Hearing The Baby's Heartbeat For The First Time!

Good morning and happy Wednesday! It feels really good to be back to vlogging. I know I look crazy. I'm bumming it right now. I woke up not too long ago. It's about 10.30 I think. Yep, it's 10.27 and we gotta be out of this house by 11 o'clock. We had a late start. So, I'm making breakfast right now. Nothing too fancy. Just eggs. I already cooked the bacon. Usually I go all out. I do grits usually. You know, the eggs, the bacon, the sausage, and I do homemade pancakes because EJ's favorite is breakfast. Like, his favorite meals to eat is breakfast, whereas mine is usually dinner. So, yeah, whereas mine is dinner. So, I do big dinners, I do big breakfasts, and then for lunch, like, I usually eat alone anyways. So, I'll do something small or like a frozen meal. Something easy, you know? But yeah, so we have a busy, busy day. We're actually going to drop Troy off at my mom's. She's going to watch him overnight because EJ's been super busy and I let you guys know a little bit of this in my life update. EJ's been really busy working. We haven't had time to like spend together. I haven't seen him all that often. So, today we're having like a date day for a little bit and then my mom's birthday is tomorrow, the 9th of March. So, we wanted to spoil her and get her a bucket of crab. She loves seafood. And so, we're going to buy her a lot of seafood, bring it over to the house, and I need to go to Dollar Tree, get her a lot of balloons, you know, make it nice, fancy, get her a cake. And so, it's going to be really busy. So, I need to, we need to get this day started. I got my eggs on the stove. I got my, what is this, the bacon. Okay guys, so we just dropped off little Troy-Troy with my mom. He's staying overnight, but we're going to see him again today because my mom's birthday is tomorrow. So, we're going to drop off some like goodies for her. But, we're on our way to my midwife appointment and we are running super-duper late. We don't think she's going to turn us around. Usually, she like takes us really late, but this is the latest I think we've ever been. My appointment's at 12 and it's 11.52. So, yeah. Well, that's true because it's traffic, it's not traffic right now and it is the weekday, so shouldn't be too crowded on the road. But, usually downtown, it tends to be a little more packed because the courthouse and all that stuff is like a lot of businesses so it's usually like a little bit congested but we'll see. That DJ dropped me off in front so I get like speeded. I'm like 7 minutes late. I feel so bad. So we just left the appointment right now it is 1244 so we were in and out I just went to do the harmony test and she said we'll find out the gender five to ten days so we're really excited I do feel like I'm having another boy I mentioned that in my life update but I mean I could be wrong it could be a little girl I just personally don't see myself having a daughter for some reason I don't know I just feel like I'm a boy's mom you know I don't know how to describe it but what do you see yourself having a little girl this time or another little boy so EJ's like he thinks he's having a girl and I think we're having a little boy but it was really nice I love my midwife and my the woman up front we're really close to and so she wasn't at the office for a couple days because she got injured so when I came back today she goes Rachel I can't believe you know you got pregnant so quickly like you were just here and it was funny we're joking about it but I know deep down she was like what did this girl do to herself We're going to the movies, we're going to the movies on a ween day Why do you look like that weirdo? You look like a love bug Oh do you remember where we were? Second floor You guys I love this theater because it's so over-the-top like this theater even has a daycare so it's amazing they have like a free daycare to watch like you know the babies For the parking How are you going to get to the parking? It's fresh and hot that's nice EJ you want to take one of these trays? Probably for our sauces You don't need sauce You want my ketchup One mayo Did you like the movie? It was really good, it was different than what I expected but I really liked it so let me know down below what you guys thought It's definitely not what I expected EJ I was tired though Halfway through the movie I was getting really drowsy Oh there's like so much traffic here I don't get it You guys I love this building What's going on? I don't know The cop's like in the middle There's too much going on So EJ and I are trying to decide what we want to do next You want somebody to hit him or something? The cop? What are you doing? I don't know maybe I'm tired Troy woke up a lot He was getting up like almost every hour So last night was just kind of rough for him So I'm really really really sleepy And it's kind of hitting me now And so anyways Right now we're trying to figure out what we want to do I kind of just want to go and like get my mom her birthday item So we can go there drop it off Like celebrate for like an hour And then I can go home and clean And upload this video and like sleep And you know just relax So we just do it later? EJ wants to do it later but I'm one of those people You know I'm already out Cause once I go home I don't want to go back out Whenever I need to go home and leave Cause I'm all the way back down here Go to your mom's house Yeah But we're already out Because look once we go home I don't want to go back out I don't want to be sleepy, tired, lazy Pretty sure in like 3 hours 4 hours Duncan stopped Cause I was craving craving craving coffee So I got myself An iced Vanilla coffee with whip And decaf it's small But she put them in a medium cup for me So I feel like I got a little more For my money which is really nice EJ got a sweet tea