Let's get to the video. Well, mama told me when I was young, she'd sit beside me, my only son.
And listen closely to what I say.
And if you do this, it'll help you some sunny day.
Oh, take your time. Don't live too fast. Troubles will come.
All right, well, we're back at the track. They're getting ready to warm up the car.
We kind of had to get out of here quick the other night. We had an issue with the drive
shaft sensor, but it started to rain, so we loaded up quick. But we're back for another
day of testing. This is day three of testing Eagle, and hopefully it goes good. We changed
the drive shaft sensor, and that was definitely the problem. We're going to warm this thing up,
and then go up for our first pass. I can't listen to an idol to fall asleep like that. Yeah.
It'd definitely rock you to sleep for sure. Yeah. You know, I used to hate the smell of
that methanol, but I'm kind of growing to like it a little bit. So here's the thing.
This is where it's at, right? Yeah. This right here is a little rough. Yeah. If you're on the
outer, it's not bad. It's not bad. Well, here's not. Yeah, I was kind of like back there in the
back corner. Well, I was. But right here. Oh, yeah, you're cooked. Yeah. Wait, how fast? He
knows. He already knows. That was better, right? All right. What we got? What we got? 107. That
was better, but a little bit better. A little better. Better. It did sound. I mean, it was
107. It still went 280, 282. He lifted before the 330. 46 to the eighth. 107 with a four.
So pick up one. Yeah. It didn't catch. It did better that time. We did good. That's in the
right direction. Baby steps. Baby steps. We're just running out of days. Yeah, I know. Anything
in the right direction. Yes. Sweet. That was all in the right direction there. That
sounded very nice. Yeah. I'd be worthy of a second to go around on it to run that number.
Maybe we can talk Jamie into turning a few things on now.
I mean, it seemed fine. It didn't look like it was on edge or anything. It looked smooth right
there. Yeah. Everything went fine. Everything went good and went right on. Yeah, everything
looked good. No, it looked, that door was open a little bit. Oh, well it didn't, it didn't come
open. It was open. The top was open. The actual, oh, no, the whole door. It was like all the first
click. Well, which one of yous was supposed to shut that all the way? I'm going to place blame
on somebody. It wasn't, I didn't see it. Don't slam the door. We already got a crack in the,
we got a crack in the front, uh, front wheel. Well, you know, and uh, it's not even my car
and I'm going to lose sleep over it tonight. So I'm more OCD than Cameron. I'll be losing
sleep over that crack. I'm going to have to tell the boys up at arcade. I got to
touch that up a little bit. Yeah. So what do you, how fast do you think it went?
It didn't go that much faster, but it looked wave. It looked like a whole different car. Like
it's, it looked like the suspension worked different. Everything felt like it went maybe
mid one O to the 60, something like that. So it felt a lot better. Just have to look at the data
and see what we got. Where do you live? Probably two to 2.2 seconds. It went, uh, 282. So not
terrible for, it was, it was running good. It just sounded and looked different than it has.
Oh yeah. It applied all the power to the racetrack and it was just clean. Yeah. You know,
no like straight, no dips in the RPM graph or anything like that. No straight as an arrow.
It's going to drive really good. I can tell it feels slow. Yeah. I mean it is slow right now,
but it feels slow. I guess in the terms, it feels like I'm driving the little gangster
car going 530 index racing. That's what I'm talking about. Oh yeah. So it don't look like
you're going down a bumpy road. No, this is the, uh, drive shaft sensor here. Let me zoom in on
this real quick. Okay. Let's see if I can hold on here. You can't really get it much more there.
So this is our drive shaft sensor here. Look at how smooth that is. Uh, there that's just literally
like straight line. Whereas before we had peaks and dips and it was touching it and that's what
made it pull the time. It slowed the car down a bunch. So you can see here how precise it is.
Just barely catches a little bit of tire trim when it shocks a tire when it leaves. And then
other than that, it's flat as a pancake. That's what it's supposed to look like.
Yeah. Like a shoestring. Yeah. How far in the road is that? Let's see. Man, look at how,
what did I tell you? You said, uh, 2 to 2.2, 2.26. There you go. Pretty accurate. Were you
closing your eyes and doing Mississippis? Yeah, I was closing them and doing Mississippis.
I was going to ask you a question. He's smart. He did good. So that right there is
gear change right there. It actually did got into a one, two shift right there. That's gear change.
