Who built this red fence in Auckland?

The famous red fence in Auckland was erected by the Auckland Harbour Board to protect and enclose the wharves. The initial section was manufactured in Manchester by G. Wragge Ltd and installed in 1913–1914, while subsequent extensions were carried out by James Allen Sen & Son Ltd in Glasgow.
