Video Summary
AI GeneratedThe creator is rebuilding a Lamborghini Gallardo after a fire. The process involves harvesting body panels from a donor car in Oregon and traveling to Las Vegas to source rare, high-end components from a specialist named Houston. The journey focuses on the logistical challenges of sourcing parts and the excitement of finding rare Superleggera upgrades to restore the vehicle to road-worthy condition.
Well, we are officially back from Portland, Oregon
with the donor Lamborghini Gallardo.
And today, we're gonna slice, we're gonna dice.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the channel
and welcome back to the vlog.
My OG Lamborghini Gallardo caught fire 45 days ago.
I was ill prepared and I did not have a fire extinguisher.
So many people swooped on in
and saved the car before total destruction.
I was able to settle with insurance,
buy the car back, and after tearing apart the car,
I was able to determine the cause of the fire.
There was a leak in the evaporative emission system.
Two weeks ago, I went up to Portland, Oregon
and I was able to buy a donor Lamborghini Gallardo
that I can use to actually fix my car.
And today, the hunt continues for more parts
to get my OG Lamborghini Gallardo back on the road.
Well, we are officially back for video number three
in the rebuild series of the OG Lamborghini Gallardo.
Now, Jerry and the crew from Fix Auto Provo
are gonna be here in about five minutes
with tools, skills, knowledge, and know-how.
And we're gonna be working on cleaning up
the cuts that I made that maybe weren't the best,
but they were kind of sort of conservative cuts.
They're gonna clean up the cuts on the OG car.
And then they're also gonna cut up
the rear three-quarter panel on the donor car.
Well, we got the dream crew here from Fix Auto Provo.
We're gonna start with the donor car
in the shade because we don't have to be
nearly as conservative with this car
as we have to be with that car.
So, step one, obviously,
we're gonna take all the rat straps off.
We're gonna jack the car up,
give us some access so that Ashton can make the cuts.
You can see the green marking here.
We're gonna slice there along the roof
and then back through here and basically save all of this.
Peyton could just pick this thing on up.
We don't even need a jack, you kidding me?
Benefits of being fat.
No, no, benefits of being strong and in charge.
Look at this, this guy's literally
just gonna pick up the car.
This is probably like what?
Six, seven, 800 pounds at least?
Six, seven.
Six, seven, baby.
Jerry, it's a Harbor Freight jack.
Okay, let's be honest.
What do you think?
You think we got the top-ranked tools here?
It's amazing, it's amazing tools.
It is amazing.
No, the price is right too.
Peyton getting in his workout right now.
Just picking this thing up and setting it on down.
Dude, you could just hold this.
We don't even need the jack.
Why don't we just freaking cut it
and then we could save it.
Oh, we might be able to.
Trying to decide if maybe this was salvageable
versus my old one, but I think we just find a new one.
Probably, I think so.
Don't worry, we got jack stands.
We preach safety here on the channel.
Yes, we do.
Do we need probably two of those?
It's not that we think the Harbor Freight jacks
are gonna fail, but the old just-in-case.
This is the official game plan,
the official play-by-play analysis before the game starts.
So we're gonna cut here, cut here,
cut through here on the roof all the way over
because we are gonna be using a section
from about here to about here.
Cutting this guy here so that all this is salvageable
and then we could use the skin,
but we have some leftover material
just in case we need any other things
or this got burned or maybe gaskets or any of that stuff
since you're gonna be donating this one after.
Exactly, it's all about being conservative right now.
We preach safety on the channel.
Isn't that right, Ashton?
He was trying to film with the Metaglasses, brother, man.
I'm gonna mess up his footage.
He just messed up his shot.
Ashton cuttin' the glass and we got Soph
working on her brand new hydrangeas.
They look so good.
I have like 17 hydrangeas now.
I don't wanna hear any comments
about the garden looking bad next year.
Nope, nope, nope.
Next summer.
Man, we're talking to you.
Next summer's gonna look fantastic.
2027 is our summer to shine.
We got brand new hydrangeas
and we're gonna be driving a brand new Gyro to then too
as well.
This glass is being a little pesky.
We're getting there though.
Ashton knows what's up.
Yeah, and we didn't charge the tool.
Oh, I got electrical here.
