Today I’m cooking outdoors on a camping gas stove, surrounded by nature and the relaxing sounds of flowing water. Unfortunately, open fires are currently prohibited due to wildfire risk, but that doesn’t take away from the experience — outdoor cooking is about enjoying nature, the process, and delicious food.