and a donut But um Yeah usually When I'm pregnant with Troy I didn't drink Any caffeine like anything This pregnancy I've had caffeine cravings Like I really crave soda which is odd Cause I never like Really cared for soda ever Like I never get soda I'm more of like a coffee tea person But with being pregnant I never get coffee but I said you know what I'm gonna get it today because my midwife said That I can drink coffee but Um just not in an excessive Amount because it could Cause some things so Um this is probably just gonna be the only one That I have in this entire pregnancy so I'm enjoying it Because I Missed it I realize you don't really like coffee do you Once this baby comes out we're getting a coffee machine I'm curious Oh my god it tastes It tastes so good Finally being productive right now And uploading my life Update I have not uploaded in so long I mean you guys know this but Honestly I haven't even had time because I've Been so occupied with baby Boy he's crawling you guys so he's Getting into literally everything Plus you know this pregnancy is really rough On my body I've been throwing up non stop The migraines I just got over a migraine Actually so I was resting for about 20-25 minutes or so because My migraine was like it comes and goes It's ridiculous so Anyways with all that's going on With my body and then you know Keeping up with a little baby who's growing into A toddler ah so quick So quick that he grew and then on Top of all of that working keeping Up with my workload and like still trying To like keep up with cooking and cleaning And like my appearance it's been really Difficult obviously look at my appearance It's been a mess so um Anyways With that being said this is the first time I've actually had to myself to do Absolutely nothing and it's been amazing I'm so thankful that my mom You know she's there for me and she's like listen Let me take Troy you have a day to yourself You relax with your you know your Fiance and everything I will say though That I really really miss Troy and I'm starting To think that maybe I should um When I go over to my mom's to celebrate You know her birthday I'm thinking Of just bringing him back home Um yes um here and there Yes yes Yeah I'm not sure it happens sometimes Like it Cuts in and out Okay so I'm sorry for screaming My stepdad's here and he's fixing some things Around here with EJ they're both Downstairs and so yeah he was yelling at me From downstairs but um yeah I'm thinking Of bringing him back home just cause I miss him So much but at the same time I'm trying To not be so clingy as A parent because family has actually Commented like EJ's cousins like Rachel So you're a little over the top clingy Um people has offered to babysit like Family and I'm always like no it's okay It's fine because I just I don't know I just don't Like leaving him with anybody unless it's me I know it sounds horrible so I'm trying and um So today I'm gonna give it a try and let him sleep Over his grandma's but man it's like It's terrifying you know I'm not gonna lie Cause I think about him literally 24 7 But so um yeah Anyways I'm being productive I'm uploading this video I'm gonna rest, relax, watch a little bit of TV And then by then We should be heading over to my mom's Celebrating with her And then EJ wants to go to his business His studio and I mentioned it In my update video that he did open up A business he wants me to see the progress So it's gonna be really cool for me to like see What he worked on for so long because usually I'm not able to go so it's gonna be Really really nice to like see everything And then finally we'll be back home And I can deep clean this place because It's super duper messy Nothing is in it's place and it irritates The crap out of me like I love to clean I love to like put things where they have to go But like I said I don't even have time To wipe my own booty cracks to be quite honest I know TMI but that's how it's been for the past Few weeks months actually so It's gonna be nice to finally deep clean Like clean out my drawers and like you know Get things in place like I'm going to accomplish that today so Anyways alright I'm gonna Upload this video footage and relax Have mama time drinking my coffee And I'm also watching my cousin On YouTube if you guys want to check her out that's my cousin And yeah Me and her are really really close and she's in Cali for the first time And I'm really excited for her because I've always Wanted to go to Cali so I'm like Watching her blog right now While I have time so alright I'll see you guys in a few Alright guys so I'm here to give a Final update before I Head off because So right now It's like 11 50 something so it's about 12 o'clock and my Stepdad came over to help us Do a little bit of fixing up Because we have a lot of issues With this home and I've mentioned that In our previous video So I'm kind of Emotional about it I don't know why I think because I'm just like Extra hormonal right now but So he came over to Fix We have an issue with our Sink whenever we wash dishes like the water Just rises up it doesn't go down for A really long time so we have to like use Drain X or something constantly so He was trying to fix It didn't go well The water overflowed poured All the way out into the kitchen Like I'll show you The water was overflowing It went all here So the floor is disgusting dirty All here It traveled It traveled all the way Over here so we had to like Think fast there was dishes in the sink as well So we had to take all the dirty Dishes out everything is just like Disgustingly dirty and you guys know I'm a neat freak so seeing this mess It's like Look at it Look at this mess Look at this freaking mess It's so and look at the water The water is Freaking like black What the eff right So my step dad said like that's the city's Like usually that's not