That's the gear change output right here. That and that's your drive shaft. All right. All right.
Jamie just sent a tune-up back. He said we're good to go 400 feet this time. All right. If
he's something messing around on Facebook, we get the tune-up quicker.
There was a comment somebody made about quit messing around and on Facebook. It's just a
joke. We know it takes time. Jamie's the best there is. We trust him. I got to go ahead this
time to go a little further. All right. So look, all right. Is the first 60 feet going to be
faster or are we just going farther? I think we're going to, uh, a little faster everywhere.
Yeah. Okay. A little faster, a little longer. Okay. I'm going to get to see, uh, three gear
shifts, third gear. If it shifts three times, there's parts coming out of the back. Well,
I mean, the lockup makes it sound. Okay. That's true. But I had that, I had to send the text,
you know, lockup or no lockup, you know, so I know what to expect. Yeah. It's nice, you know,
to know what to expect. So I can kind of see what's going on and, uh, you know, determine
different things if something happens, you know, so, uh, driver feedback is always key with, uh,
with a tuner and anybody that's helping you work on your stuff, you know, because
I've worked with some guys that, uh, I say what happened out there and, uh,
I don't know. I was up there and I was down there at the return road, man.
Well, and that's when we talk about who's going to drive the car. I think we've talked about that,
that as long as everything goes right, you, anybody can drive it. It's when things go wrong
that you have, you don't have enough passes to really understand what's happening quick enough.
Yeah. And I always call that like the biggest thing with radial tire racing. It's like knowing
when to hold and when to fold. Yeah. Right. So like, obviously if you're in eliminations and
have to push the car a little bit, you can, you have to know your limits, but if you're testing,
absolutely. Do you ever push the car? No, you know, you, you, you save it for another day.
There's radial tires do one of two things. They spin or they hook. And when they spin,
it's like being on ice. And if your foot is in the gas for two tenths of a second, too long,
it's going to be problematic. Yeah. They don't, it's not like a slip. You can't just drive through.
No, no, it's not. It's not. So like between that and then, uh, wheelies, but obviously these cars
with this horsepower level, they have wheelie control on them with that,
with the laser ride height center. So, you know, as much horsepower as it has,
when you have more horsepower, there's more that you can pull out to knock in his head.
If it wasn't really so, you know, they, they do have, you know, the chance of wheelie,
but there's so much more control over that. You hardly ever see it with a higher horsepower cars.
Yeah. So yeah, we're ready. I'm excited. Yeah. All right. Well, it's about nine 30. We're going
to the second pass. The air is much better than it was the first pass. And it's even a lot better
than it was the last two nights we're out here. So that's a good thing. Jamie has put a new tune
up in it. I believe it'll be a little bit faster as long as it goes down. And if it feels good,
he's going to go 400 feet instead of about 250 feet. So we're going to go a little bit
farther. Every time a little bit farther, maybe by the end of the night, we'll have a whole pass.
What do you think? I mean, I see a whole pass, right? Yes. I'm dying to see a full pass out of
one. Oh, there we go. Better. There we go.
Two 67 at three 30. Was it over a little bit?
It did on a pass before that too. He said the door was moving a little bit or something.
104 with a seven, two 67 with a nine, four 18. Four 18. Yeah. The door was unlatched. I know.
We thought you were trying to get out and open it. You got nervous or something.
So what happens is like, so dude, you would not believe this with the heart's charger on Vick's
car with the heart's charger on Vick's car. Yeah. It would take that clip right there and undo it.
It'd be hanging every time we made a pass. We had to Velcro it around it. That's a double deal,
but his was a single. It would unhook it. I don't even know how it's physically possible.
It was like ghost stuff. So the only thing I can think is the car definitely with that charger.
Oh, it's vibrating a lot, dude. When you go down the track, the first thing I noticed,
like it's like it, it vibrates. It's got a lot of harmonics. So I wonder if it's
vibrating that door open. We had to look at the striker when we get back. Cause yeah,
the door was open. This one was off and that one was caught and that was what was holding it. But
it started to peel the fricking window again. I'm like, yeah, the video looked at the whole
door came open. So I'm looking, so I'm like looking down track at the cone to make sure I
stop the right time. And I'm like looking down track this way. And then by the time I like see
the code, I'm like, okay, I'm going to lift here soon. I look back to the center of the
track and the windows like open like this. I'm like, Oh my God, not the window again.
