe.
These look so good.
They look like little sunflowers.
We found this mirror on Facebook Marketplace
to complete this little entryway corner.
Look how beautiful.
Placing this little stool here from Home and Fun.
I thought Tavis could use it to put on his shoes.
But it's also great for extra seating if he has friends over.
Modular. OK, let's add a doormat and then we're done with the entryway.
And I feel like this little cute corner is so functional now.
This beautiful jute doormat is from Revival Rugs.
Look how perfect that is.
OK, so this beautiful coffee table is from Home Sense.
It has storage in it, which we love for a small space.
And then this is the top.
And the reason I'm bringing this in is because I have a surprise for Tavis.
I think he had mentioned on the call.
He was like, one day, maybe I'd like a projector in here, a TV.
So I bought him a projector and not just any projector,
a smart projector that you all need in your lives.
So this is a smart projector.
I discovered this earlier this year.
It comes like preloaded with Netflix and YouTube.
And I think other apps, you can also connect it to your phone and it's portable
so you can plug it in, place it wherever works best for you.
I'll link this down below because I'm obsessed.
So because Tavis doesn't have a blank wall, I got him a projector screen.
It needs to hang a bit lower because of the loft bed.
So we're using chain.
So we have the screen up.
And this is so great because when Tavis isn't using it,
he can just unplug it, put it in the coffee table with storage.
And we're going to cord manage back here.
So it's just easy for him to unplug things.
It looks so good.
We've given him like a movie set up in here.
He could also probably hook up his DVD player to this and play his DVDs.
This projector is also really cool because you can tilt it all the way up
so you can watch things on your ceiling when you're in bed.
This is basically an ad for myself because I bought this now for two people
and I need one for my bedroom.
OK, as I'm sure you could see, it definitely needs to be darker in here
so we can really see the screen.
I don't know if you guys remember,
but there were curtains on Tavis's windows hung up by like tape.
They were here from like previous, previous tenants.
So we're fixing that.
And I'm going to hang some Roman shades.
These Roman shades are from Two Pages.
And I picked a stripe because I just thought it was very like cottagecore.
Look at that. They're so cute.
Love it.
These look so good.
So when I decided on a loft bed as a solution for Tavis's studio,
I was thinking, how is he going to charge his phone
or like drink a glass of water or have his book beside him?
And I did a little research and you can actually get these caddies
that come with like a power bank in here so you can charge your phone seamlessly.
I'm going to plug it in, obviously, at the bottom of the loft bed
and it's going to be hidden by the loft leg, which is so great.
And it just hooks on.
OK, it's time to make the bed.
I don't think I've ever made a loft bed, so let's do it.
We are using pillow and duvet inserts from Canadian Down and Feather.
Of course, they're so squishy.
They're so comfortable and they just make our makeover recipient's
beds look like clouds every makeover.
Pillow time.
It's very cozy up here.
Do you hear that? That's a crisp duvet.
Crispy.
OK, not going to lie, loft beds are a little bit harder to make
than non-loft beds, but I still really stand by this choice.
I think it gives Tavis so much more flexibility on the floor,
like so much floor space, activity space.
Tavis is a girlfriend.
If you're watching, I think you're going to have to help him make his bed.
It's very cozy up here, though, I got to say.
OK, that was another huge day.
I'm so excited to reveal it and the reveal is happening tomorrow.
So I'll see you tomorrow.
We're going to finish the space and reveal to Tavis.
See you then.
OK, I'm so excited because it's a reveal day
and I walked into this apartment today and I was like, wow,
what we've been able to do in how many days has it been?
Three, four, wild.
OK, I'm going to start by hanging some art.
I wanted to tell you about this piece of art and another one that I'm hanging.
I downloaded a pack of like a thousand prints for a dollar on Etsy.
Crazy, I know.
And now I think it was actually not a thousand.
I think it was like 10,000.
I'm going to put the listing up here because it was crazy.
And now I just have them on my computer.
I can print them whenever I want.
I went to my friends at Poster Jack.
They're an amazing Canadian framing company.
I was just going to say, I don't know about you,
but I think this looks like an oil painting.
OK, let's hang it.
Tavis mentioned liking a lot of plants.
There was a lot of plants in his inspo.
So I'm starting his plant collection for him with this beautiful,
beautiful fiddle leaf fig.
Oh, stunning.
And we're just going to layer it over the print.
OK, I'm hanging this one by the window.
Cute.
And then I'm going to hang one under the loft bed.
Perfect.
OK, you guys, we are going to go into finishing touches,
get this place styled.
Let's do it.
I'm adding another canvas print from Poster Jack on this wall.
I'm leaning these chairs here so Tavis can easily grab them.
I'm adding a beautiful thrifted floor lamp beside the sofa.
I'm styling the sofa with a beautiful quilt from Quince
and some stunning cushions from Tonic Living.
I'm placing a tray on the coffee table to create a place to put things.
It also looks so beautiful and styled.
I'm styling the entry dresser with this beautiful article lamp
and a beautiful key dish.
You guys, it's cheesy to say, but it's true.
And I got to say it.
We turned this room into a home.
I cannot believe it.
I'm so excited to reveal this face to Tavis.
Let's bring him in.
OK, just don't open your eyes.
Can you walk me through what your cute little studio looked like before?
There was a bed right here that kind of was in the way.
There was a cheap little table right there that was also in the way.
I had some cheap little chairs that were in the way.
And that was about it.
I had boxes I hadn't opened.
OK, on the count of three, open your eyes.
One, two, three.
Whoa. Oh, my God.
This is not what I was expecting.
This is incredible.
This is beautiful.
Thank you so much.
Can I walk in?
I feel like I should take my shoes off.
I just I don't want to do anything.
This is amazing.
This is really cozy.
I love it.
I it feels bigger in here, too, somehow.
Yeah, I agree.
And you have this little smart projector in here.
Wow.
I was just talking about like wanting to get a projector.
And then you can watch movies down here.
That's incredible.
I say down here because you have an upstairs now.
Of course. Yeah, you're locked.
I'm going to climb up.
Yeah, climb up.
Oh, it's huge.
This is incredibly cozy.
It feels like a completely different apartment.
Yeah. From this angle.
Wow. I'm also noticing the walls.
I love this this pale blue color.
Yeah, I'm so glad you like it.
I was really nervous with the loft bed.
We've never done it before, but I think it works.
I think it's the perfect fix for this.
I am I'm just blown away.
This is incredible.
So I know you wanted a place to maybe eat or to work.
Graham, DIY this. Really?
And then the chairs fold out.
Oh, this is really beautiful.
And then we thrifted this dresser for you as well.
Oh, that is really beautiful.
Do you feel like you'll spend more time here now?
One hundred percent.
Yeah, definitely.
Thank you so much.
I really appreciate it.
This is really like more than I could have ever imagined.
It's beautiful.
Next up on AGTV, we have a cozy, colorful living room
makeover coming at you for a couple.
I'm so excited.
There's lots of tips loaded into this one.
I can't wait until you see it.
And as always, you guys, I'll see you next time. Bye.
This is looking so good.
I think should we do shelves next to finish this wall?
OK.
Sorry, the moonlight was intentional to commemorate the trip to the moon.
Those four brave, four brave astronauts.
So we love it. You're like Beyonce.
Got me looking so crazy right now.
Love got me looking so crazy right now.
You kids got me looking so crazy, right?
Got me looking so crazy in love.
