Move-In Ready Tiny Home with a Water View!

A move-in ready tiny home on a lake lot with a carport big enough to fit your camper. How's it going everybody? This is Mike, Mr. Tiny, Timmons, and I'm back again with an all-new episode of Tiny Home Tuesday, where on Tuesdays I showcase a particular park model tiny home coming in at 399 square feet that we have available right here at Recreational Resort Cottages and this Tuesday I'm bringing to you the Sandstone Move-in Ready. I am back again with another move-in ready tiny home and the reason being is you guys cannot stop hitting me up about these move-in ready models. I'm meaning as soon as I'm showcasing them on our channel they are literally getting sold. So what that's telling me is that you guys are looking to downsize but you love the fact that you can simply bring your suitcase and move right in and not have to worry about setting up the skirting, the carport, etc. Well I've done you something a little bit better this go-round. So this home right here behind me is going by the name of the Sandstone Move-in Ready and one thing that's super unique about this particular move-in ready episode is that this home is sitting on lot 103 in Luxury Tiny Home Community by the name of Hidden Forest Lake that happens to be a lake lot. Yes you are walking distance from a five acre catch and release pond so that way you can sit there and enjoy and listen to the waves from the pond crash against the bank from the luxury of your front porch. And if that wasn't enough ladies and gentlemen you know my name's Mr. Tiny but I like to do it big so when I say move-in ready this go-around with the sandstone it means everything you see today is included literally everything so if you see it you're getting it. So that is what's so amazing about this and I'm gonna start it off by telling you this sandstone right here behind me is a home that is coming in at 11 foot wide it is 45 foot long and that's including a 10 foot front porch and I have it on sale today for $135k $135,000 you're getting everything you see today so $135k it is and the elephant in the room we're going to start it off right here the carport ladies and gentlemen it's not just any carport it is a XL carport one large enough to fit a camper you can literally pull in any size traditional vehicle car truck lifted truck and it is equipped with electricity so that way as you pull your vehicle in you can make sure everything's lit up perfectly just for you or if you're out here just working in this area you also have some light to make useful as well and then of course because we like to color coordinate the carport is painted to match the home speaking of the home go ahead and follow me this way so you can see the beautiful sandstone and as you come from your carport area you'll see that this home is going to feature a lap siding going around that's going to have a 30-year warranty it also is going to have the dark skirting to of course match the accents on the side and bring that out as well as your windows on the home are going to be in black to tie everything in together you have a pebble stone walking trail to come up to your custom steps as we make our way around but you have tons of curb appeal with the windows on this particular home and then you have the two board composite stairs leading up to your 10-foot front porch and on this 10-foot front porch this gives you tons of space to utilize and like I said earlier this sandstone is the move-in ready model meaning you're getting everything that you're looking at as well and not only are you getting that but you get the lake view directly across I mean I literally have a duck sitting here sunbathing as I'm doing this video tour so this is something that you can sit back relax and enjoy from the privacy of your 10-foot porch you see a couple chairs are on here also these French doors are up front for your convenience we have a ceiling fan going on but the outside is one thing what you came for on the move-in ready to see what you're going to get so go ahead and follow me inside the sandstone move-in ready and here we are on the interior of the sandstone move-in ready and what you're going to notice as soon as you enter the French doors into this home is that besides it being a move-in ready home including everything that you see the floor plan is perfect for anyone who is looking for a non-lofted tiny home it's super functional very convenient because as soon as you enter this living area you'll see a full-size sofa in here that's rare in a tiny home that you're able to fit full-size furniture and you can do it right here in the sandstone move-in ready and not only are you getting that you've got the end table some lights there and then additional windows behind your sofa as well as the double transoms up top and what I love about lot 103 in this luxury tiny home community is that again you're nestled within the trees you can literally look through your transom windows and see the leaves you can see squirrels outside birds chirping if you don't miss the ducks kind of waddling around as you're sitting on your front porch as well but in addition to that it is the feng shui of the home you'll see you have that on the side but up front you got the front wall here with the interior sides of the doors painted in black but the front wall is going to be the white wood all the interior walls are wood in this particular home this front wall is going to be painted white which blends and pops into the stained wood that you'll see on your ceiling going throughout the entire home and if you like those darker hues kind of making it a little bit more cozy then yeah you're going to like something else and that's the cabinetry in this model you'll see right here in the tv area in the built-in entertainment center you're going to have more of the dark wood cabinets with the black bar pools you'll see all of this additional area down works magnificent for additional decor space for just a counter for you to put your keys whatever it is as soon as you enter also the tvs come and included as well but you can see there how much space you have to utilize that also double cabinets on each side and i love how convenient this is with this open space there in the center the previous owners decided that they were going to just put some stools down there imagine how convenient that is if you have a few more people over and this is an amazing layout here because you get a ton of storage space to kind of keep things out of sight out of mind and keep it nice and neat while also being able to showcase the beautiful tones of the cabinetry but as we make it from the living area the great thing about it is the flow into the dining area yes the dining area in a 399 square foot tiny home if it rare enough that you can fit a full-size couch in a tiny home a dining room is the cherry on top not only do you have