All right. So what do you think it went? Uh, I hope it went one Oh two or three to the 60.
One Oh four. That's close. One Oh four. It went two 67 in the middle. That's good.
Yeah. We're getting somewhere. Two 67. One Oh four. That's the fastest car I've ever been at
a 60 foot. One Oh four. Really? Yeah. All right. So we're getting closer. We're getting closer.
Yeah. It still looked good. No, it felt good. It felt good to make it towards more. Well,
like towards loose and then it pops it. You can adjust it forward to the angles different,
but it's still got the same. Yeah. But I think if we could just put something like you said,
we need to put something there that you have to, is there any, okay. I'm wondering if there's
anything in the mechanism for the screen on the inside. So it's not, yeah, that's what I'm saying.
If we pull that cover off, let's pull that cover off this door. You want to put it on a stand?
So what we think's happening is this is pretty snug and everything's really close to where it
needs to be. And when this thing, as soon as he gets on a break, I think it's just barely pushing
that handle, which is amazing that it can do that. But like he said, they've seen some crazy stuff
with the hard chargers and uh, they'll rattle all kinds of stuff loose. So it may just be
kicking that handle. The latch is good. You can yank on it. It's there. So it may just be
kicking that handle. We can put a little spring on the handle and keep it loaded
shut. That way it doesn't rattle backwards and open the door because you definitely don't want
the door to come open. At least he saw it and we're not making full passes. So it wasn't anything
crazy, but we don't want to be putting a door on it. I've put a lot of windows on that door.
I don't want to put a door on that door. I don't want to put a door on that window.
Around here, we're constantly measuring everything. Horsepower, weight, boost,
and track times. But when it comes to our own health, most of us step on a scale,
look at one number and call it a day. That's why the HumePod has been a game changer for me. It's
basically like having an in-body scan that you can do right at home. The HumePod isn't just a
scale. It's a body analyzer that scans your arms, legs, and torso and tracks over 40 different
health metrics. The two I've been paying the most attention to are body fat and muscle mass,
because just like building a car, one number doesn't tell you the whole story. My weight
could stay basically the same while losing fat and gaining muscle. And a Hume app uses AI-powered
insights to take all that data and actually help you understand what you should be working on,
whether that's activity, sleep, or other habits. So if you want to start tracking more than just
your weight, check out the HumePod and use code CJRaceCars. It stacks on top of Hume's current
sale of up to 50% off. But the code is only good for seven days, plus it's HSAFSA eligible,
so you may be able to use those funds towards it. Thanks Hume Health for sponsoring today's video.
All right, Jamie just set the tune up. This is probably our last pass for the night. It's 10
o'clock. They stop at 11 on the weekends. Jamie said lock up on all the way to the 8th mile.
I would love to end the night with a nice 8th mile pass. We changed the springs on the door.
The way those things, they just move a little bit. I think maybe that one's just vibrating
enough to pop that latch and we don't want that door to come open. So we changed the springs on
the door. Tory's downloading the tune up now. And with any luck, by the end of the night,
we'll have our first full 8th mile pass. I'd sleep a lot better if that happens, though.
I might sleep in 20 minutes tomorrow. Maybe 30 minutes. If it does good. If it does bad,
I might not sleep at all. Yeah, I know I won't sleep at all. Yeah, a lot's riding on this. You
get to drive home. We'll get a little sleep on the way home. If your truck was like my truck,
I'd be able to sleep on the way home too. All right, this thing goes down right here. It's
not super fast. It's still conservative. What do you think it's going to go if it goes down?
If it goes down, man, I mean, the 330 was pretty decent on the last pass. It was decent. I mean,
there's definitely some numbers that need to be picked up. I mean, to be honest with you,
with everything, we've not necessarily just minor issues. It'd be nice to see a 390 pass.
I mean, if he turns it up, the track's there. Good plugs at the end. Yeah. Load in the trailer.
At least we know now we will just have to work on a tune up when we get up there.
Yeah. Air should be better. I would imagine. I've never been there. I imagine air should be better.
Yeah, I would assume so. Yeah. What do you think? If it goes down, what do you think it'll do?
If it goes all the way down? Fastest it's ever been. Do you think it'll go faster than it went
with? It went at 82 before. First full rip. Do you think it's going faster than 82?