I got power.
I paid my energy bill this month.
It's not gonna mount up because they don't do it that way,
but could you imagine?
Is this the same?
No, it is the same.
Is it the same?
Oh, you guys are in business, baby.
It's only the one tool.
That's twice the power too.
I'll charge this for you as well.
Look at that trim piece safe and window.
Should be good.
Mucho bueno.
Isn't that right, Sophie?
Mucho bueno.
Yeah.
I'm just saying it in your Spanish.
Ha ha ha ha.
Let's go.
There we go, baby.
Look at Peyton just picking that right on up.
No big thing.
Coming here to the house to cut up the old Gallardo.
Look at that.
Obviously, we were very, very conservative in the process.
You want me to see it?
Yeah, yeah.
We gotta make it look cool in the garage.
Honestly, this on the wall would go pretty hard.
Just making these guys just move my Lamborghini all around.
One-fourth.
One-fourth, yes.
One-fourth of a Gallardo.
That shot right there.
Smile for mom.
Looking good, Ashton, dude.
Thank you so much, man.
I appreciate it.
Jerry, appreciate you.
Leo, appreciate you guys.
You're 13 years old and you're like 6'2".
It's not bad, he's got a full head of hair.
Peyton, thank you, sir.
I appreciate you guys.
Massive shout out to the boys at Fix Auto.
We will see you guys again very soon.
Well, we kind of have a bit of change of plan.
Originally, the guys from Fix Auto,
were not only gonna cut up the Gallardo shell,
they were also gonna clean up the cuts
that I made on the OG car.
Because when I made the cuts here,
they were kind of a bit haphazard.
I'm not a body guy, I just wanted to do just enough.
They were gonna clean those up,
but we realized upon further evaluation,
we should do that actually
when we're actually doing the body work.
So really next steps, we gotta clean up the car,
we gotta get all the parts we need,
and then we gotta get the car running,
driving, functioning, and then once everything is done,
it's really body work last.
So the next step in the process,
we're actually headed off to Las Vegas
to get more Gallardo parts.
I said this in the last video,
but it's crazy how this Gallardo fire
led me to Oregon and now to Nevada.
It pretty much has dictated my entire summer plans.
Now you guys know I'm always talking
about making smart decisions with cars.
Well the same thing applies to money.
And with the price of gas, the price of housing,
the price of food just going up and up and up and up,
there's no more important time than now
to make wise financial decisions,
which is why today's video's been sponsored by Chime,
America's number one choice for banking.
And if you need a little extra motivation right now,
Chime is offering up to a $350 bonus
with a new Chime checking account
using my link in the description below.
Now Chime is a great way to help you keep more of your money
and earn on it too.
The Chime card actually gives you 5% cash back
on a category you get to choose
with qualifying direct deposits.
Now I personally love the travel category
because I travel all the time,
chasing cool cars, filming YouTube videos,
and getting 5% cash back on hotels and airfare is amazing.
Plus there's other cool perks like airport lounge access
and 24-7 travel concierge.
Another thing I love about Chime,
they offer a high-yield savings account
that earns 3.75% APY.
Now for example, let's say you have $10,000
sitting in a savings account.
With Chime, you're gonna earn about $382 per year.
Now compare that to a typical savings account
earning the national average rate,
you're gonna earn about $38.
So with Chime, $382,
with a typical savings account, $38,
that is a huge difference for money
that's just sitting there.
And it really is that easy with Chime.
Check out the link in the description box below
or scan the QR code on screen
and when you open up a new Chime checking account,
you're gonna get up to a $350 bonus.
It only takes a few minutes to sign up
and you can join the millions
who are already banking fee-free today.
Thank you to Chime for sponsoring today's video.
Now we're gonna continue the Gallardo rebuild
here momentarily, but we have a 30-second mod
on the Ram TRX that we gotta do
that'll make sense here soon.
So 30 seconds.
And stop the clock.
I think that was under 30 seconds to change
the four wheels and the tires on the TRX
to the factory upgraded wheel and tire combination.
I think it turned out amazing.
Yay, nay?
Let me know in the comments below.
Well, good morning to you all.
It is a new day and we are headed off to Las Vegas
to go see our favorite Houston, Houston Crosta.
