Inside a $1,948,000 Remodeled Pool Home in Fullerton, CA | 6 Bed Home Tour

Today we're in Raymond Hills Fullerton at a huge home over 3,000 square feet, over 10,000 square foot lots, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, huge pool, has views, got the fire pit. Let's check it out. As we start off, you can see that we're at the end of a cul-de-sac, which is always nice. You got the extra space out here for the kids to play around. These are all going to be beautiful homes. Again, tree-lined cul-de-sacs is synonymous with this area. Now, as you walk up, you're going to see beautiful curb appeal. Again, sitting on almost 11,000 square foot lot at the two-car garage, well-manicured lawn, and we'll work our way inside. All right. As you make your way to the living space, you're going to see that it's been recently renovated, so it's got the bright white walls, it's staged, a lot of natural light. This always reminds me, if I'm in San Francisco, I used to live there for a bit, and it just gives me that feel. It's so nice to be able to just see the neighborhood, and it's a beautiful neighborhood, too. Now, we'll work our way this way. So, this home is unique in the sense that it has two kitchens. So, this is the primary kitchen here. You got the little dining space. You got the island here with the waterfall. Very common right now. The waterfall is iconic right now with the remodels. You're going to have the stove top, the kitchen aid. So, that's going to be the appliance setup. You got the large sink, again, quartz countertops. Got the custom cabinetry. You got a very cohesive look with this hardware here, the built-ins, and then the kitchen aid appliance here. Then, I'll take you to the garage, which is a finished garage, which is great. Drywalled in, got the epoxy floors, got the recessed lighting as well. So, they didn't pinch any pennies on this one. They wanted to make sure that they finished everything. Now, as you make your way this way, you'll start to... Let's see if we have any... Oh, we do. I always like to have additional countertop space. It's so helpful to have that because we all know we all have just a little bit too much stuff. Okay. So, we got the dining area here, which is large. Great space. Again, a lot of natural light. Look at this huge window here, which takes you to a beautiful view of the backyard. So, it's really cool. You can see your pool. You can see the backyard and the view just from your kitchen and dining area. You got a little wet bar here, so you can set up your bar. Then, you're going to see a bathroom down here. So, this is going to be the bathroom that's going to be associated with the pool. So, this will take you out to the pool area. I'm going to keep it closed for now. It's always nice so that way you don't have to get the whole house wet. And again, it's been recently renovated. Cohesive look with the gold finishes here. And then, you're going to see this throughout every single bathroom here. The LED backlight, which is really cool. I have some in my home and my wife loves to use it to do her makeup with it. And then, here's going to be the guest suite or if you got a multi-generational household and you don't really want mom or dad going up and down the stairs, then this is the perfect setup for them. And this is going to be a six-bedroom, four-bathroom. Now, I'll take you to that area of the home later because I want to you upstairs first and then we'll finish up with the backyard. So, it's taking you up to the iconic staircase. I feel like you see these in the movies. I feel like I'm at home alone with this staircase. All right. So, we're going to start with the furthest bedroom. This is the bedroom that's facing the front of the home. So again, you got the dual pane windows, a cohesive look. You're going to see the same thing in every single room. Same flooring, same white walls, sliding mirror closet. But a lot of natural light that flows in, you can see. Now, this will be the second bedroom. Comparable in size and like I mentioned before, same setup, dual pane windows, sliding glass door. And then, this would be the third bedroom. This one is a little bit bigger and it has its own walk-in closet. So, slightly bigger closet. And then, we got the shared bathroom. This is going to be a bigger bathroom. It's actually nice. We got the dual sink. Look how big this mirror is. I actually don't see mirrors this wide very often. Again, you got the backlight. I love these mirrors so much. I'm a big fan. If you don't have one of these LED backlight mirrors, so helpful. At night time, it's a lot of work to dim the lights and you just turn that on and it already dims for you. So, you're not going to wake up and just blind yourself at night. Here's going to be another. So, this will be the fourth bedroom upstairs and it has its own bathroom. So, this will be the second biggest bedroom in the home. And then, it'll take us to the primary suite where the king and queen will stay or whoever will stay here. Okay. So, it takes you to the large walk-in closet. Honestly, that'll fit half my wife's stuff. It's crazy. And then, we got more windows here or windows here. Again, I love this cohesive style of windows like in the front of the home. It just reminds me of like San Francisco or some of these older homes. It's really beautiful. And then, you got the dual sink again. Same setup, bigger mirror. You got the walk-in shower. Go ahead and take a look at the shower. I think the shower is beautiful. All right. We're going to head to the best part now which is the backyard. My favorite part. It's so hard to find homes with big lots. And if they have big lots, like oftentimes, they're just not usable. It's like they're sitting on the end of a hill and it's like you lost half the lot size to the hill. But this one, you actually get the entire lot. But first, we got this additional space right here. You're hanging out with the fellas, hanging out with your homies, and you want to watch the game, throw the TV on. You got a little kitchen here. You could throw your wines, your beers here, just hang out, and then easily just work your way to the outside. I got to have a deep conversation with my friends or my lady, and I don't want no one else to hear. You just throw the fire on, and you just grab a beer and just chat it up. It's super nice. And again, you got the view in the background. Like, it's just intentionally made which is really cool. It's like its own little oasis here. And then let's go ahead and make our way to the other side of the home. So again, like I mentioned before, good amount of square footage. Huge home. Throw the barbecue pit, I'm sorry, throw the barbecue right there and just have a good time with your family, friends, entertain. And then you have this area here that's really underutilized at the moment. But it has the built-in basketball. You can play some, bam, some horse with the homies, have a good time. So it's just cool. You have just, there's just so much space here. There's just so much that you can do. And it's sitting on a premium lot because you have the view at the end of a cul-de-sac.
