Repairs to be made at Barton Springs Pool

Austin Parks and Recreation will begin a restoration project for the stone retaining wall at Barton Springs Pool starting September 8th. The original 1917 wall will be repaired in phases through early 2027. While the pool remains open, approximately 37 trees will be removed to protect the wall's integrity and will not be replanted in the immediate area.
