In this episode, we enjoy Rangiroa, the Atoll famous for its spectacular entrance due to strong currents and pretty hairy tidal water effect. This requires some planning not only arriving in daylight, but to time this with the tidal water that can create some serious challenges at the entrance. There are no tidal tables to look at, so I used my sailing experience to come up with a strategy to find the best timeframe and also to leave this atoll soon. We fell in love with a puppy and struggled to decide if we should bring it aboard or not.
