Stopping DAILY Vlogs?

Morning guys, welcome back to today's video. It's not morning. It's actually in fact nighttime shower time. Oh my gosh, is that actually a grasshopper? Yeah. It's huge. My friend calls them chads. It's freezing cold today No, I saw another one the other day and it literally let me Touch it. Let you touch it too Anyway, it's been cold and rainy today. We had farrier And when you have six horses it takes a while, you know how I keep saying it's like almost winter and today was like Like winter and it got me thinking like I've lost my focus. You think he looks thinner a little bit unless he just got rained on Imagine if getting wet made you look thinner Anyway, i've been losing my focus with the vlogs lately And it made me start thinking like what's gonna happen when it's winter I hate when they knock their bull I don't have to clean this Out the door and it gets all rained on the whole yard is all wet. Everything is soaked Gross. Well, you came in pretty fast. Usually he doesn't come in until the boys come in Hold on. I still want a video. I I enjoy it I love making videos I'm gonna go out there screeching, but I don't know if i'm gonna be able to do daily videos Like I feel like if any winter ever we stop doing daily videos is this winter because It's literally so hard in the winter. It's like not even winter and today I lost my focus I'm, like I don't have any stalls to get like I have nothing to get ready for here's his here's the bowl. I'm good No, don't lock it. Oh Sorry. I think that's a normal thing when You vlog every day for years. Sometimes you lose your focus Today it rained it was miserable and I had the farrier and it just was like a lot of stuff And i've lost my focus. I don't know what to vlog about right now Sophie wasn't able to ride today I don't know. I guess I get down when the weather is bad So yeah, there's it there. There it is all my complaints for today I lost my focus getting wintry. I don't know if i'm gonna be able to video all winter I mean our babies are coming earlier this year. Look This little white goat is trying to was trying to jump up And jump into the barn and her mom put her head right over top of her and said I told her not to do it. Look at how mean she is though Like she's literally mean she's just mean Why you gotta be mean She was the nicest goat when she was a baby. She was one of my favorite goats ever I still like her. They need to clean their nose So this is the goat that I was going to show you that she's gained weight over the last 10 hours Over the course of the day. I think she must have been eating the grass Because the grass makes them bloat So the rules The rules are you don't charge me Don't come near me let's go So a lot of people breed um Babies like they were born in At the start of the year like in january or february or march or whatever And the rules are they have to be at least like 40 pounds and they have to be There are a bunch of rules just soft rules that you have to have To be able to breed them and so sylvia and I were looking at the goats She doesn't want to breed any babies this year She wants to just wait till next year, even though all of our babies that we've ever bred We have a lot to breed so she doesn't want to like be overwhelmed but if we were looking at them like last year, usually we get out our our weight scale thing for them We measure them all I can already tell that little button there She'd be perfectly fine to be bred this year like not for a couple more months But sylvia doesn't want to do it and i'm okay with that I agree with her like It's just as easy to let them Grow up and be yearlings and have babies when they're one and a half. So these guys are all a year old So she is a year old. She was a year in february February so she's a year and a half and she's already had Twins, but the rest of these guys have not had a single baby and they all are a really good size Hazel does this weird thing now where she like goes down on her hands and knees and stares down at the goats eating And she doesn't eat She's cute though. Imagine her babies. Who are we breeding hazel to? Sophie runs the whole goat business now I say dash. I say dash, too She hates oreo I do but we also like to We also like to always have an opportunity to have pulled goats if we can So if we have like a horned goat Or a disbudded goat then we like to breed it to a pulled option cinderella Don't be an evil step-sister She is an evil step-sister I was telling her breeder that she hasn't been mean for days. But yeah, this little goat she does get well She eats well, she's not skinny by any means, but she's definitely at the bottom of the herd. But anyway, this is our our Our first freshener group except for this one here that still has a big udder and she only has one baby Why aren't you weaning your baby? I think she is a little bit but she's just Do we need to put the bag on you? Yeah, we have a bag That's why I like lola Lola weans her babies. Her babies get to a point. She's like all right. You're not a tiny goat Just one shape anymore, yeah cricket has lost some pounds so we have high hopes for this year if you don't know She's almost going to be three At breeding season or at kidding season She'll be three and she'll be a first freshener a three-year-old first freshener because she has never Had babies yet, but i've dreamed that she has babies also We don't know where lola's ripping herself open. It has to be a fence something that she's Rubbing up against we thought that it was this thing. She fell off of it one day got a big cut in her side And then it started to heal up and then yesterday she ripped it open again. She came in with it And we could tell it wasn't like it was ripped more so I think she must be like Scratching because they're switching to their winter coat now So we think she's scratching along something and it's it's cutting her If that was the case, it would be both sides, wouldn't it? Not necessarily You don't like her face like No, I like wider face like her She looks like her dad and her dad is the funniest looking goat i've ever seen you said that little tiny little tiny short fat black goat As fat as he is tall and her mom is so cute I like coats with shorter legs versus the tall legs What is wrong with you? It's what we do every single night We go to everybody sophie and I and then when we go back in the house Sam and gabby take all the dogs with them and they feed the horses and Put everybody to bed Yeah, we can't my dog hates the goats yeah with so many animals and not all of them are interchangeable We can't all the cats Both the cats like the dogs But the goats do not like the dogs and ellie will attack the goats Yeah, the dogs like the goats Except for my dog.