We got about five and a half, six hours to Vegas.
Well, our first sign of Las Vegas,
we are seven minutes into the journey
and we are officially one hour in.
And we are officially two hours in
and it is smoky here in central Utah.
And two hours and 47 minutes.
Look at that.
And exactly four hours on the nose.
Welcome to Arizona.
Four hours and seven minutes.
Four hours and 16 minutes.
And five and a half hours later,
welcome here to Las Vegas, Nevada.
A lot of you guys might be a little bit confused
because I said we're going to see Houston
and this is not where Houston is,
but this is where Houston is now.
Houston has moved and he is somewhere on this premise.
He's back, baby.
And you know why we're back?
It's all about that Gallardo.
It is all about that Gallardo.
How did I know that when I got that text of the fire
that I would be the first person you'd call?
You know?
Because you're the Gallardo whisperer.
You're the guy, you're the five liter God.
No, I thought I was going to get blamed for it.
Oh, well, you actually predicted it.
You predicted it in the video.
That was two years ago though.
So I think there's a statute of limitations.
I think after a year, you're pretty much good.
So I'm not getting sued, right?
No, no, no, no.
No lawsuits, no litigation.
We are not here to serve you.
I should have brought papers.
That would have been pretty funny.
I do like how you have a fire extinguisher front and center.
So things have been learned.
We're going to carry this around with us all day today.
Yes, all day.
Nobody's seen you in years.
You don't even know he exists.
He's been off YouTube since May of 25.
Can I share with you how nice it is?
Yes, yes you can.
You can share with the YouTube audience
how nice it is that you don't have to see him anymore.
No, I love it.
You know, what's crazy is I've actually been filming.
I mean, making videos.
I just haven't posted them, you know?
You got a whole new warehouse.
You're not near the strip anymore.
There's no drama in your life.
It's amazing.
Guy wrote OECU's, an air freshener with his face on it,
and a bag of sunflower seeds.
That's it.
What more would you expect than that?
And some black coffee.
And a black coffee.
And his car registration.
The Louis Vuitton backpack.
And the Louis Vuitton backpack.
Of course, of course, of course, of course.
And that.
Is that Louis Vuitton?
That's Louboutin.
One is real and one is not.
Louboutin.
Wait, why are you wearing comfy shoes?
I just.
You're getting old like me, bro.
I'm over it, you know?
Dude, I wake up every morning.
I gotta stretch.
My back hurts.
My ankles hurt.
My six-year-old daughter made these for me.
She thought it was the funniest thing in the world.
I want one.
They're awesome, okay?
We're gonna put that on the guy
right over your mirror when it's fixed.
Ladies and gentlemen,
welcome to Houston's new headquarters.
Oh my.
Bro, this is insane.
I know.
This is so sick.
It's crazy.
How many mercies do you need to have?
I don't even see the mercies.
Oh my goodness.
How many mercies is.
Is that your daily?
Is that your new whip?
What is that?
It was the Bring a Trailer.
That was the Bring a Trailer.
Yeah, we've all been caught
on Bring a Trailer once or twice.
But this thing.
This is a bad baby right here.
Are you kidding me?
The Hennessy Venom GT.
Wait, I thought we were driving this thing today.
Well.
I thought.
James.
I thought it was Venom GT Tuesday.
It is.
Except the Venom GT that I have that runs
is on its way here.
And we're not gonna be able to get it
because it came from Chicago.
Right.
And so.
Because you have two Venom GTs.
I do.
Of which there are eight.
Eight of them.
In the world.
This is number eight of eight.
Wow.
Final car.
Is this a car out of Pennsylvania?
It is.
Do you remember when I was looking for my Veyron.
Yes.
What?
Five, six, seven years ago.
You offered on this car.
I didn't make an offer.
I requested information on the car.
Oh, okay.
But it was for sale in Pennsylvania.
I remember you wanting this car.
And I thought about buying this car.
You're telling me this is a twin turbo mercy roadster.
Well, it is now.
But it's gonna be back to stock.
This is a built motor car.
But these cars are so valuable now.
Right.
Does this drive right now?
It turns on.
It makes noises.
But it does not drive.
I have experienced that with turbo cars before.
I know what that.
I already know what that's like.
