But with you, you were thinking a secret.
I don't think you would want everyone else to know.
I'm going to whisper it to you, but pinky promise,
this secret will never go any further, okay?
The thing you're thinking is...
So tonight, I would like to test your powers of perception.
Let's do this.
During this, you will always be in direct contact with me,
visually and audibly.
But be careful, because if you blink, you might miss it.
Are you ready?
Three, two, one.
Any questions?
How did I do it?
Oh, sorry, a magician never reveals his secret.
Should I tell you how I did it?
Yes!
Yes, please!
Okay, I'll make an exception tonight, just for you.
And especially for Britain Got Talent.
And you're going to love it.
What you didn't know from the beginning
is that I use the stage light to catch your attention,
to show you certain things,
but also to hide things from you.
I will do this again.
But this time, I will wear this reflective jumpsuit
and use some UV light.
Then you can witness how I go from point A, the chair,
to point B, right here.
Are you ready?
Here we go.
I'm going to see how it's done.
This is good.
What you didn't know earlier
is that there is a moving plate on the back of the chair,
which allows me to escape at the very last second.
I must be fast, precise, and do all this in pitch black.
Believe me, which is not that simple.
Are you ready?
One.
I just love you.
I love the way you communicate with the audience,
the mystery, everything about the production was fabulous.
I loved it.
Thank you so much.
I'm in control of the stage.
I cannot take my eyes off of you.
Enchanting.
Merci.
Okay, Bruno.
Yes.
Alicia.
I'm saying yes.
Amanda.
Oui, bien sûr.
You have four whees.
Yes.
Amazing.
Let's do it.
Sophia, I have something for you.
But I don't want anybody here,
even you, to know what this is.
I know, but is it alive?
It's not alive.
You're good.
Okay, Sophia, so wash your hands around it.
Make sure no one sees.
And can everyone in the audience
think of someone you care about?
When you have a name in mind, raise your hand.
Howie.
I'll go like this.
Just say stop.
Stop.
Right here, in the blue.
Can we get you a mic?
Can you please stand up and tell us your name?
Brooke.
Brooke, great to meet you.
Brooke, no one in the world
could know who you're thinking of, right?
No, no.
Okay, Brooke, can you please just take a deep breath in?
And then as you exhale, close your eyes.
And just think of this person.
Okay, Brooke?
This is somebody close to you.
This is your best friend, right?
Yes.
Just say the name over and over inside of your head.
Okay.
Three souls.
Tell us all, Brooke.
What's your best friend's name?
Aliyah.
America's got talent.
We have to do better.
If you have a dollar bill on you,
take it out, hold it up.
What just happened took place in Brooke's mind.
So let's do something everybody here can actually see.
Simon, can you please choose
anybody's dollar here that you want?
Point to anyone.
Can you please make your way to the aisle?
Yeah.
Come right over here.
I appreciate you choosing someone in the middle.
It's all good.
No, thank you.
Awesome.
Okay, we need to make your dollar bill unique, okay?
So can you please take this Sharpie,
take your dollar, yes.
And you're gonna write with the Sharpie
your social security number on the bill.
You have to, it's for the thing.
Just write your initials.
Something to make it unique.
Yeah.
We good?
Perfect.
J-M.
Okay, here.
Can everybody.
We are gonna do one more thing
to make your dollar unique.
We do this so there's only one dollar bill in the world
with your signature and a corner that matches it perfectly.
Here, I want everybody to see this.
I am sorry about this next part.
And it's gone.
It's not really gone because before all of this,
I gave something to Sophia.
Sophia, can you please open your hands?
It's not just any dollar.
It's missing a corner.
You can see his signature, the J-M.
And this corner is not just a close match, Sophia.
Where's Brooke?
I'm right here.
Brooke, do you know your best friend's birthday?
Yes, it's February 29th, 2000.
February 29th, what year?
2000.
Brooke, you know every dollar bill
has a unique serial number.