the dining room to tie it all in together you also have the two windows down low the two transoms up top that bring in that natural light in addition to again the tree leaves right there so no matter the time of year again we're in summer right now but imagine the colors changing in fall and you being able to sit here and get a bite to eat and look out at that that's just a nice view that i would like to see and then in addition to that what do we have here we have the built-in hutch area for you ladies and gentlemen this is an area where you can turn into a coffee bar as the previous owners have done and you have large cabinetry up top large cabinetry down below the sports countertop in here as well and then the white painted wood accent on this wall as well so it's tying it all throughout so you get some of the lighter colors on your interior walls some of the darker tones on your ceiling and then the floor this hard surface flooring going throughout the entire home that's kind of a kind of a middle ground when it comes to the color pattern now you want a bite to eat you have to have somewhere to get it from have to have somewhere to make it so that's going to be the kitchen and in this kitchen starts right here where you have the depth in the fridge the built-in fridge area right here where you're going to have it trimmed out in the cabinetry of course to match you have the cubbies here um to of course put some decor you have a dishwasher already included in this model down low for you and then look at your countertop space again the quartz countertops pop wonderful off of the darker tone cabinets the single basin stainless farm sink right there black detachable sprayer window up above and then as we make our way down you'll see right here with the cabinets you have the 42 inch cabinets and if that wasn't enough soft close ladies and gentlemen you have that also and then the stone crisp vinta hood right here with the glass top we're keeping it copasetic with the glass top because you have the glass top stove right down below then as we make our way a little further back you already have your stackable wash machine and dryer already included you don't have to worry about going out shopping oh i'm not familiar with the stackable is it compact is it full size it's already taken care of for you right here in the sandstone move-in ready so you have that down low an additional cubby space up top with the shelving there and of course if you got to keep your clothes clean then you got to keep yourself clean so you need to do so right here in the bathroom and as we take it into the bathroom of this particular model you'll see how it's laid out today you're going to have the quartz right there wrapping around your sink going over your toilet space you have the mirror you have the additional linen cabinet right there you're going to have a illusion window here behind me and then the tile shower with the sliding glass door we have the white subway tile with the black framed sliding glass door but again because you have no loft look how much height you have so no matter your height you can do it right here in a tiny home that is 399 square feet now one thing we haven't done yet is take it to the owner's suite so let's take it back into the primary bedroom where you'll see this is what you're able to accommodate in this home kind of give you a visual of how you can have it laid out look at this floating desk area right here amazing space for you clients ask me all the time do i have space i work from home or i have a side hustle where can i put my computer desk things like that right here in this model you can see it fits with also you have your tv area right here additional clear story up top then you're going to have your window here on the rear wall and then the side wall right here is going to have a clear story with the two reading lights on each side and then a queen size bed fitting right here in your bedroom this is putting an image to what you have been inquiring about what size bed can fit what about this what about that well right here in the sandstone moving ready the thoughts go out the window because you have it all right here ready to go and if you even do not want to keep some of the things you at least know what it looks like and what the size looks like so if you wanted to go up to a king you see it can potentially fit right here you're just going to limit your walkability in this particular home so again tall ceilings going throughout and then i know what already saying mr. tiny but where's the closet space right over here because usually the closets will be on this side but since we have all of that open space the closet is tucked right over here to the side and as you see you have the double rods right here in your closet shelf up top but a great amount of storage in a 399 square foot tiny home so this is definitely checking some boxes and you have the pocket door right here convenient so you can sit here and close it back keep that private as well but what i want you to concentrate on is what this looks like as i walk back through the home you seen as we hit step to step going throughout but look how it just opens up it's a super functional and has a great flow to this floor plan so as we make our way back through the kitchen space the dining area back into the living area i want to remind you please do not get it twisted because i have been bringing you a lot of move-in ready tiny homes as of late i know some of you may say well why are these people moving why are they selling life happens ladies and gentlemen and what we do here at recreational resort cottages and mr. tiny we look out for those who have purchased from us and place it into one of the communities by the name of hidden forest lake so what happens it could be plethora of reasons could be a job change or the kids moved across country and they took the grandkids with them oh we ain't missing them t-ball games we ain't missing them cheerleader competitions we gotta go so it's things like that that happen that cause people who planned on being here as their forever home to hey have to pass the blessing on to someone else and what you're able to do right here in the sandstone move-in ready is take advantage of the blessing being passed on to you because at 135k you're getting a lake lot a camper sized carport and all of the amenities inside the home that you saw today for 135k and one fun fact to keep in mind there's no more lake lots in this luxury tiny home community the only way you're getting a lake lot is in a situation like this if there was a home that was already there that you purchased and this is the only one available at this moment so keep that in mind the lake lots are hard to find so to recap this home is 11 foot wide 45 foot long and that's including the 10 foot front porch and it's on sale today for 135k 135 000 you'll get
