Uni Day in My Life ✨

Hi guys and welcome back to Grace's room. I can barely keep my eyes open right now. I'm exhausted. I ain't getting up early. May or may not have actually slept in a little bit after my 6 30 alarm went off. I'm just gonna do some very light makeup. Oh we're getting ready to go to uni because I have not done one for a little while and I know you guys said that you like when I do a little day of my life and today I'm also spending the day with Leanne but of course it's always two three hour lectures that goes from like 8 30 to 2 30 so I have to get up early and get ready but it's so good being able to go to uni with one of your besties because that way once class is finished you could like just go hang out and stuff and we've got lots of options being in the city. I just submitted the biggest block of assignments like all back to back. I know I mentioned it in my last video but I had one more due that I had an extension on. I managed to submit that on time which is good but I can't believe that that was originally like four assignments all due on the exact same day and then the fun part is I get to do that all over again in like four weeks when the next block of assignments are due. The sun is like peeking through the window. It actually looks so nice outside today. You know when the sun just comes out in the morning you just stuff and like we're all like optimistic and stuff like I love the sun. Trying to decide what to do with my hair today. I'm feeling like maybe I might do a little slick back. I just received a special delivery. My dad brought up some breakfast for me which is very sweet. Okay I've got my hair I need to do that still but I just thought I'd show you my uni fit for now. I have my elite 11 zip up jacket, some princess poly jeans and my nike runners. Very comfy fit today. I'm running so late. It's good to be back. Say hi to Leanne. It's been a little bit. It's been like nearly three months since they've seen you. Someone went to Europe without me. Sorry. No it's fine. I don't even care. I'm packing my suitcase. We're just reunited and so happy. She's also just started her internship yesterday which is really cool. Yeah it was really really good. Really fun. I'm gonna have a little snack. I'm feeling a little hungry. Oh is that half of it? Now look now look yesterday when I was on my internship I didn't finish my protein mask. She's got 7.5 grams of protein. So I've got half of the protein. Guys everyone say hi to Faith. Hi. We're currently in um message and media strategy so it's an advertising class. We are getting picked on. Yeah our table keeps getting picked on to answer the questions. Okay we've just finished our class guys. It was actually really entertaining that class. We had a different tutor for this one class and he was very like engaging. Like we locked in the whole time pretty much. I've never been that locked in in that class. Oh my gosh we've really just missed this dynamic because he's been in Europe for six weeks. Yeah I was in Europe for six weeks and I realized that that's my purpose in life. You better not move there girl. I'm not doing that. I mean if you want to pay for my flight. And now I'm back because I wanted to come back on the vlog. So basically we were just having a good chat and then I opened up Instagram right and I see that Grace and Dolan got married. Pauline here didn't take the news so well. I think the whole of RMIT probably just heard me. She fell to her knees in the middle of the class. She fell to her knees in the middle of the hallway. Because that was supposed to be her man. That was supposed to be her man. That was my husband. No honestly I think that was just like a phase that everyone went through. Yeah they look beautiful. It was just a shock for the system. Yeah because we all grew up with the Dolan twins. Like we were either Ethan or Grayson and we were just saying we were both Grayson. I was very much Grayson and the fact that she's Australian too. Oh yeah I think they live in Australia. So that was really funny. We had a good laugh. Yeah. So we have about like 20 minutes until the next class and we both just realized we hadn't done the pre-reading for that class yet. So we're actually going to quickly lock in and do some pre-reading. Oh these readings are always the worst. Damn reading. Oh look at that guys. All that text. Well that's a lot to read in like 20 minutes. I'm actually I'm not going to go ahead and read that all. Okay, we couldn't even really check back in during that class because we were just like, walk through a whole crowd of people. Yeah, that class was like very full-on, there was like no opportunities to stop and talk I think at any point. There wasn't no, not really. Vanished for maybe three hours. We are starving, we're gonna go get some lunch and we're kind of feeling a little bit like fishbowl because we had it, I had it for the first time like two weeks ago and it was really good, it was very nice. And it like really hits the spot on a day like today when you need something to like kind of warm you up a little bit. We all survived. One, two, three, Felicia. So we've got the the five spice beef, we've got pickled ginger, is that what it is? Coleslaw, that and rice. We do a little taste test. It's really good. Is it better than what you got last