Out loud, what is the serial number
of the bill that Simon chose?
No.
422920000.
Shut up.
Just easy.
That's magic and mentalism.
And it was incredible.
I think you're so young
and I can tell how much this means to you.
And as soon as you walked out,
like I said, there's an air of mystery about you.
Thank you.
Yeah.
People watching this are gonna go crazy in a good way.
Howie?
Yes.
I'm gonna join you up on stage if that's okay.
I'm gonna bring this over here.
Let's do this.
Howie, I want you to just please watch the beer.
Please don't drink it all
because we're gonna get back to this.
Okay.
I need to borrow a hundred dollar bill
or any bill actually.
If anyone's got a bill on them.
I have no money.
My wife always gives me like a hundred dollars
just in case I get lost.
Just one.
Can you do me a favor?
Can you actually autograph the bill nice and big?
Boom.
There you go.
This bill now represents something,
something really special.
This bill is now gonna represent a possibility of a future.
I also brought some other envelopes here with me as well.
And these contain other possible career choices
I can take instead of doing magic.
Cardinal, I want you to start this off.
I want you to use your intuition
to try to find the outcome where I follow my dreams.
I'm gonna go with number one.
Number one, this one right here.
Take a look.
I want you to rip the top open and open it up inside.
What did you get?
What is the outcome you got?
Game designer.
Okay.
Oh.
I told you this was really a choice that I need to make.
Four buzzes.
And I'm really gonna hang this up.
Pressure's on.
I don't like this.
Trish, you're only playing with my future.
So please choose wisely.
Okay, no pressure, right?
No pressure.
Yes.
Okay.
Number two.
Here you go.
Rip it open.
Take a look inside.
I don't even wanna look.
What did you get?
Engineer.
Oh.
Oh, buddy.
Yourself.
Lily, whichever one you don't choose,
I'm gonna set on fire.
Lily, look.
You're brown, I'm brown.
We got that brown connection.
Please don't fail me here, okay?
I'm really banking on you.
All the pressure under my...
Your parents are like, yes, I'm...
Lily, which one do you want?
I'm gonna go with number one.
Okay, hold on to this.
Don't open it just yet.
I'm gonna leave this here.
I'm gonna grab a can just so I can do this safely.
What if it's your $100 bill?
What if it's my $100?
Then I'm sorry, Howie.
Okay.
Lily, for the moment of truth, please open it up.
And if all went well,
this will be the signed $100 bill
and the crowd will go nuts.
Please be the $100, the $100, the $100.
The crowd is gonna go nuts.
Oh.
No.
Web developer.
Oh, sh...
Oh, that's, that's...
Buzzers.
Howie, you didn't get to make a choice.
What are you doing?
What are you gonna do?
Name a number between one and six,
and Howie, please choose wisely.
Four.
One, two, three, four.
If you take a look inside here, actually...
Judges, can you actually take a stand
and move to the right?
I don't want any of you getting hurt in this process.
This is intense right now.
Okay.
Howie, can you actually come here?
Can you do me a favor?
Okay.
We'll do, okay.
How about this?
I go like this.
And you hold this end over here.
Like that, yes.
Like this, unscroll it?
Yes, unscroll it slowly, slowly.
You know what's crazy?
It actually says on here,
Cardinal was gonna pick game designer.
Is that the one you selected?
Okay, let's keep going.
And if you actually take a look over here,
it says Trish is gonna pick engineer.
If you actually keep going, let's keep going.
It actually says over here, Lily,
you're gonna get web developer.
Hold on.
That's amazing.
Howie, wait, hold on.
That says at Savio Joseph TV.
Shameless self plug.
I respect that.
Keep going.
Howie, but here's the thing.
We didn't just burn your bill.
We sent your bill back in time,
back when I was thinking what I was gonna do on this stage
to hopefully impress you guys.
Really slowly unravel the ending portion of this
so you can all see this.
Is that your signature?
It's like magic.
Gentlemen, my name is Savio Joseph.
