Inside a $1.9M Luxury Home in Surprise AZ | 1 Acre, No HOA + Huge RV Garage

If you're looking for luxury in the West Valley, but an HOA telling you where you can park your RV or your toys is an absolute deal breaker, you need to see this house. We're in Surprise, Arizona today, and I'm gonna be showing you this home on just over an acre with nearly 4,500 square feet, a resort-style backyard, a huge RV garage, room for all the vehicles and toys, and no HOA. Today's custom home was built in 2022 by Platinum Builder Group. It's a single-story, 4,480 square feet with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, plus an office and a separate bonus or game room. This home is currently listed at 1.925 million, and there are a few things about this property that make it very different from what you typically find in Surprise. So let's start with the house, and then we're gonna head out back because there's a lot to see out there, and I'll also show you exactly where we are and what's nearby. Let's walk through the house. All right, as we come in, you're gonna notice these incredibly tall ceilings, gorgeous, brand-new hardwood flooring that was just put in. This home was built in 2022, but they did change out the flooring. Got this huge great room into your kitchen here, your office over here. Let's start with our office just off the front door. This is your office here, nice big space. And then this is your primary suite. This entire thing back here is your primary. So you've got closet, huge closet on this side, nice big bedroom with your slider out the back. Again, super nice high ceilings, beautiful feature wall. And then let's check out our closet here. Custom closet in here, huge closet. Hopefully I can do it justice. Come into our primary. There's your water closet. And this beautiful bathroom with your soaking tub. Lots of counter space, dual vanity. And then your walkthrough shower with dual shower heads, your bench, really stunning. All right, coming back out from our primary to our great room. There's your office to acclimate you again. Here we are in our great room and kitchen. Notice the back, you've got a 24 foot slider in the back along with an automatic shade. You have misters back there and we'll talk about the backyard and go out there in just a little bit. We've got beautiful refrigerator here, Z-line microwave, your pantry, wine fridge here, quartz countertops, Z-line stove, you are on propane here. So you do have a private propane tank, you are on a well. You do have reverse osmosis under here and a whole home soft water system. So you have fresh water coming out of all of your taps and you are on well water here. Of course, soft clothes, just tons of drawer space here in this kitchen. All right, as we head out of the kitchen, this space here, you can put two chairs here to kind of like a desk area, working area. Got a bedroom here, got bathrooms, beautiful shower there, dual vanity here, another bedroom. We're headed over to this other side with our other bedrooms, powder bath here. Coming into our laundry room, got dual washer and dryer in here, stackable. You have a sink and lots of storage, cute floor in here as well. Now we are in our four car garage with tons of storage out here. You also have another refrigerator out here, huge hot water heater. There's tons of space for all of your toys. Coming in from that garage, I also wanted to tell you that you do have an upgraded electrical panel and an additional solar ready panel. And that water heater is an upgraded water heater as I did show you that. All right, let's head out to the backyard. As you can see, you've got these giant sliders and of course this can be also open. And then you have this automatic screen that comes down over the doors if you wanted that for some added shade. And also if you wanna just have that fresh air coming into your great room and then that just really allows you to have this just indoor and outdoor space out here with the misters going out by your pool. And as you can see outside here, just gorgeous and just a huge covered patio out here with lots of little areas to relax and enjoy this outdoor space. You've got your fireplace out here, TV. You've got putting green, artificial turf, another area here to relax and enjoy. You've got your misters, professionally installed misters which really make enjoying the hot summer nights more tolerable, let's say that, because they do cool the space down by about 20 degrees. Okay, and then this is your pool area here. Plenty of room for everyone for a big pool party, lots of availability for entertaining. You've got your pergola back here, nice big shelf here. So everybody has room to spread out. You do have the in-floor cleaning pop-ups here. You also have your umbrella stand holders and open up all those umbrellas. Just really enjoy this huge pool out here. And then this shade from this pergola here, lots of privacy back here as well with these bushes. This is gonna be a nice, beautiful tree when it's fully grown. All right, we'll walk over here where we have this covered play area. If you don't have kids and you wanted to make this something else, you could put anything you wanted out here. You've got this built-in trampoline out here, but you could put whatever you wanted back here. Lots of possibilities. You do have a basketball court here. And then of course, your RV garage over here that is pull-through on this side if you had like a boat or a truck that you wanted to pull through, you have that availability here. And then we'll get to the RV garage. And then you come into your RV garage that's got a split AC unit in here, poker nights, cigar night, working on all of your toys out here, plenty of room for storing stuff. You can have your office up these stairs. If you're someone that works on vehicles, maybe you're a welder, plumber, electrician, you can have all of your things out here. And then you have kind of your own little office space. And it's nice and cool in here because you do have your split. So it's like a giant workshop slash pull your RV in if you have an RV. This RV garage is approximately 30 by 50 feet in between the attached garages that I showed you earlier, the four car and this RV garage and all the additional parking on the driveway. This property has an incredible amount of space for vehicles, an RV, a boat, or what other toys you need room for. Now, if you're looking for an acre, an RV garage and no HOA, one of your first questions probably is how far out am I? How close am I to shopping, to schools, medical and freeways? So let me show you exactly where we are and what's nearby. For everyday shopping, you're about five miles from Fry's Marketplace at Pat Tillman Boulevard and 163rd Avenue. And this is an area that's still developing pretty quickly. There are already restaurants and coffee shops and everyday services around Fry's with additional retail and commercial development underway nearby. There's also a future Honor Health medical facility planned as part of the development in this area. And even though you're on an acre with no HOA and you've got some breathing room out here, you're only about six miles from the US 60 and Loop 303 interchange. The 303 is really one of the main freeway connections through the West Valley. You can take it South towards I-10 or North towards I-17, which makes getting around the valley much easier than you might expect from an acreage property like this. And when you want more than everyday shopping, Village at Prasada is about 11 miles away and that's where you're gonna find your Costco and your Target, Sprouts, Home Depot, Nordstrom Rack, and a huge selection of restaurants and other shopping. If you have kids, you're in the Dysart Unified School District. Asante Preparatory Academy, which currently serves preschool through fifth grade is about five miles away. And then middle school students in this area currently attend Cimarron Springs and Willow Canyon High School is about 10 miles away or roughly a 20-minute drive. As always, school boundaries can change so you're gonna wanna verify current assignments directly with the district. And if part of the reason you need all this garage space is because you've got a boat or other toys, Lake Pleasant is about 28 miles away or roughly a 40-minute drive. You can also get to Flagstaff or Prescott in about two hours. So you can keep everything at home, skip the storage facility, and still be at the lake in under an hour. And if you travel frequently, Phoenix Sky Harbor is about 46 miles away. So this is one of those acreage properties where you're getting the space, the privacy, and no HOA without being completely removed from everyday conveniences. And this part of Surprise is continuing to grow. I think that's really the appeal of this property. You don't have to choose between having a beautiful luxury home and having room for the RV, boat, vehicles, and all of the other things that come with the way you actually live.
