LOS ANGELES TO LAS VEGAS: My new motorcycle & a roadtrip from California to Nevada

The start of an epic adventure - and a roadtrip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Get to know my new motorcycle, visit the best motorcycle workshop in town with me, meet old friends, and join the ride through the Los Angeles Forest all the way to Vegas. I traveled to the United States of America to stay a few months to visit family and friends - neither having a plan, nor a motorcycle. Only a few weeks later, this happened: I had bought a motorcycle and was on the road again. Upon my arrival in the United States I tried to find a company that would rent a motorcycle to me for a month - but either all their bikes were already taken or it was way too expensive. So I started to research the market for used motorcycles and planned to resell it after ending my trip. I didnt find the right fit. So I tried to find a new Yamaha Tenere 700. In the end Yamaha USA who sold me an equipped Tenere 700 from their press fleet. Yes, I bought another Yamaha Tenere 700. And no, I have not yet sold it again… Get to know my friend Tim, who I met in Uzbekistan on my worldtrip, and who helped me to install my GPS to my new motorcycle. On the search of a connector we visited the coolest motorcycle workshop in town ( Moto Classic Garage Los Angeles ). The next day started with a big surprise: Tim was riding with me to Las Vegas to visit family and offered to guide the way through the Los Angeles Forest. And my travel partner joined the ride too with his pillion on a rented motorcycle of BMW. Join our ride to the talles thermometer in the world, to the state Nevada, and to Boulder City, where we ended up instead of Las Vegas.