Thank you so, so much.
Wow.
Wow, thank you.
Thank you all so, so much.
Wow.
That was incredible.
Literally, it blew my mind.
That was awesome.
I thought you were so entertaining,
so charming to watch.
I loved it.
Are you getting emotional?
Yeah, yeah, this means a lot.
You know, I've never had an opportunity like this before
and it just means the world to be here.
Where are your parents?
My dad and my mom are both here right now.
Come on up.
I want you to stand beside this young man.
First of all, I wanna congratulate you two.
So many years as a judge,
I've seen young people like your son in front of me
who say, you know, this is my passion,
this is what I wanna do,
but my parents aren't standing with me.
And this is such a beautiful example
of a wonderful family.
When I walked into the room and I said,
I wanna make YouTube videos,
they were like...
So I just wanna say kudos to you
because it means so much to him.
Thank you, thank you.
For me, you get an astounding yes.
Oh, thank you, thank you so much.
Trish.
Congratulations, you must be so proud.
It is a yes.
Oh, thank you so much.
Cardi.
A lot of people don't know,
but I literally went through the exact same thing.
And if I didn't follow my dreams,
I wouldn't be sitting here before you
telling you the biggest yes.
And you know what?
It's a resounding four yeses and a new life path.
Congratulations to all of you.
Please pass your phone to Sophia.
Howie, focus on your phone's passcode.
I will attempt to break through and unlock it.
Please hold your hands out in front of you like this.
Sophia, point the keys, remove your glasses.
The glasses in the palm of your hands.
Simon, point to your glasses on the phone's screen.
There are no magnets or threads.
Keep your finger on the glasses
and slowly slide your finger upwards
to access your phone's AI assistant.
Oh, wow.
My application on your phone,
give it this three word command.
While he is doing this,
I want each of you to think any word
that means something positive to you.
Simon, we must choose some people at random.
Close your eyes.
Nice and clearly, Simon, shout stop.
Stop.
Right here, the young lady at the end.
Would you please stand?
In fact, can we have the entire row stand?
Each of you should have a word in mind.
Go by one.
Please tell us the word you chose.
You may start.
Many.
Next word, please.
Achievement.
Continue.
Start.
Through.
Endurance.
Resilience.
Manifest.
Inspirational.
Inspiration.
Nurture.
Dreams.
Howie, what was the sentence
generated by artificial intelligence?
Many achievements start through endurance and resilience,
manifest inspiration, and nurture dreams.
Right there.
Those words, you will see,
it clearly spells my name.
Mastermind.
It's truly spectacular, scary.
That it was so different from anything that we've ever seen.
The magic was interactive,
which is super fun for everybody.
I thought that was spectacular.
We're gonna vote.
You could probably create the vote you want.
Yes.
Yes, it is.
I would love to ask for the help of Howie and Mel.
I need you right now, don't say it,
but think of a unique word to describe you.
Face me, put your two hands up like this.
I need you to bring them a little bit closer.
Close your eyes.
Don't move a muscle.
Everyone else, shh, shh, shh.
Don't move.
Your eyes, you can put your hands back down.
Did you just lick my hand?
This wipe is for you,
but I'd be right in saying just from the taste alone,
recently, have you been eating eggs
and the potato chips as well?
Am I right?
Yes.
Yes, okay.
Howie, put your hands.
Howie, this is my iPhone.
You are gonna have to deduce the six digits
that unlock it here.
So press right now any six digits on there
and tell us yes or no, did it open?
Did it open?
No.
Of course not.
Okay, now, judges, I would love you three right now
to think of any number between one and 10.
Simon, what do you think the first digit is?
One.
One, press one, perfect.
Second digit, Heidi,
what do you think the second digit is?
Nine.
Nine, press it.
One.
One, press one.
The last three, you're gonna get on your own.
Right now, let me get into the mindset of Howie.
Okay, the last three digits, look at me,
are gonna pop into your head.
Okay.
