HUGE Security as King, Queen, President Macron & Brigitte View Bayeux Tapestry at British Museum

The King and Queen arrive at the British Museum for an exclusive first viewing of the historic Bayeux Tapestry. They are joined by the President of the French Republic and Mrs Brigitte Macron, and the UK Prime Minister and Ms Marie-France Van-Heel, as the artifact returns to England for the first time in almost 1,000 years.

The 70-metre masterpiece, which marks the woven record of the Norman conquest of 1066, is on display at the British Museum until July 2027.
