Video Summary
AI GeneratedThe video showcases a creative collaboration between the narrator and LEGO YouTuber TD Bricks, who build various custom LEGO tracks and obstacles to test the limits of Hot Wheels cars. Through a series of challenges—including jumps, smash tests, and races—they explore the synergy between LEGO's modularity and Hot Wheels' speed, culminating in one massive, integrated mega-track.
Today I'm going to combine LEGO and Hot Wheels by building custom tracks and challenges for
my Hot Wheels using LEGO.
Then at the end I'm going to connect all the LEGO together to build a giant LEGO Hot
Wheels track.
3, 2, 1, go!
Ok so for this challenge I summoned an actual LEGO YouTuber to help me build some of the
tracks.
So let's see what he cooks up.
Nice.
So now let's put these tracks to the test and see if they actually work with my Hot
Wheels.
Starting with this tiny LEGO ramp that can launch your cars.
So next I built this large drop using my Hot Wheels tracks and connected it to the LEGO
ramp.
Now let's test it with this car.
3, 2, 1, go!
Nice.
For this next challenge let's see how many Hot Wheel cars we can jump over.
Starting with one car.
Easy.
Now how about 5 cars.
Yes sir.
But now let's see if we can jump over 10 cars.
Let's go!
Ok for this next challenge we're going to see if we can jump through these different
LEGO rings.
Starting with the biggest and easiest one.
Nice.
Now let's see if we can jump through the next one.
Yes sir.
And for the last one we have this super tiny ring.
This is going to be tight.
Yes!
It actually cleared every ring.
That's why this car is the GOAT.
So now for the final and ultimate challenge.
Let's see if we can land a jump over TV bricks.
3, 2, 1, go!
Ok let's try one more time.
Let's go!
Ok the next LEGO item we're going to test is this simple launcher.
First you add the car in here.
Then you smash the back of it and the car shoots forward.
So next I have this custom LEGO track and we're going to see how many LEGO brick walls
it can smash through.
Starting with one wall.
Now let's try 2 walls.
What about 3 walls?
4 walls?
5 walls?
6 walls?
7 walls?
8 walls?
What about 9 walls?
3, 2, 1, go!
Smash, smash, smash.
I guess that's the max.
The next LEGO item is this launcher that uses a rubber band.
So you just load the car in, let go, and the car launches forward.
Nice!
Now let's test it with an actual Hot Wheels track.
And this one is special because there's a fun game to it.
Because the car will travel up this wall and depending on how high it goes, I've placed
different prizes you can unlock.
A chocolate bar, a gift card, and a MacBook.
And for this game I'm going to challenge TV bricks, but I'll go first.
Nice!
I won the Mr. Beast chocolate bar.
Now it's TV bricks' turn.
No way!
He actually won the laptop.
Okay the video is over, can I get it back now?
I mean, like I won it though.
This next LEGO item is this spinning obstacle challenge.
It uses this special LEGO piece that has a motor in it that's connected to some batteries
to power it.
Then the motor spins these gears which rotates this giant blade that blocks the path.
So now let's connect it to the track and see if this Hot Wheels can dodge it.
3, 2, 1, go.
Okay nice, we got it.
But now let's take this up a notch and make it harder by adding two more pieces.
And let's see if this car can still dodge it.
3, 2, 1, go.
Let's go!
This car cannot be touched.
The next LEGO item is this massive loop.
And to help the car reattach to the track at the end are these two long bricks.
So next I built this simple custom Hot Wheels track and attached it to the loop.
The track starts with a huge drop.
That way the car has a lot of speed and momentum going into the loop.
Next I have 5 different types of Hot Wheel cars we're going to test.
So let's send each of them down and see which ones can make it through the loop.
Starting with the first car, this Bugatti.
What color is yours?
Next up is this Supra.
Nice.
Now what about this toilet car?
It actually made it.
Next up we got this Spiderman car.
Yes sir.
And for the final car we got Mario and his cart.
But Mario keeps sliding off the side.
So I added this support and now I'm going to give him a power up.
Lock in Mario.
You got this.
Yahoo!
Let's go!
Next up we're going to compare a real Hot Wheels track to a LEGO Hot Wheels track.
Starting with the real Hot Wheels track and it's this drag strip where you race multiple
Hot Wheels at once.
Okay so let's load some cars on it and test it.
3, 2, 1, go.
Nice.
Okay this track is cool but it turns out TD Bricks built his own version of this track
in LEGO where you can also race multiple Hot Wheels.
