Everything You Need To Know About The JLC Reverso

In this episode, Adam sits down with Kevin O'Dell, one of the foremost Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso history experts, to trace the story of the most important Art Deco watch ever made. To bring it to life, a great friend and collector brought in his personal Reverso collection, spanning the earliest models straight through to the late 1990s so Adam and Kevin could walk through the design in hand, generation by generation.
Original Reversos were often produced in runs of only a few hundred pieces, decades before the vintage Rolex references everyone obsesses over today even existed. Then the line all but disappeared until, thirty years later, a drawer full of forgotten Reverso cases was rediscovered, sparking the revival that brought the design back into production and built the modern collector demand that's still growing today.