Be close. Close? That'd be close. Yeah. I'd be happy with a nice full pass. If it does,
I'm buying everybody ice water killers tonight. Horrible. Horrible.
Hey, have you bought spark plugs in Robin, Mississippi?
It's your car. I know. Papa Jamie sent that tune up. Yeah. Said, take her on now to the
8th, but right at the 8th, right? Right at the 8th. So he said, lock up on.
We're going to go like this about 120 feet. Clamp her down.
We got the grown man tune up in this thing tonight. 120 feet. Clamps it down. Motor goes
down. Car goes. That lock up is serious. Yeah. I can't wait to hear that thing lock down.
All right. This may be the last pass. Jamie's got a lock up on. It's a little spicier off the
starting line. We were told we're good to make an 8th mile pass. Hopefully we make it all the way
down there under full power and get us a good pass. We're getting ready to go up now. What do
you think Josh? Last thoughts. I mean, the way Jamie's been going, we're going good. We got
the lock up in. If that ticket don't say 380. We could see a 103. 103. Hopefully. Dude, that'd be
ice water on me too. I'll dump the cooler on you. What we got? What we got?
395. 395. 192. 395. 102. 265. It just, he either left earlier or we lost a bunch of
mile an hour out there somehow. I went 265. 103 with an L. It might have. It might have.
103 with an L. Oh yeah. We're getting ready to pass.
Sweet. All right. So that was going to be our last pass
most likely. We're going to do a full 8th mile pass, but as far as I can tell, don't turn the
right. Yeah. So what, what they normally do is for most people, you know, they usually put a
little cut in there because cars are traveling so fast down the racetrack that, you know,
it slips away from you that you're a hundred feet past the finish line. You're still in a problem.
So basically they do stuff with the fuel and the ignition to drown the motor out,
shut the motor off. Engine, let's just say. We don't race with motors.
Guys, I'm a, I'm a hillbilly redneck, whatever you want to call it. It's going to be a motor
sometimes an engine sometimes, you know, propellant. Yeah. So, uh, they, they build
that stuff in there. So like I was coming down through there. And as soon as I even thought
about like going to lift it, I don't know what he thought the car was going to run. So it probably
was not traveling fast enough down the racetrack. So it got into it. So I'm sure he adjusted it for
this next run. So we won't get into that. I've made a few tweaks with the fuel and the timing
and stuff like that. Try to speed the car up a little bit. I know that we still are not pushing
the car to the 60 foot yet. So we've, we've got a lot left on the table to the 60 foot. I mean,
there's at least six or seven numbers, you know, right off the bat left at the 60 foot. So we're
definitely not pushing it. But for example, when we had this car, when I tested this car,
eight mile with a three 15, which was a lot less of a finicky tire at 200 pounds, less than it is
now. It went one Oh four, two with the best six foot. Yeah. So we already went a number better.
And, and when the car ran the best, I believe it's world cup, correct? It was amazing weather.
World cup weather is basically like below sea level, super dry air. And right now we're at
3000 feet of air over 120 water grains. I mean, it's heavy. So like right now,
just to tune up that's in the car and better air is probably almost a 10th faster. And if you go
put that this in world cup air, it's a 10th faster, you know, without touching anything,
you know, so just to put it into perspective for you guys. And that's what we saw when we read the
time slip. It obviously, it looked good incrementally until it was about 20 miles an
hour slow at the finish line from the start line. I couldn't tell Tyler did see, he said he thought
it hit the red one or something. That's what happened. It just basically the car lost power
before we got to the finish line. That's why we're down 20 miles an hour, you know, at three 95
instead of probably an eighties. Yeah, correct. So that was going to be the last pass because
we're on a curfew here, but Riley and Tyler got back from hustle. I think they got the car pulled
down and we are going to make another pass. That was supposed to be the last one, but it's going
to be hard to end on that when we know we could have. It's a consolation prize for you guys right
here. We're going to see what we can do one more time. Yeah. All right. We're in the lanes. We did
make it. They got to cool down, turn around really fast, 45 minutes at the most in the time he got
to the finish line until we're back up here, which is pretty impressive. So we are going to get one
more pass. I think Jamie moved the cup. Like we talked about, I don't know if he got any spicier
up front. I would imagine. And there's probably gotten a tiny bit better. And we see a one Oh
two. It'd be cool to see a 380 something pass. We'll go home with a full pass.