So we're going to see if his version works like mine.
Basically how it works is you place the cars here and when you pull back this piece, they
all release at once.
And at the very end is the finish line that's also built from LEGO.
There's three lanes so let's place three cars on the track and see if this works.
3, 2, 1, go.
Who's going to take it?
And the Ferrari wins.
But before we move on to the next LEGO item, TD Bricks actually challenged me to a race.
So we're both going to pick a car and I have this huge Hot Wheels garage with hundreds
of them to choose from.
TD Bricks picked this Buzz Lightyear car and I selected this red Lambo.
So now let's put our cars on the track and comment who you think is going to win.
3, 2, 1, go.
What the heck?
Wait, why did mine get stuck?
And my car takes the W. Let's go!
Next I'm going to buy, build, and destroy a LEGO set using my own Hot Wheels.
But first let's go to the LEGO store and find a set to buy.
Okay I think we found our set.
So let's cop this and bring it back to the house.
And after unboxing and building it, this is what we got.
It's a LEGO Disney Castle.
It even has Mickey Mouse standing out front, a gold bridge, and this tiny clock above the
entrance.
Okay this LEGO Disney Castle is really magical, but now I'm going to destroy it with my Hot
Wheels car.
So next I built this big ramp leading straight into the LEGO Castle.
Now let's load the car on the track and see if we can destroy it.
3, 2, 1, go.
Oh wow.
That literally did zero damage.
So if we're going to destroy it, I think we're going to need a bigger drop to get more speed
before crashing into the castle.
So now let's send this Hot Wheels down my stairs and make this LEGO Castle explode.
3, 2, 1, go.
Yes!
That was satisfying.
Okay next I bought these three official Hot Wheels LEGO cars, but what makes them special
is they have actual LEGO studs built right onto them.
Which means you can attach LEGO directly onto the cars.
First let's check out this Hot Wheels LEGO Jeep.
You can even attach a minifig directly on top of the car.
You can also attach some weapons to the car to take out the Ops.
Nice.
But next I wanted to find out how many LEGOs we could stack on top of it.
Starting with 10 LEGO bricks.
Now 20 LEGO bricks, 30 LEGO bricks, 40 LEGO bricks, 50 LEGO bricks.
It actually still drives.
Wow.
60 LEGO bricks, 70 LEGO bricks, 80 LEGO bricks, 90 LEGO bricks, and this is 100 LEGO bricks.
Okay I think that's the max.
So now let's send it down this drop from my table and see if it survives.
3, 2, 1, go.
That's a lot of fall damage.
Next let's check out this Hot Wheels LEGO Hot Rod and we're going to see if it can complete
a full loop.
So let's load it on the track and send it down.
Nice.
That was too easy.
So now let's take it up a notch and see how many LEGO minifigures we can attach to it
before it can no longer complete a full loop.
Starting with one minifigure.
Easy.
Now let's try two.
Okay okay.
Now three.
Nice.
What about four?
Now let's try five.
How about six?
And now seven.
Here we go.
Oh no.
It crashed.
But hold on.
Let me try one more time.
3, 2, 1, go.
No way.
It actually made it.
Yes!
Up next we have this Hot Wheels LEGO van and I'm going to customize it and give it wings
because for this next challenge we're going to see if it can fly.
So then I cooked up this custom Hot Wheels track that starts with a massive drop.
Then it has to complete a giant jump over all these minifigs.
So now let's load this van on the track and see if it can use its wings to fly.
3, 2, 1, go.
Okay here we go.
Down the ramp.
Please make the jump.
Yes!
Let's go!
But now it's time for the final test and TD Bricks is going to connect all the LEGO builds
together to create one giant LEGO Hot Wheels track.
Nice.
First it starts with this very tall drop.
It passes through this giant LEGO man that has a tunnel through its chest.
Next the car will enter this loop.
Then the car will have to pass through this spinning blade.
Then we added this huge booster which will propel the car forward over this jump.
Through this tiny ring of fire over these 10 Hot Wheels cars and this crowd of minifigs
until it reconnects to the other side and makes it past the finish line.
So let's place our Hot Wheels car at the very top and send it down.
3, 2, 1, go.
Down the drop.
Into the LEGO man.
Through the loop.
Dodges the spinning obstacle.
Into a booster.
Now through a ring of fire.
Is it going to make the jump?
Yes!
Let's go!
This car is really built different.
Thanks for watching.