Turboing a vintage Lamborghini is not the same
as turboing a current Lamborghini.
True.
These are not the same.
You're telling me that now.
Here we are.
Here we are seven years later.
Telling me that.
This has gotta be one of the coolest places
that I have ever been.
It is certainly giving me mercy envy.
I need another mercy.
I think you need another.
And I think you need a.
640 roadster.
Oh, an SV roadster.
I need a third Aventador.
I loved having that car.
I know.
I miss that car in the garage.
That car is so good.
If you guys don't remember,
that car sat in the Batcave for about six months.
The best SV roadster in the world.
Why are we getting blue gloves?
Well, because your parts are dirty.
Oh, yes.
We definitely want gloves.
You never wear gloves.
I just, I didn't realize what we were doing.
I don't know.
Maybe Houston doubles as a surgeon, right?
You don't know.
He is a man of many mysteries.
I got my gloves.
You got yours?
I don't want to put gloves in this nasty heat.
Not yet.
You have to be soaking wet.
You never know where Houston's going to take us.
We're at Best Boxes.
Package shipping.
We're going to ship the parts, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It does smell like sewage in here.
It smells like cereal milk.
Cereal milk?
Like bad milk?
I just love how Houston didn't pay his power bill.
So we got no electricity in here.
That's not what happened.
I'm being sarcastic.
Wow.
We have, are these, are these all for me?
All these parts?
Wow.
I laid out all of the things that you could possibly need.
So just take what you want.
Another episode of American Pickers, Vegas edition.
There you go.
We did this last week in Oregon
and now we're in Las Vegas.
I'm going to have to start my own reality TV show.
This is a lot of parts from my turbo car.
Okay.
And so some of these things are like taken off
and not put back on.
Right.
Which, you know, you might,
you might need this like vacuum thing.
Oh yeah.
You do need that thing.
Yeah, like.
Yeah, I have, I have like the tank,
but I don't have any of the lines.
That's the line that goes on the side of the engine.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
All the vacuum lines.
Yeah, this is incredible.
Yeah.
The charcoal canister there.
This might be what caught the car on fire.
Was this thing, or like the line right out of that.
I need to, I need to put this back.
Give it in that one.
Could you imagine?
Imagine doing this again.
No, I trust.
I trust.
We're going to sign a contract.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
As is.
No warranty implied guys.
Okay.
As is.
So we've got the line here for the oil cooler.
And now Houston is looking for the oil cooler.
We got a lot of boxes to go through.
Is this pretty much all Guyota parts?
Are there Mercy parts too in here?
There's a couple of Mercy parts
from my old Mercys like a long time ago.
Like that blue one I restored.
We got our intake tubes right here.
Dude, this is amazing.
Everything we need.
We have come here to Vegas
and we have pillaged and we have plundered.
We got all these parts.
We're still looking for that elusive
and exclusive oil cooler.
But I think there's one on eBay.
We're also looking for the AC accumulator.
And I think we basically have everything we need.
The AC accumulator is like an off the shelf Audi.
No, it's easy to get.
Yeah, it's easy to get.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
No, it's easy and it's cheap.
It's like 50 bucks.
Las Vegas coming on in clutch.
Look at this.
We got basically every single part
that we need from Houston.
We're missing maybe two things now.
Now we have been here many, many, many a times.
Houston's old warehouse.
This is the best part that we have come for.
I don't know if we're really going to show it
but this is very, very special.
We all right?
You good?
Everyone's good?
I'm fine.
My ankle is totally fine.
Just a jack stand into the ----.
Totally fine though.
What are those seats?
Oh, hey.
What are those seats?
I have a set of Gallardo Superleggera seats.
Do you actually?
I do, they're right there.
Yeah.
Can we look at them?
Yeah, but.
Are you selling them?
You're not selling them.
You need them for your car?
No.
Listen.
I'll sell them.
Okay.
But this is where we have a negotiation
where remember the price that you paid for your car?
You know, compared to the price that you got for it.
Yes.
There's going to be some give and take.
Of course.
No, no, no.
Hey, I bought you that water.
Remember?
Yeah.
I got you hydrated.
Okay.
How do you get to them?
I don't even see it.
Are they up there?
Okay.
What are they?
Pre LP or LP?
