Seal Stuck in Construction Hat at Protected Nature Reserve!

Cape Cross is a protected nature reserve, but marine life here is constantly exposed to dangerous human trash. With no local industry nearby, how did a hard hat ring end up drifting into a seal reserve? How can we permanently clean our oceans before more helpless animals get entangled, and why does it seem so impossible to stop plastic from entering the water in the first place? It's time to stop pretending this is normal. Pass better laws, improve law enforcement and introduce hefty fines, and make sure that our marine animals are protected!