Not yet, but when they do, this is one in a million.
So if he unlocks this, he's done it.
Press the last three digits that you think unlock my code.
Press them in.
Whatever feels right, press.
I'm thinking a secret.
I don't think you would want everyone else to know.
I'm gonna whisper it to you, but pinky promise,
this secret will never go any further, okay?
The thing you're thinking is,
didn't just whisper, act surprised, play along.
That's genuine, yes?
Oh my God.
And there's no way I could have found that
on Twitter, social media, anywhere.
Good.
There's no way.
We'll keep that between us.
We'll leave them wondering, but look right at me, Mel.
Look at me.
You thought of a word.
Before you came out here,
I gave out some letters to people in the audience.
I don't want you to see them, so keep looking at me.
Can I ask the guys over here who have the cards,
stand up right now before Mel says her word,
so that everyone knows this can't be changed.
Would you all turn around your letters
so that everyone else, no one say it,
but I think this sums you up perfectly.
Now, this is a free choice.
You could have thought of tens of thousands of words.
So tell us, what word are you thinking of
to describe yourself right now?
Well, for a start, I think every woman is this,
but I think of myself as a goddess.
You have not seen this before.
I wanna know what you think of what you have just seen.
It's actually scary.
It is.
Yeah, I wouldn't wanna be on that stage.
Like him asking me, licking my hands and all that stuff.
I don't want that,
because that's too much,
but that's a great talent you have.
Thank you.
Okay, Simon.
What you do is extraordinary.
I mean, it's more than magic.
It's having special powers.
It was spooky, fantastic.
I'm gonna remember it, Colin.
I'm impressed.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Thank you, young man.
Thank you so much, guys.
Mel, can you just join Marina
on the corner of the platform there, please?
I'm so not good at this kind of stuff.
We're gonna ask you to do some strange things.
It's all gonna make sense in just a moment.
Thank you so much.
You see, we always have skeptics in our performances.
You're gonna be our chief skeptic for this.
So can you, first of all,
make sure that Marina isn't wearing
any secret listening devices?
Have a look.
No, no.
And with your hand like this,
can you cover Marina's eyes for me?
Mel, please keep your hand there for the time being.
Now it's time for everyone here to get involved.
Please start pulling random objects,
personal possessions from your pockets,
handbags, purses, literally anything you have with you.
Marina will attempt to describe what those items are.
Are you ready, Marina?
I'm ready.
Now see what this is.
Could it be a parking ticket, James?
Correct.
Now there's a number on it.
There is four, nine, eight, three, seven.
Four, nine, eight, three, seven.
Stop it!
Very nice.
And look at what this is.
Oh, I think it has something to do with animals with pets.
Very good.
Are those poop bags, James?
Poop bags.
I believe that's exactly what they are.
Yeah, those are carrying poop bags.
Right, can you tell me what this is?
Oh, this is an access card, actually.
It opens something.
It opens a door.
Wait, that's not just a door.
That is a door of a hotel room.
Come on, guys.
Last time we performed what we're showing you right now,
somebody came up to me after the show
and said, it's easy what you're doing with the objects
because you're picking the items.
Yeah.
I get it.
So I'm gonna ask somebody trustworthy
to come and help me with this.
Terry, you've got a box there.
Please go around the room, collect items in that box.
Collect anything you like as soon as you're done.
Place it on that table and cover it with the cloth.
While he's doing that, how are you, Simon?
Yeah, good.
Could you stand up for me for a second?
Yeah, we'll collect some things.
Can you start mixing these cards for me?
Yeah.
Ladies and gentlemen, Marina and I do not use
secret electronic devices to communicate with each other.
I got some stuff.
And none of the items collected in the box by Terry
will be switched or tampered with in any way.
Okay.
May I take the cards?
All right, yeah.
Can you hold your hands like a ball?
Are you ready, Marina?
I'm ready.
Now go for the cards.
The first one is a red card.
It's a nine of hearts.
