CNN stunned as poll shows Republicans 'admire' Trump far more than Reagan and Lincoln

CNN data guru Harry Enten was left stunned following the latest poll highlighting US President Donald Trump’s popularity among Republicans.

On Wednesday, Enten and CNN host John Berman discussed Trump’s influence and popularity among Republican voters.

The poll, conducted by Elon University, found that Trump was ‘The President Republicans most admire’.

Trump polled at 53 per cent, with former Republican presidents Ronald Reagan and Abraham Lincoln trailing at 18 and 8 per cent respectively.
