LaSalle College students, staff to go back to school Friday after Quebec Superior Court ruling

Justice Martin Gaston Gay has ruled that LaSalle College students and teachers can return to school for the 2026-2027 academic year. The court decided that students will continue to receive government subsidies while the college and the provincial government work toward a long-term resolution regarding a significant financial penalty.