Well done.
Can you send me this one?
This is a black card and it's a nine again,
but it's nine of clubs.
James, why don't you start dealing the cards
and Simon, please say stop anytime you want.
Stop.
Simon, I have a feeling that you've stuffed exactly
in a queen of diamonds.
What the?
A box full of items that we couldn't possibly predict.
Items that have remained hidden from Marina's view.
We're gonna ask Terry if you can cover Marina's eyes now.
Okay.
I've got to be honest about this.
This genuinely terrifies us.
We've got no way of being able to predict
what's gonna be inside that box.
We never do.
But hopefully we're ready for the final challenge.
Over the years, we realized guys
that it was never about the objects.
It was about connecting with people.
So if something you own is in that box,
please start sending me your thoughts right now.
I wanna know what this is.
That's a wallet.
It is.
Goodness me, there's a lot of things in here.
Can you tell me what this is?
Is this a phone?
It is a phone.
Please will you tell me what this is?
Oh, there's something to do with eyes.
Eye drops?
Great, tell me what this is.
Oh, some piece of fruit.
Could it be an orange?
That's an orange, very good.
Okay.
Tell me what this is too.
Oh, is this a hat?
This is a hat.
I mean, this is actually quite incredible.
This is crazy.
Right, okay, tell me what this is.
Some kind of food?
Yes.
Could it be a cookie?
That's a cookie.
Tell me what this is.
It's a $1 bill.
Are you up for a challenge, Marina?
Yes, we're on ATTS.
There's a serial number on the bill.
Tell us the entire serial number.
Okay, it starts with the letter L followed by
6-1-7-0-0-0-1-4-F.
Very good, yes.
Thank you so much, everyone.
Amazing, it's crazy.
What just happened?
Right next to you, Marina,
there was nothing in your ears.
This is one of my favorite acts of this season, by far.
Seriously, I mean, it's more than magic.
It was brilliant, and we saw it happen in real time.
Good for you, it's a yes.
My name is Magical Bones, and I'm a street magician.
And tonight, I wanna show you guys something
you've probably never, ever seen before.
Ooh, let's hope so.
Simon.
Can you take one out for me?
Yeah, I'm gonna go for that one.
Perfect.
Shall I just take it?
Yeah, take it out, don't show it to me.
I won't.
What I'd like you to do is write your name.
Can I see it?
Yeah, you can see it, and then write your name
nice and big on this side of the card, yeah?
And then when you're done,
you're gonna just show the camera
and show everyone else, okay?
I'm gonna look this way so I can't see.
I'll take that back.
And you're the closest you can see.
That's Lost Forever.
Yep.
I want you to focus on that card, get it in your mind.
Let's try this.
Wouldn't it be cool if this is Simon's?
Now, being a magician, I always get asked one question.
How did I get into magic?
I wanna take you guys back to the 1800s,
and I wanna tell you about the man
that inspired me the most.
His name is Henry Brown.
Henry was born a slave in Virginia.
But in 1849, he decided to escape.
He hid in a small wooden box
and literally mailed himself to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
where slavery had been abolished.
I believe that single feat
is one of the greatest escape acts in history.
Henry eventually traveled to England,
where he became a magician known as Henry Fox Brown.
In 1865, slavery was abolished in the US,
and 10 years later, Henry returned home a free man.
Throughout his life,
he never stopped spreading his message of hope.
Henry described himself as an African prince.
This is the signature neckerchief
he would wear in every performance.
We're gonna come back to this in a moment.
Thank you, Sarah.
Henry Fox Brown liberated so many people of color,
including myself.
In fact, he inspired me to create this.
Trapped inside this box,
surrounded by 15 swords,
with no possible way to escape, is La Marseille.
No matter how impossible your circumstances may seem to be,
there's always hope for a better day.
David, that was really powerful,
and you are a very powerful presence.
So you've got that star quality
that you really need to make it big.
Thank you, thank you.
