Ketchup:
24 cups tomato juice
2 1/2 cups white vinegar
6 cups sugar
3/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup sea salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
4 (13 oz) tomato paste
Cook for two hours. Add 1/2 cup cornstarch (mixed with water). Cook till thick. To can, I ladle the hot ketchup into jars. Wipe the rims, then top with boiled lids, and rings. Bake jars at 225 for 45 mins.