time? Yeah, I don't want it to be boring, this is really like flavour, we've got lots of flavours. This is celebrating finishing all our assignments. Exactly. Cheers. This is so cute, we're just like walking, doing a little stroll. It makes life worth living. We just decided now we've got to update that we're going to be doing like a little side questing, just like looking around the city and stuff like that. Just wandering, roaming. But like we haven't done a day like this in so long I know. That's where I stayed for the Errors tour. No way. Yeah, that's the only way we could get tickets because we've got like the little VIP package thing. Oh and the MCG is over there too. I'll be there on Friday. So somehow we've just ended up at Crown. I love just like walking around these places. Yeah, it's like a really weird use of our free will. I know, we could be doing like work or something right now but we've decided just to come here on a random Tuesday afternoon. Meet up at Crown. Should we go to the casino? I feel like a tourist or something right now. Do you know what are we doing here? Well, we have no idea. My chicken. What are you getting? I'm getting a raspberry macaron. I've never tried a biscotti. You've tried biscotti. That is yummy. So we decided to stop at Brunetti's. Look at our little order here. I got a chai latte. Leanne got a hot chocolate, an almond biscotti and I got this raspberry macaron. Is it good? Is it good? Yay! I'm gonna try my macaron. Now I need to try, oh the chai is really hot. It's all on the bottom. Look at that. Oh, she needs to be mixed. Cheers to a beautiful day. And trolleying and side quests. Okay, let's see how it tastes now that I've mixed it. Good. That's really nice. We're gonna enjoy our afternoon tea and we'll be back. All right, we just realized we've been walking around for so long. It's like five o'clock now and we finished our class at 2.30. I think we're just gonna head to the station now and probably go. Hello. We're waiting for our train. She'll be back very soon. All right, I'm back home and somehow it's six o'clock already but I had such a fun day with Leanne. We were just like giggly laughing the whole day. Jane's at footy training still so I think I have enough time to quickly have my shower and wash my hair. If any of you guys watched last week's video where I did the little like 24-hour glow up thing, the hair wash routine I did in that video was like so good for some reason. My hair felt so soft for like the last couple days so I need to like recreate that exactly so my hair looks nice for tomorrow when I go to my internship. Okay, hair is washed. I love having a shower like right after uni. I feel like there's just something about the uni air. You just feel so like yeah. All right, so in my last video I used this hair treatment from the same Nioxin brand. I'm currently trying to debate whether I should continue to get the highlights in my hair because I could definitely use a touch-up. I've grown out a lot or if I stop with the highlights and just stick to my natural hair color. I'm using this by the way now, the Beautyworks Miracle Spray. It made my hair so soft when I used it. I don't know, does my hair look better like just natural brown or does a couple highlights make it pop a bit more? I'm gonna use a little bit of hair oil just on the ends though. I don't think I'm gonna have enough time to dry my hair before dinner so I'm just gonna clip it up for now and then I will try it afterwards. This is tonight's dinner. Mama's made a beautiful lamb roast. It's beautiful. I was speaking to a friend in one of my classes today and she was telling me her hair routine because her hair is like always, it looks amazing. It's just like a nice subtle blowout. Perfectly styled all the time and she was telling us what she does. I really want to try that today and see if it works. So this is what my friend Sophia told me to do. So we have to straighten the hair first and then obviously bring it in at the ends, curl it a little bit and then we grab our round brush and the hair dryer and like twist. Okay, that looks good. Let's do the final reveal. Wait, that actually looks really nice. Wait, I really like that. Sophia really put me on here. I'm so happy with that. I mean, I don't know what it's gonna look like in the morning once I sleep on it. I've tried to just do it with the brush before and it always looked terrible, like frizzy. I don't know how hairdressers do it. So mom brought home these butter boy cookies. Now, I'd say a couple months ago when I filmed a uni vlog, I brought one of these home from the city and it was so good. She bought an Nutella flavor. They're so big so dad's already had some. I just want to try a little bit because I'm kind of full from dinner. Bit of salt on top, salt on top of cookies by the way, amazing. It's pretty good. Wow, look at all that Nutella. That's really yummy. I tried a chocolate chip one last time and I still think I slightly preferred that but this is really good. Well, I am super cozy in bed right now. I even had to turn on the heater because it's so cold. I do have to get up early in the morning, like quarter to seven or something. I'm setting my alarm now. I start my internship at nine, that's why I have to get up so early but that's pretty much all for a day in my life.
