VIETNAM LUXURY CONDO AMENITIES TOUR

Thank you guys for coming on this journey with me as my family and I have moved from China and now we are here in Vietnam. I appreciate all your comments. Okay guys, so you guys have been asking and asking and asking what are the amenities for our luxury condo that we have here in Vietnam. And today's video, I'm about to show you all the amenities that we have. Earlier today, it was a lot more sunny outside. Right now, it's starting to get kind of overcast which is fine because maybe it won't be as hot. But I was having an issue with my dryer and now it's like cloudier outside. But luckily, it's not raining so I'm gonna try to get through this as fast as I can. And you guys, there are people using the amenities currently so I'm gonna try as much as possible to be as respectful and try not to film too many people. Try not to look awkward filming people. But needless to say, I'm going to show you the amenities that we have in our building. We might even have more that I have not seen yet but I'm going to show you the main ones that we do have here. So make sure you subscribe to the channel. Make sure you thumbs up this video. And we're going to start right outside. So when you come outside or when you're walking inside, there are cafes and spas located below our building. So I'm going to show you the first cafe that we have here. This is the most popular one and you will see this cafe a lot in Vietnam. Kind of like the Starbucks of Vietnam if you will. So Highlands is a popular cafe that they have everywhere in Vietnam. It's just so convenient just to wake up, come right down there, grab your coffee, and then come right back home, get in bed, relax on your couch. So that is a really great convenience that we have here. I wouldn't say it's not free but it's a convenience that we have here. Another convenience that we have and I have used this one is this spa. It is so great. I paid seven dollars and I got a facial, I got a neck massage, back massage, and I got a head massage and a hair wash. Inside my building we do have security. We have a concierge or like a doorman and there is also a receptionist that is here as well. And there are some mailboxes. There might be some people in the lobby. I'm gonna try not to film too much. I'll show you the inside the lobby and some of the mail room. All right, so now I'm outside at the back. You do have to have building access to come out here and use these amenities that are specifically to this building. In my apartment complex there are five buildings and we all have access to all these same amenities. In order to get outside to use them you do have to scan your hand or your face to come outside. But the good thing is I have access to go to the other buildings because on the other side of some of these buildings are other cafes, other spas. It is just so much out here. I'll probably go across one of these buildings to show you the other different cafes and restaurants that they have. I have not used them yet but there's just so much here. It's so crazy. I love it. Some of these buildings downstairs do have their own business. So right here is a music class. You can take music lessons here. They're closed today but I'm just going to show you the outside. So people can rent out these spaces here and run their own business out of these spaces which is really cool. So that is a really cool convenience if you want to take music classes yourself or you want your children to take music classes. That is really cool. The trampoline is under construction. I believe that it's, they're just replacing it and making it newer. Adese did play on it when we first got here but I can't wait for it to be put back up because she does really enjoy playing on the trampoline. Another area for kids is this rock wall. I know the kids love to come out here and climb on the rock walls so that is a good play area. And they also have these little like just random benches that you can come relax, sit down at, be on your phone, read a book. And it is this little private area. There are these benches that people can sit at. So you have all these spaces here to sit and then over here as well there's more of those just little benches to sit all over. So here is part of the pool. So I think he was telling me that I could not film at the pool which respect but everybody's been asking me to show the amenities so that is all you're going to see when it comes to the pool that we have here. I'm just going to walk around. I'm going to show you some of the other areas and then we're going to go out front and see what they have and then I'm going to show you the sports courts that we have here as well. That right there is a splash pad. I'm not really sure how to turn it on. I've never used it before or I'm not sure how much water comes out of it but rarely ever will there be kids in a splash pad. Wow the sun is coming out now. There are two barbecue pits located here. In order to rent them you do have to download the app that we have here for the apartment complex and reserve the barbecue pits. I don't think anybody has this one reserved. It looks like the other one may have been reserved but this is how barbecue pits look. One of the unique things that we have here is going to be an outdoor movie theater system. So they have this one over here. It does have a projection screen that comes down and it looks like speakers. Again this is something you have to reserve in the app. Right over here is going to be an outdoor gym area where you can just use this equipment freely. I've never used it but this is available for all the residents who live here and there is a little outdoor vending machine. You can just pick whatever drink you want on here and then pay with cash or your card. I'm sure there's a way to scan your card. All right guys let's head into the gym. You do have to have your face scan or your hand scan in order to use the gym and it's going to be located on the second floor. So let's go ahead and go and look at the gym. Also in the gym not only do have the gym space with the free weights and the cardio machines but there also is a yoga studio in the gym. I did not want to film in there because there definitely were people in there and that would be very awkward. Also in there is a kids play area and again there were kids in there and I just did not want to film other people's small kids playing so we did not go in there. But just know that that is an amenity that we do have here in the apartment complex. Okay so right across the way is a little coffee shop. You can come here you can order coffee. I do believe the people live in the building and then downstairs they run the little coffee shop. So it's actually really cute and we have had coffee from here before. It is pretty good but I just don't know their hours or understand their hours but it is such a cute little vibey area. Okay so I've made it to the other side of the complex and there are there is the same thing out here just some coffee places and spas. There are little markets as well where you can get some groceries from but this is on a whole opposite side of where I live on way on the other side. But again just a convenience right below all the apartments where you live. It is starting to get so windy out here. All right so I've walked down a little bit. This is going to be between all the buildings. We are getting now down to where they do all of the sports activities. So they have football, tennis, basketball and a lot of times this is filled with a bunch of kids and teenagers out here playing. I absolutely love it. I really want to learn how to play tennis. So I'm hoping that I'll eventually meet some people who know how to play tennis or interested in playing tennis because I would love to add that as one of the activities that I do to work out and stay in shape. But I'm going to show you here all of the little sports complexes that we have here. Again this is access to our building and the buildings that are across from us. Anybody can use this center as long as you take care of it. Pickleball too is such a big thing in Asia. They play pickleball a lot in China and now here again they're playing pickleball. So I think that's what I just showed there. I think the tennis ones might be these ones because they're bigger but it's still really... I would love to learn to play pickleball as well. Like I like to be active and I like to play sports. I used to play soccer growing up and now I'm kind of like not as good as when I used to be when I was younger. So I'll be afraid to go up against somebody who is extremely extremely good. But soccer, football, football is my favorite favorite sport to play. But I definitely want to learn how to play tennis. Okay so these are the tennis courts. Okay guys so I made it back around to the front of my building. It is starting to rain. I literally felt the raindrops. So I'm about to head inside. Also down here there is a pharmacy. There is another convenience store. So everything is just so convenient here and I love that you can just come right downstairs, get you something to eat, go right back upstairs. I love having that in the community and I've used the pool two times. I haven't actually gotten in but I have sat out front the pool and just relaxed, tried to get some sun. So I really like that. I use the gym quite often. I have not used the yoga room and I have not used the picnic area or the barbecue pits because I don't, your girl don't know how to grill.