It is very rowdy. The lockup is awesome. I can't tell you the best feeling in drag racing,
racing a race car is a lockup transmission. That is the most awesome thing there is. The
engine is revved up. It's going, the clutch is engaged and it clamps the engine down
and the car just propels forward. It's literally awesome. So, but appreciate you guys following
along, you know, get this thing, uh, work on a few things and, uh, we might even test again
tomorrow. I don't know yet. We got to talk to Jamie. You got to talk to the camera and we might
test again tomorrow. So we'll see what happens. Yeah. That lockup. Wow. What we got? One Oh one
seven. One Oh one seven, two 62, three 92 at one 80. So we still got no mile an hour, but two 62
and one Oh one with a seven that's three faster than it's ever been before tonight. And it's on
a smaller tire than it was on before. It still went six 93 and a quarter. It's obviously losing
power. I don't know where, but one Oh one seven, one Oh one seven. We almost, we almost there.
We almost where we need to be for sure. Almost. I mean, that's why we've come three times. Yeah,
exactly. I mean, I want to be prepared when we get there. The most we can,
it's still slow. I'm wrong. It's still slower than the top guys, but it's getting close.
So how'd it feel? Oh, good. Smooth. One Oh one seven. Does this look on your face?
One Oh one seven. Yeah. Two 62 with a two. We're getting there. Three 92, one 80 flat.
So the thing is, I don't know where he has it to cut off and it's easier for me now knowing
for me to shut it off rather than him have it set and not know where the car's traveling down
the racetrack. Let me just let off early. Cause it's just, it's hard on the engine.
Yeah. You get a clean plug reading. He can, you know, it's way easier if I had,
I known it was so tight before I would've just lifted a little earlier. I just, you know,
I didn't know it was going to be that tight. So I clipped it off a little bit earlier,
but no, it was smooth. It was awesome. Two 62. What do you think we have to go?
Oh, we definitely got to get into the two fifties, but that's not that far. No,
we're not far at all. Yeah. I don't think any of these cars go to, you need to go to 40.
Dude, I'd be lying if I told you, I only follow, I only follow what I, what I typically race,
you know, my mind is on that. So, you know, I don't think one Oh one seven is bad for the air.
With Jamie tuning the car and us working on the car and the way that things are going,
whatever anybody else runs, we can run. I think so too. I mean, there's no, there's no, there's no
limitation that you put everybody at the same racetrack. Yeah. Jamie tuning and us working on
the car. Yeah. We're going to be right there at the top. Yeah. You know? No, I think it was a
great night. All in all, this is, this is what we needed after again, it was on nobody's fault,
but like between the gear, which I'll take the blame for that. And then the sets are not working
like we needed a night like tonight. Yeah. This was definitely a good night because the first
night we kind of got kicked in the teeth coming out here after working on it and having a bad
year and not knowing why it's going slow. But yeah, I mean, it's awesome. Yeah. And it's pretty
heavy. You can see the water grains. It's not great air for sure. Not great at all.
All right. Well, we're back at Bradenton. I feel like groundhog day, Josh. We've been here
four times in six days, getting ready to test it even for the last time before yellow bullet.
And Jamie's got a tune up in there. We would have had a little bit more talking about the car
beforehand, but Josh took my keys with him. So we got here a little behind Troy and Brad
and Tyler had to get everything done. And we are here now. We didn't make it for,
they're making a pass. So we'll see how it goes. And afterwards see what Jamie wants to do from
there. I know he wanted to try to make a little bit more headway out the back. See if we can get
that mile an hour out the back and the ET down a little bit. Yeah. He's like, I ain't making that
drive. That's the first time it's ever spun. The first time it spun. Yeah. Well, I don't know where
Jamie had it and the heat did just come off the track. So I'm sure the surface is pretty hot.
No excuse. Again, we got to be able to race in all these conditions and see what it did.
And I don't know what we can do. We haven't changed any bar angles. We haven't. Exactly
how it was before. So there's a good chance we need to turn some knobs and some bar,
move some bars around. But we got to, you know, you got to get to this to see what it does with
your draft and see what Jamie wants to do. We're trying to get up to the lanes as quick as we can,
but you can see what we got. It's pretty bad. What looks to be a hurricane coming. Typical
Florida weather. Tornado minimal. My daughter said, I'm pretty sure those are called bookshelf
clouds. It's about to get real rowdy. So I'm trying to get up there and make one last pass.