Magical acts I love are the ones
which have a story that continues through a narrative.
And the stage presence is so crucial,
and you've got that stage presence.
And the fact that maybe this show
will give you the break you've been waiting for
is a really fantastic feeling.
Thank you, thank you.
Okay, now the important part.
Let's start with David.
I'm saying yes.
Thank you.
Clever way of saying four yeses.
Yes, thank you so much.
You guys.
Amanda, I take it you have your phone on you.
Yes, I do, actually.
If you stand here for me.
Amanda, I'd like you to scroll through your contact list
and stop on somebody at random.
Okay.
Look at this person's last three digits
of their phone number.
Once you've got that in your mind,
lock the phone and put your phone on the desk.
Just say this person's name over and over again in your mind.
I really hope we get this.
And even though you picked this person,
you had a free choice, is that right?
Andrew?
Amanda, in a loud, clear voice,
what are the three numbers you're thinking of?
415.
415?
That's exactly what I've got.
Thank you.
Of course, Amanda, this is a contact in your phone.
In a loud, clear voice, whose number is this?
My sister, Debbie.
That's what I've got.
Amanda, thank you so much.
Please take a seat.
Thank you.
Simon, please join us on stage.
I'm sure everyone here will give you a really big hand.
Good luck, Simon!
Love you, Simon!
Go this side of the stage for us, thank you.
Simon, would you hold that, please?
We're going to go on an imaginary journey in your minds.
Oh, don't. Oh, God, don't go there.
Don't go there. Oh, dear.
I'd like you to imagine that you're standing outside a house.
You look at the door and you see a number on the door.
Any number you like, Simon, please write it down.
Just try to say that number over and over again in your mind.
You now go into this imaginary house and you go into a living room.
You look at the wall of the living room
and you see a colour painted on the walls.
Please write it down.
Just imagine that colour all around us now.
You're focused on it, right?
And even though you picked that colour, you could have had anyone.
You now go into the kitchen.
You look over at the wall and you see a celebrity calendar.
It could be anyone you like, Simon.
Now, although you picked this person, that was a free choice.
You know that, right? You know that.
And even though you picked this person, you had a choice of thousands.
Andrew?
I am getting something.
Simon was asked to imagine he was standing in front of a house.
He imagined a door, he imagined a number.
Simon, you then walked into the house,
you looked at a room that was in a single colour.
Then you're asked to think of a celebrity, anyone in the world.
Simon, I believe you're thinking 717.
You're thinking of the colour turquoise.
You're thinking of Sir Roger Moore.
May I?
Ladies and gentlemen, exactly the number 717.
APPLAUSE
He thought of turquoise.
You chose Roger Moore, Simon.
Simon, thank you so much.
How did they do that?
So much. So much.
Many of you may be wondering how we read minds.
What you should be wondering is how we started off this performance
wearing camouflage T-shirts and ended up wearing...
Is everyone OK?
Well, you know what? We're all really spooked out.
Yes!
It was incredible.
They did actually read each other's minds
and I don't know how you do that.
It's kind of creepy, but good. I love it.
So, it's a yes from me.
Without a doubt, it's a yes from me. Well done.
Thank you very much.
I can't wait to watch this back on TV.
Figure out the T-shirt. It's a yes.
Thank you very much.
I just fast-forward when I watch it to my bit,
so I probably won't see that, but...
Of course, I'm going to say yes.
That's four yeses, guys.
Thank you.
Watching this show, as I love America's Got Talent,
I've realised that you, Simon, and Howie are BFFs.
We love each other. We do.
I know, from watching the show. We actually do.
But they say a friendship will only last
if they have a subconscious connection.
So, I want to test out your subconscious connection
up on stage right now, Simon and Howie,
in front of America. So, come on, come on.
You up for it?
I need you, Simon.
Oh, it's like being on a date. It's like being on a date.
It is. I'm really nervous.
Scream if you guys need help. We'll run and get you.
Thank you.
You ready?
