Hello, my name is Marko Post.
I've been in the visual effects industry for the past 17, 18 years.
I started off with animation and I've been in almost every position in this industry
down to CEO of a studio called FrostFX.
AI gives us opportunity to tell stories which would have taken months or years.
Now it compresses the effort to a very small amount.
You can create a short film in a few weeks.
Good visual effects is not noticeable.
The audience doesn't notice where the background is replaced or the explosion is added.
With content creation, it's pretty much the same.
You don't want to focus on hardware, you don't want to focus on the software, but all these
components need to be there and they have to be perfect.
Now with the Asus ProArt series screen, I feel the colors match more with colors I'm
seeing on different devices.
That saves me a lot of time.
I don't have to go back and forth checking whether colors shift on a different cinema
screen.
I can just trust.
The 1000 nit brightness gives a really nice dynamic range of really dark blacks and really
good highlights.
It makes every content just pop.
One of the most exciting projects I've been working on recently is Nova on Mars, which
is a fictional character who is living on Mars, but at the same time she's interacting
with everyone on this planet through social media.
For that, interactive storytelling, what's very important is having good hardware.
In the center of our workflow is Top PC Creator Max powered by Asus.
What I love about that is how stable it is, how cool it is running, and most importantly
how much I can trust it.
In this ProArt series workstation, we have 128 gigabytes of RAM.
This covers most of the problems what we need to solve, whether it's AI or visual effects
3D or compositing.
The GPU delivers really fast performance on AI compute or even GPU rendering when we're
doing that for 3D.
We are running AI models 24-7 on the same PC.
Not only pushing limits of GPU and CPU, but to have constant reliability to run consciousness
of the character in real time.
Working with Asus, they are not just hardware partner, it's about supporting the creative
mind.
Asus has been just superb on that.
