First off the lot rent is $660 a month and what that includes is your water as well as trash pickup lawn maintenance and access to the amenities and the list goes on and on everything from a five acre catch and release pond to walking trails dog parks community gardens so on and so forth and there are so many community events and that's what keeps attracting more and more residents to this community right here and the current owners of this home just have some life changes and they need to move back across the country and what they want to do is pass on the blessing of living big while going tiny to someone else so that's why they're giving you a lot with this tiny home and speaking of this tiny home like I said it goes by the name of the Loftwood Move-In Ready and the specifics on this home are 11 feet wide it is 45 feet long and that's including the 10 foot front porch and it's on sale today for $110k $110,000 you can't beat what you're about to get today and it starts right here on the exterior where you see on lot 163 you're going to have the curb appeal like no other because with the neutral tones on the exterior yeah this is what you're looking for first of all you're going to see as we come around beautiful landscaping that this home has obviously it has a screened in 10 foot front porch but we're going to talk about some of the exterior amenities first the landscaping here all of this is in place for you to move right in you don't know anything about landscaping it's already taken care of for you you have the mulch in place the plants the solar lights out here that are on electric as well so you keep them extra bright no matter the night so you have that also and then because the current owners are wanting to up the ante they're throwing in things like this blackstone right here ready to roll for you also they have a shed that is painted to match that's going to include electricity inside of it as well as well as double lofts up top to store all of your goodies i'm not going to open it today because they were kind enough to let me showcase the home they have some things stored in there right now but just best believe this is an amazing feature to have as an additional bonus the home in my opinion is worth what you're paying before you throw in the extras so you have that included also the brown metal skirting going around the bottom that is giving you tons of the pop from the brown but also offering the aesthetic to tie in the taupe exterior base with the french toast trim that you're going to have around your doors windows and fascia you have a sierra 10 metal roof on this model tying everything in together and if that wasn't enough you take it around to the front where you're going to have the low rise stairs right here on this home where it comes down with matching aesthetics as well you're going to have the brown tops brown tops of your stairs the front sides are going to be a white and you're going to have solar lights that come on as you walk up the stairs those work wonderful at night if you went for a late night grocery run and you're bringing in some groceries you want to make sure you don't miss a step and you have it right here to do so and again great landscaping on the opposite side but just an overall amazing lot here on lot 163 but let's go ahead and take it up and you'll see as we come up on to the porch full screen including the crow's foot is also screened as well and then as we make it on to the 10 foot porch you will see some extra goodness right here on this particular model because not only do you have 10 feet of exterior living space to enjoy that's where the owners have they spent most of their time on this home you also are going to get the outdoor furniture as well yes look at this sit here enjoy just rock your worries away you're going to have that included as well in the home and also you're going to have the shades right here went ahead and displayed that for you today where we have the shade down so that way you have additional privacy when you want it but when you do not want the shade down it's going to look like you see right here where it's just rolled up up top and you have the screen so that way you can see all of your property surrounding those shades are going to be included as well and then of course you have the exterior ceiling fan two exterior can lights and your exterior porch has composite decking so those are things basically out here including the vinyl rails it's maintenance free ladies and gentlemen you don't have to worry about anything on this porch you're also going to have an electrical outlet on each side slim vertical windows the trapezoid windows up top and then a sliding glass door a 72 inch sliding glass door right here for you to enjoy as you walk in one of the best luxury tiny home move-in ready models available right now and here we are on the interior of the Loftwood and on the interior this is where things get even better because as soon as you enter the sliding glass door you're going to walk directly into the living area where in this you have an abundance of space with the built-in entertainment center off to the right side you're going to have the additional storage cabinets to the left you're going to have additional cabinets on each side of your led fireplace that does put off heat you're going to have the space up above for your tv of choice you will have clear story windows up top with raised side walls you're going to have the trap windows right there great view of the interior shot of that is amazing and then the opposite side you're going to have more clear story windows and what i love is that the current owners have made it even better because you have motorized shades ladies and gentlemen so that way when you want to bring in some natural light you can do it just right you don't have to worry about getting on a ladder going up there potentially doing anything you can sit there put it up when you want to and then when it gets to the certain part of the day where you feel like there's a glare coming in maybe going on to the tv mr tony's got you covered you just sit there and put it back down that is included also and when we're talking about things that were included couch is going to be included as well you're going to have that the dual recliner couch that's thrown in so again when i tell you all you have to do is kind of giving you a hint this is how it's going to come right here also two large windows down low of course you have the blinds right there the two inch to kind of give you some additional privacy as well when you want it but again a day like today