Russian Telegram channels are publishing an appeal from the mother of a deceased occupier, who claimed she had not received funeral payments for her son, whose body was returned home without a head. The woman appealed to Vladimir Putin , accusing the Russian authorities and military command of killing their own soldiers, and warned of a possible "civil war." She said she waited a year and eight months for her son. When the body was returned, the family faced not only the horror of the funeral but also bureaucracy: the woman wasn't even paid a measly 60,000 rubles for the burial. "I buried my son the other day. What's going on in our Russia? Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, what's going on? What are you doing? You're killing our boys. You're killing them, you're killing them.