It just sprayed the track. Jamie said, leave the tune up. The track was still pretty hot.
So we're going to try to go down with it. Exactly the same as it is. If we can make this pass,
it is what it is. If we don't, we'll load in a box and we're going to yell both ways.
Oh, the doors, the doors stayed closed. Can we fix that? I think.
Thank gosh. We got to make a pass without it raining. Thank gosh. So we'll go back and
see if we stay dry. I was wondering what that was. Well, that's special.
Fresh air bottles hanging, not in the clamp. I'm not sure what happened there,
but everything seemed good. Made a full rip. We'll just go back, check the data, see what we got.
Kind of flustered because there's rain. We had literally packed everything up
thinking it was going to rain. I don't know if it's still going to, it looked nasty as windy,
everything they're coming to get me right now. So we can kind of like get back and we have to
put this thing up quick. We can, but uh, everything went good. We'll check the data and see what we
got. Sub one. Oh, nine, nine, eight. Hey, that ice water tonight. I got you. Yeah. What rest of
that? Hey, I'm excited. Yeah, that's good. That's got a quick point out too,
but I think there's something wrong with me. What do you think? I don't know. We all good.
Nine 98. Well, that's good. Yeah. Nine 98, two 57, three 84 to five one 89. So still
it's picked up a lot out back. It still needs more out there, but
yeah, it's good. Good tree was good. Yeah. That's good. That's good. We're getting quicker to the
tree every time. I really like starting to hone in on it. Yeah. Sub one seconds. We, uh, I don't
know if you guys see this. This is why I was hurrying up in the car. Oh, that's bad. Well,
the weather I think is about to get us Troy's looking at the radar and it looks like it's like
right down the road. So we're going to try to get this thing loaded up before it absolutely
consumes on us. Cause I don't want the car to get wet and all the tools to get wet and everybody
to get wet. It's a long ride home. We don't be soaking wet. So we're going to load this thing
up. But all in all four days of testing, we made some really good progress. First two days,
we kind of got to wipe out for parts failures, but I'm, I'm extremely happy. Jamie, without even
being here, has got us going in the right direction really quickly for a brand new car
with a brand new heart started running out. So super happy. And we'll see you guys in yellow
boat very soon. All right. As you guys know, we're giving away a rod or a piston in an order
every single day during this giveaway. And we have five that we need to call that we haven't
called yet. So we're going to give those people a call. We're also giving away wrist pins, buttons,
rings, and a bunch of random orders every single day. Also, but the rods and the pistons,
we're going to call the people that we pick for the winners for those. And if you guys want them
signed, we'll sign them. If not, I understand that my signature is not great. Bo S is the winner on
the giveaway. Let's call Bo. Let's see if we can get a string of people. Oh, Bo. Should we try again?
I'll try again. That was pretty, that was really quick. It didn't even ring all the way.
All right. Should we send Bo a rod or a piston? You know what? He's just going to have to get a
piston. He ain't. Piston? Piston. Should we sign her or just send it? I'd sign it. You sure? Yeah.
The good news is that if my signature is really bad, they could just wipe it off. Yeah. Break it
off. Yeah. How you doing, bud? Yeah, that's all right. That's good. Okay. That's not terrible.
All right. Second person, Barry Thompson. Hopefully we have some luck. It would stink
if we don't get anyone to answer, right? I know. Someone will answer. Oh, we got a ring.
Two rings and we're doing better than we have so far. I know. Oh, we got two rings.
This is Barry. Barry, this is Cameron Johnson. How are you? Hey, I'm good. How are you? Good.
We picked your order for a rod or a piston. First time hearing you. Can you hear me now?
You have to try that again. We picked your order for a rod or a piston. Eagle's rough. Eagle.
Yep. We're throwing a rod or a piston in one random order every day during a giveaway
and your order was one. Do you want a rod or a piston? A rod? Yeah, I'm sitting here watching
one year ago episode. Oh, wow. Sweet. Well, we appreciate it for sure. Sorry for calling you so
late. We're trying to get caught up. We've been testing Eagle a lot, so we're just trying to get
caught up tonight. Thank you very much. Do you want me to sign it or you don't want me to mess
it up with my terrible signature? Yeah, if you want to sign it, that's fine. Okay. All right.