Perfect. So, now, as you can see,
I have two decks of cards here and a blindfold.
So, Simon, you're the boss.
So, choose the red deck or the blue deck.
The blue deck, perfect.
So, as you can see, we'll get rid of the box.
These are all different, yes?
Yeah.
Perfect.
Face down like this for you, Simon.
Yeah. And now, Howie, you get the red deck.
OK. You don't need the box.
As you can see, these are all different, yes?
Yes. Incredible.
Now, I'm going to place these face down.
Now, the reason for this is because it's going to be
your subconscious choice of choosing a card.
So, highlight your finger over the deck for me like this,
both of you, and go left to right for me.
Left to right, over the deck.
Do the same, left to right.
And I want you to look each other in the eyes for me.
Whenever you want, place your finger down on one card
in your own time.
Perfect.
And, Howie, what one do you want?
This one. Perfect.
OK. Now, this is the thing.
If you had a connection,
then these two cards must match.
So, take the cards. Don't look at them just yet.
Take them. Pick them up. Don't look at them.
Hold them against your chest.
On the count of three, you're going to show the audience.
One, two, three. Show the audience.
Interesting. Because I'm going to take this bowl.
Please could you put this on for me?
OK.
Perfect. Now, Howie, I'm just going to touch
the back of your hand. You don't mind, do you?
Not the back.
Can you feel this pressure here?
I do feel that. Good. Howie, take a deep breath in and out.
We're going to see whether you two are connected.
Do you feel this pressure, Howie?
Yes. Howie, you're doing great.
When you feel this pressure come off,
raise your hand slowly to a height of a wine bottle.
Only when you feel this pressure come off.
OK. Interesting.
Howie, when you feel this pressure come back down,
when you feel this pressure come back down,
place your hand back down to the table.
You're controlling your mind.
We're going to see whether you're in sync.
Simon, it's in your hands. Think like this.
Simon, whenever you want, you're going to control Howie's hand.
Just raise your hand slowly in your own time.
So, I'm controlling Howie? Whenever you want.
Now I've got you two in sync,
I want to try the last experiment
to see whether you are actually subconsciously connected.
Simon, as you can see, I have loads of things here, right?
Now I want you to choose one of them.
Any one you want. Just choose one.
Perfect. We're going to get rid of that now.
Hold it in your right hand like this for me.
Now, Howie, turn your right hand palm towards the sky for me.
Now, just in your imagination,
you imagine holding something inside your hand.
You focus on the texture, the colour, the shape of this thing.
Do you imagine something inside your hand now?
Yes.
What do you imagine holding?
Heidi, Simon.
For me, it was like, since the moment you started talking,
I knew you were going to entertain us with something really good.
It was absolutely amazing. You did fantastic.
Thank you so much.
10% yes. Thank you.
Heidi, do you have your handbag with you?
Ja. Perfect. Ja. Ja.
Heidi, please take your handbag and join us on stage.
Give Heidi some encouragement.
Every time when we perform,
people think there must be something in Amelie's ears,
like maybe a loudspeaker or something.
So, to verify that there is nothing hidden, check out my ears.
If there are like antennas, earphones, whatever in my left ear.
A little moult, but that's it.
Just kidding.
Please inspect this blindfold as well.
I can take this for a second.
And just make sure there is nothing inside, nothing hidden.
No Wi-Fi, flat screens.
Or hold it against your eyes, just for a second.
And just to confirm, can you see anything?
Through it? No.
Perfect.
Now, come to my right side
and look for one or two objects out of your handbag.
And it feels like there's a lot of stuff inside.
Whatever you like and place it on my right hand.
Heidi, you already chose something.
It's a small object. You can open it.
I quite like this shade, it's lipstick.
Okay, that's correct.
Yes, there is a number on it.
I quite like this shade, it's lipstick number 602.
Is that correct?
That is correct.
What?
Ladies and gentlemen, please look in your pockets,
in your handbags, in your wallets for any objects,
any items you brought with you tonight.
