Washington Court Orders Hartford To Pay Long Term Disability Benefits After Wrongful Denial

Disability insurance attorney Gregory Dell and Rachel Alters discuss a recent Hartford denial that was overturned by the courts and was a victory for the disability insurance policyholder suffering from Fibromyalgia. According to the courts, Hartford's denial of benefits fell below the standard of care and was arbitrary and capricious in many of the determinations it made to deny their policyholder benefits.