We'll sign it and get ahead of your way. Yes, sir. Thank you. All right, bye. That was a good
answer. Anyone who's watching the channel. I know. What a coincidence. You can't beat that right
there. What did I do with the marker? See that? You done broke it or lost it. There you go.
That is wild. Why are we signing a rod? Right here. Let's do this one. There you go. I still
need practice, but that's why we're doing this, right? Well, you can't practice on me anymore.
We ain't doing that again. So these rods and pistons, obviously some of these pistons are new,
which we can't use. The rods are all used. I didn't realize, because we got some of the car
and we did get pistons with that, and I just didn't really look over the invoice,
a set of these rods and pistons with rings. Josh just ordered some the other day,
even though we have some. He ordered some because we're not going to have time to put them together,
because as you guys know, we've been testing a lot. And a set of rods, pistons and rings
and a rack sent to us was $6,400. Yeah, that's nuts. This stuff, if it was new,
oh, there's every bit of $20,000, $30,000 sitting right here. That's crazy, isn't it? Yeah. And
we're just putting it in order. Well, I mean, most of it's used. The pistons are new, the
race pins are new, stuff like that. I mean, the rods, you might still be able to get them, maybe
a few passes out. We could put these in a spar, low horsepower. Listen, listen. Don't, we better
don't. Stop it, stop it, stop it. All right, we'll call, Jason is next. Jason. All right,
let's give Jason a call. Can we get two in a row? Maybe, don't too bad. Hi, I'm calling this
by Google, recording this call for the person you're trying to reach. Can you say what you're
calling about? Hey, Jason, this is Cameron Johnson from CJ Race Cars, and we got a rod or a piston
for you, and we just wanted to know which one you wanted. Thanks, connecting you now. Hello,
is this Jason? This is Jason. Jason, this is Cameron Johnson. How are you? We're giving a rod
or a piston away every day during our giveaway in one random order, and we picked your order for
the 24th. Oh, yeah? Yes, sir. Do you want a rod or a piston? It's out of Eagle. You want a rod?
Okay. Yeah. You want me to sign it, or you want me to leave my terrible signature off of it?
Oh, you can sign it, man. All right. It's just you bet it's not a welder.
I need to practice. Well, the welder goes on Sunday, and now we're going to pick another
random order, so it's still, that's still possible. Sunday's the last day for the second welder.
But we're doing the rods and pistons and all these parts to get as many people as
stuffing orders as we possibly can. All right, we lost him. We're going to get a sign. We know he
wants a rod and he wanted a sign, so we know we're going to get that headed his way. You there? Yeah,
I'm in there. Okay, we lost you. I don't know what's going on with the signal. That's all right.
Well, we'll get this rod signed and headed your way, and good luck with the welder and the rest
of the giveaway. All right, thank you. Thank you, sir. Bye. All right, sign. Hey,
we're going to get a signature figured out. I mean, there's enough practice here you should.
I know. You got about 84 tries. This one's going to be dialed in. All right, let's-
I think before I had my shirt on the elbow, and it wasn't letting the right-
Well, just roll the sleeve all the way up, man. You got to get all of it in there.
Roll the sleeve up? Let's see. Yeah, you did.
It's all right, it's all right. I can come back. I don't know. That's not bad. It's not bad.
John Force is innocent. He's in a building. All right, that's enough of that, y'all.
All right, next, Charles. Charles is the next one. All right, Charles, we're going through
the burnout rods and pistons. Cleats last two rod pistons.
Them were hard. These might be a little scratched out. Yeah, them bearings are rough.
People don't realize how bad a turbo motor is on these. Turbos are on these motors.
This Charles? Is this Charles? No, this is his wife, Linda.
Oh, hey, Linda. This is Cameron Johnson from CJ Racecars.
He gave you my number? I think so. Is that the number that we have?
That's the number online, yeah. Yes, ma'am. I think so.
Okay. This is CJ Racecars?
CJ Racecars? They're on the phone. They called.
You gave him my number? No, they're not.
Charles? Yes.
Hey, this is Cameron. How are you? Pretty good. You got some merch, and we're giving away a rod
and a piston in one random order every day, and your order was one of those orders, so
you can either pick a rod or a piston that came out of Eagle.
