Arizona nonprofit collecting worn American flags

A local nonprofit, Honoring America's Veterans, has partnered with Spencer's TV and Appliances to collect worn or faded American flags. Through the Tattered Flag Project, community members can drop off flags at 12 locations to ensure they are retired with dignity, culminating in a special commemorative ceremony on September 11th.