you can raise those up bring in some of that natural light and then the floor plan the flow of the floor plan is magnificent because you have all this space right here but then it leads over into the kitchen space where yes you have full granite countertops in here they are magnificent they pair up perfectly with the gray stained cabinets as well as the fumed oak flooring that's going throughout the entire home what i love is with this granite countertops you have the elongated space on this side as well as the opposite side so you can actually put a few stools around and what i like is that you could actually sit here get a bite to eat and see the tv at the same time make sure you're not missing a big game so mr tiny's got you covered there as well next you're going to see with the gray stained cabinetry you do have the tape and texture soffit up above where you can display your decor just as the current owners have but then down below you have the gas oven you have the gas appliance right there the gas stove you also have the convection oven up top and then across from that you're going to have your dual basin farm sink with the window up above additional cabinetry down below drawer bank right there and then keep in mind this is a lofted model not just any lofted model it is the actual largest single loft that you can get in a tiny home and it's right here in this particular loft wood so hence the name you got some wood in here and you got one of the largest lofts so it's just meant to be so you're going to get there at the end but right now i just want to showcase what it looks like from the main area but as we keep moving along you're going to have the black fridge right here freezer up top fridge down below you take it back a little further you're going to have your built-in pantry right here with the three additional doors the combo washer and dryer unit right here this has been a fan favorite of many of you and also of the current owners because when you go with the combo unit compared to the stockable unit that we typically provide you have more space also it's low that way it's easy to access if you're shorter you don't have to worry about reaching up it's all included right here and again the owners are throwing that in for you so you don't have to worry about supplying your own washer and dryer it's already right there for you with an additional cabinet up above in the cabinet you have more right here in the hallway two large ones down low two additionals up top but tons of storage space right here in the hallway and we'll go right here as well through this door which is going to lead into your bathroom in your bathroom you're going to have the calcutta countertop in here again the three drawer bank a medicine cabinet that duals as a mirror and then on this side you're going to have the tile shower the Carrara tile shower in a vertical pattern with the dark grout you do also have the handheld shower head i know that's a key feature for many of you out there want to make sure you're able to get every crevice that you have you have that in the handheld as well illusion window here off the rear side and rather than having a pocket door as many do these owners wanted a full swing door and this is real wood ladies and gentlemen so you have that in there as well so let's keep it moving and we'll take it back to where you will be laying your head at night if you make the loft wood moving ready yours and in this model we have a queen bed box included you'll see right here additional storage down below when you have the bed box and you're going to have enough space by going with the queen size bed that you can easily have walkability on each side you see the night stands there they actually accommodate up to a queen size bed so if you wanted to go up a little bit larger you could do that as well so have all that in here also you're going to have the dual barn doors barn doors on each side leading into your closet the three drawer dresser they're centered and as you can see always tell you can put a tv in the middle if you want you can see it's possible right here again an additional window here off the back end of the home so that way you have a great view of the back side of your lot right here on lot 163 and then you can see as i'm walking around between bed and the tiny home let's take it up to some additional space as we make it back through you can see with the loft right here how it lowers the ceiling but look how it opens up as you come back out into the main area and then what's also lovely is that the loft the stairs are located over to the side of the home so it gives you a ton of space right here in the center to maneuver and you have the lower lips right here at the actual base of the stairs makes it easier to get up and with the open risers going up in the gray stain to match the cabinets but you can talk about the stairs all day long what you want to see is the largest loft in the tiny home so go ahead and follow me up in the loft wood to see what this loft has to offer and now we're in the loft of the loft wood and hence the name this is why this is an amazing addition to this home because with this much space in a single loft you have a plethora of options to utilize starting with just a typical storage area you just want to have things out of sight out of mind from the main living space this is where you can do it right here in the loft also the current owners had a great area up here where they play games also do puzzles you have a ton of space in here to accommodate i mean look how much space we have with this open rug here you have grandkids over or if you guys just want a lounge put some beanbags up here or office chair you see there's a printer up here as well you can do all of that and with the additional space you do also have the clear story windows going around each side or to be exact and then you're going to have the deluxe cabinetry going all along the rear wall so that way you have additional storage space that can be up and tidy out of the way so that way you have more space to utilize on the main floor of the loft so again a great feature in here and if that wasn't a selling point go ahead and get a look from the loft down to the rest of the home so you can see how great the view is from up here tons of space that make 399 square feet feel so much larger when it's done right like it is here in the loftwood move-in ready and to recap if you're in the market right now and you're on the fence and you're potentially looking on downsizing and going tiny and you're wanting one of the best deals available and you're