I'll take a piston, big guy. All right, we'll get it to you.
You want me to sign it or leave my signature off of it?
Okay. All right. Hey, we appreciate that very much, and thanks for the support during the
giveaway, and good luck on the rest of the giveaway, and we'll get this thing out of your way.
New Mustang? Is that what you're going to build if you win?
Okay. I like it.
Awesome. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
Thank you. I have no idea how much that means to us.
Thank you, sir. Same to you.
I appreciate it. I'm very lucky to have a really good group of guys, for sure.
Oh, yeah. I try to. Thank you, sir.
Have a good night. All right, you too.
Bye. That was pretty comical.
That was awesome, though. Yeah, that was cool, though.
Dude, I love that. That's awesome.
Yeah. No, the funny part was his wife answering. You gave him my phone number?
She had no idea. Now she knows he bought something.
Oh, we might have got him in trouble. Yeah, he shouldn't have used her phone number.
Yeah. I wonder if he used her credit card. That'd be even worse.
All right. All right.
All right. We've got one more for yesterday.
Kelly which? Kelly.
Let's see. All right.
If we can get one more, that's a good amount of people answering.
We only get one that didn't answer. So far?
Yeah, it was both. To be honest, I don't answer any numbers.
I don't know. So I don't blame people for not answering.
Yeah. Yeah.
My phone doesn't receive unknown numbers. Is this Kelly?
This is. Hey, Kelly.
This is Cameron Johnson from CJRaceCars. How are you?
You ordered some merch and we're giving away a rod and a piston every day in one random order.
Can you hear me? Can you hear me?
Hello? I don't know if it's us or him.
I don't know. That's not good. That's weird.
He didn't answer though. Should we call him back?
Do we got to go outside? He's from Washington.
Yeah. That's as far as one of these rods and pistons
could possibly go in the United States. I don't know. If we let Cleet do another
burn, I might send one to the moon. Can you hear me better now?
I'm getting to a better spot, hopefully. Can you hear me?
I can hear you. Okay. You ordered some merch during the
giveaway and we're giving away a rod and a piston in one random order every day.
And we picked yours for yesterday. Cool. Thank you.
Yeah. So it's a rod or a piston out of Eagle. And if you want it signed, we can sign it.
I'll have it signed. Okay. You want a rod?
I'll go with the rod. Rod? All right. I like the rod.
I think the rod's a good choice. Yeah.
I like the rod. I do too.
All right. Well, we'll get it in your order. And I really appreciate the support.
And good luck in the rest of the giveaway. Thank you. Have a good day.
Thank you, sir. You too. Have a good one.
Bye-bye. All right. Well, a good percentage of people
ordered. Yeah.
And we're giving away a lot of rods and pistons. This is awesome.
Yeah. That's awesome.
This is the last one for the day. You got to make it count.
I tried on the last one. You should try to spell your full name.
You want me to go slow? I don't know how to spell my name.
I know. I started to get to the H and then I just...
You ever done that when you don't know how to spell a word and you just kind of...
Just kind of scribble it in? Like the O and the U,
you just kind of make it look like it could be. It could be in front or behind.
All right. Let's see here. That's why I do what I do and not like accounting or something.
I'm not a spelling teacher.
Mathis says you're good at but not spelling. Oh, man. I went off the bottom that time, bro.
It's the radiuses on these.
I got a little far on that one.
See right here where I went off the bottom? The radius.
Give us some character.
All right. Well, that's it up until yesterday. Now, we've given away one, two, three, four,
five, six rods and pistons and we got a ton more and this is a really good shot.
You're going to get a little part and we're going to label.
We label where all the rings came from, where they came out of the motor,
when cleats that burn out or they're just used or whatever.
We label a bunch of those stuff.
Go to cjracecars.com, get in on the giveaway.
Now, with a C7 Z06, Z07 package Corvette, which is a really cool car.
I've got carbon fiber brakes and all kinds of cool stuff.
Really nice car.
Plus, a weld machine is going to 1 Random Order.
If you order before Sunday, 1159 PM and rods, pistons, parts, I mean, there's a good shot.
If you don't get the big prize, you're getting something in your order.
It really helps us and supports the channel and gives us the ability to go out and run
these cars the way we do and give you guys the best content we possibly can.
We appreciate it a lot.