normal he said The water shouldn't be that color He said that's the city's problem So I need to call and then Next door the neighbor came over She knocked on our door and we're like okay And she goes is something happening Cause the door was outside we were like Trying to get the water out and she goes Cause my house is leaking So now the next door's neighbor Say hi Troy He is so adorable I was just saying bye to EJ's mom So I didn't really get to finish Explaining but Yeah my next door neighbor She said that her place flooded and her Layout is different so her Living room actually got flooded And all the carpet's wet and we felt So bad so we offered to get her Like a carpet cleaner and help clean it up For her but she said no it's fine And she felt bad for us but We obviously felt bad for her because we caused A situation so I do feel really Really bad about it and I feel kind of Nasty right now I don't really know how to describe It usually I'm In control of a lot of situations and You know I've never Lived on my own really before I mean I have Lived on my own but like college life Is different you know what I mean Living here is like you know This is like a house and I just like to be clean and organized And when people come over I like them To think that like oh my gosh Rachel's So clean she's a meat freak and You know right now I don't feel That way nothing's in order Everything is messy and then with the flood it just Made everything worse so I'm really really Annoyed right now kind of But I know I shouldn't be things happen It's life you know it's not the end of the world But at the same time I'm like really frustrated About it so I don't really know what to do About it and my kitchen looks Disgusting and I just feel like Nasty you know and it's midnight So it's just I'm tired and I don't really want to Stay up to clean it but I'm going to stay up to clean It because I can't go to sleep knowing That this place is messy so I told EJ not to worry about the mess Because he works really early and I don't want to stress him out or annoy him about it I want him to sleep so he can work good tomorrow So I told him you know Let me take care of the cleaning And Life just goes on My mom said that she will help me in the morning But I feel really bad it's her birthday You know I don't really want to like have her come out And help clean I wanted it to be fun and we go out For lunch and you know We just celebrate and have a good time I really didn't want her to come here to work type thing But I Probably will need help because all I'm going to do Today is just wash the dishes and try to Get the kitchen cleaned you know And Let me go ahead and get Troy Because you guys when your baby Crawls or if your baby's already Crawling you know they get into Everything and Troy right now He's in that stage like he's exploring And want to touch everything and right now He wants to touch my computer charger Okay crawl somewhere else Bubba Go explore Okay I'm looking at him He's like mama I want the charger Mama I want this Oh my goodness Look oh goodness Okay Bubba I don't want you putting This in your mouth okay It's yuck yuck No it's not it's yucky It's yuck okay there we go Let me just out of sight Out of mind right Okay so um Anyways I'm about to go ahead And get Troy ready for bed Right now Troy's not on The best of schedule he goes to bed around One in the morning and he wakes Up at 12 not 12 he wakes Up at about 10 30 officially but he Does still get up in the middle of the night At least one or two times and So um That's just I don't know you guys I don't know what to do about it I don't think Troy will ever like sleep straight Through the night until he's older and I Mean every baby's different So I guess it just all depends because some people tell Me their babies don't wake up and Troy used To be like that but not anymore you know he He gets up so Um and I try to get him to sleep Early like around 8 p.m. and He was sleeping at 8 p.m. at one point but Then he'd wake up around 3 a.m. And he wouldn't go back to sleep until like 6 And it stressed the crap out of me like It stressed me out so bad Because I'd be frustrated that I couldn't go back To sleep Why do you have to be in the area where all the cords are My gosh Why Anyways you guys I'm gonna go Alright Okay I got him in a playpen now Because this little boy was getting his Everything um I forgot what I was saying But um Oh yeah I'm gonna go ahead and get him ready for bed And wash him up get his face clean Get his hands clean I'll wash his hands Like all day long because he's touching everything now And um Get his temper changed Get him in his pajamas And try to get this little boy to sleep Like ASAP because I need to go ahead and clean Then I'm gonna get EJ upstairs So he can rest and go to bed And I'll be downstairs cleaning working You know all that I have to do So that's pretty much my plans for tonight It sucks because um I really wish that I had my mom take Troy Like we originally said in the beginning Just so that I can like I would've already been done Cleaning you know what I mean And I don't know I just really wanted A day to like dedicate to Cleaning and like getting things where they need to go Because I can't do it usually When Troy is here I just can't Like you know because I get exhausted And plus I'm pregnant so I'm already exhausted And then plus on top of being it's just a lot Excuse me and then I have really bad Morning sickness even with the pills I still get it badly sometimes And um I have people coming over A lot it's just like uh I get so overwhelmed easily nowadays And I know it's my hormones so I'm trying not to Like get stressed out but Like I said I'm gonna go I'm rambling a lot at this point I'll see you guys tomorrow Because I'm vlogging for my mom's birthday So I'll see you next time Bye guys and goodnight