Make it as difficult as you like.
Hold them up, but do not say what it is.
Yes, because that is my job.
Let's start with this.
That feels like a cell phone.
So the colour? It's white.
The brand? iPhone.
The provider?
That must be AT&T.
AT&T.
It's correct? Oh, I was right.
There is like no camera in my sleeves.
No.
Nothing on my jacket, in my hair.
No.
All good? Yeah.
Look again, any objects, any items.
What about this one?
You have something in your hand that,
there is liquid inside.
I think these are kind of drops.
No way.
And I'm pretty sure those are eye drops.
That is correct?
That is absolutely correct.
If you have a closer look,
there is an expiring date on it.
Oh, there's an expiration date?
Yeah.
The expire,
there must be May 2017.
That is correct?
Yes.
Yes, it is.
I mean, I feel like I'm stuck in some kind of
crazy twilight zone or something.
That is a talent beyond this planet.
It's like alien-like or something.
That's crazy.
I'm floored too, because I know I'm not in on it.
I have no idea how you did this.
Absolutely incredible.
Thank you so much.
Thank you very much.
There's only one explanation.
You are a witch.
It's like being in Bewitched.
It's the most amazing feeling.
You have magic powers.
You and I should have a weekend in Vegas.
We'd clean up.
Yeah.
I think we would get in trouble though.
I would take Tommy along as well.
Okay, fine.
We're gonna vote.
I think I know where this is gonna go.
Howie?
Oh, you know, right?
What am I holding in my mind?
Four yeses, congratulations.
Thank you.
What's your name?
My name's Jack.
Jack, Jack.
Carol.
And how old are you?
14, 14 years.
And tell me a little bit more about you.
I'm a professional gymnast.
Don't get me wrong, I do like school,
but it can be a very intimidating place.
Just the other day, I was walking through the canteen,
saw a mug on the table.
It said Robert's mug, hands off.
I thought, it's really not my cup of tea.
I'm just gonna throw a disclaimer out there.
If I do get too energetic, please stop me.
I want to keep my benefits.
Eat the jacuzzi.
I'm joking, I'm joking.
It's a pool.
A bit of gossip for you actually about the judges.
They're replacing Simon next year
with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un.
But they're not letting him press the big red button.
I have to say this, Jack.
It's been actually worth making this show
just to meet you.
I absolutely, absolutely love you.
I mean, you've got a really wicked sense of humor.
When she found out I was getting married,
she said, so are you gonna lose weight for your wedding?
No, I know.
I was like, no, but I'm gonna lose girlfriends.
Let them know, let them know.
I wasn't gonna torture myself for my wedding.
No, I wore Spanx like a grownup.
I bought a juicer on a weight loss website.
My first juice ever, I juiced kale and cucumber
with spinach and celery,
and I would rather have diabetes.
It's the nastiest thing.
It's hard losing weight, you know?
Because when you lose weight,
what they don't tell you is that it's never really lost.
It's kind, no, it's like a demon stalker
waiting in the shadows
for you to just have a moment of weakness.
Just like.
You don't really like kale salad, do you?
Baby, I love to eat.
I know y'all can see I love to eat, baby.
I think about food all the time, baby.
This woman came up to me the other day and said,
do you know how to get to the DMV?
I said, yes.
You see McDonald's, you go to McDonald's,
you make a right,
you're gonna see Jack in the Box across the street
from Taco Bell, you're gonna make a left,
you're gonna see Denny's across the street
from a little soul food place.
It's got some wonderful potato salad next to it, it's a DMV.
I joined Weight Watchers a year ago
and lost like 45 pounds, right?
I gained it back, no, I gained it back.
But the point is, when I first joined the program,
I was down like three pounds in two days.
I came off real fast.
But the problem was, I thought I was Jennifer Lopez.
You know how you lose two pounds?
Like, oh my God, you can barely see me.
I'm wasting away.
I wasn't, I look exactly the same.