They came out of my yellow Superleggera.
Yellow?
Remember the car that burned down?
No.
How many?
No.
Like the one that lit royalty on fire.
It was a huge thing.
It was a long time ago.
It has a Superleggera?
Well, kind of.
Yeah, it had Superleggera seats in it.
Oh, okay.
But it caught on fire when the seats were out of it.
I don't remember that.
Oh, look at that.
She's running it.
She's like, you guys are yapping.
Let's get to work.
This guy Houston should start
like a YouTube channel or something.
He's the most fascinating person ever.
What are the orange sheets?
458 Speciality.
Okay.
But remember my CCX?
Yeah.
Oh yeah.
Those were in that.
I had them made and they have Koenigsegg logos on them.
No way.
So someone that needs a set of 458 Carbon Speciality seats
with Koenigsegg logos.
Call Houston.
He's your guy.
Oh, that's a big seat.
Jeez.
We're going to die.
Are you?
Are you good?
What did you just step on?
You don't want to know.
Mercy wing?
Mercy SV wing.
SV wing.
Yep, yep, yep.
Shouldn't we have negotiated the price
before we actually moved the seats?
Well, these are sick.
We couldn't negotiate the price.
We got to get them down first.
Yeah, we do.
We got to make sure they're there.
Oh, those are cool.
Oh, this is sick.
Oh, baby.
They're yellow.
I have an orange car.
Oh, baby.
Gonna have to do a restitching.
That's not part of the negotiations.
That's not OSHA certified, right?
Are we filming this?
Oh yeah, we're filming this.
Oh my God.
If I die, or you die, we got to document it, right?
So yellow?
Yeah, you'd have to get them restitched.
I mean.
Orange though.
Those are sick.
You know what we do?
We take a orange pen to it.
Just get an orange Sharpie, right?
Have you not seen those videos?
Where people like go through the stitch
and just like recolor it.
Oh, we could do that.
It might actually work.
Yeah, right?
You should do that to the Lambo seats.
It might actually work.
Oh my God.
Houston, stop!
Bro.
I got these big wrists.
You saw what my grip strength was.
Why are you not being more cautious right now?
It's okay.
You have to move.
I don't want to hit you.
No, well, get to a safe spot.
Is that ladder?
That ladder's like broken.
What is going on with that ladder?
I don't know.
We've got to buy better equipment, Houston.
Oh my gosh.
We're not supposed to be up there.
I literally was.
I almost caught Houston.
Oh my God.
With my baby wrist,
with my little baby grip strength too.
What?
Round two, let's go.
The thing is, the damage is on the exact same side.
I know what to do.
You know exactly what to do.
How much you want for it.
You got a dashboard?
You have a dashboard?
That's crazy.
This guy's been holding out on me for so.
You have.
I didn't even think about that.
You have the holy grail.
Are you?
Didn't you already fix it?
Yeah, but.
I just got this car a week ago.
Uh-huh.
I bet you did.
This was a rental.
I bet you did.
This was a rental over there.
Dude, this is insane.
How much do you want for it?
I sold it already.
For how much?
Probably less than you paid for the dashboard.
I'll give him more.
Exactly, exactly.
Dude, this is crazy.
This thing is cool.
I wasn't trying to show you this.
I was trying to show you this.
Oh, oh.
I thought maybe it'd be cool
for you to build like a cool simulator out of it.
That is actually really cool.
Yeah, it's a Aventador Tough.
That's sick.
What are your plans for this?
Oh, I just, it was over at DDE's place.
Oh, okay.
And when I bought the shop over there.
Yeah.
I just, I hadn't throw it in.
But I thought, you know, it'd be really cool
to like mount a TV in here.
It would be sick.
And make a two-person racing sim.
The crazy thing is I have so many Aventador parts.
Maybe I just build an Aventador from the ground up.
Should.
How much do you want for it?
Make your pitch to them.
10,000?
Yeah, make your pitch, 10,000.
If somebody wants to buy this for 10,000,
hit up this guy.
Dude, I want this A12.
This thing is cooked.
You don't want this.
This is crazy.
This puts my fire into perspective though.
Like this is what could happen to my car.
This thing burned very, very long time.
This was a fire, I think up here.
Really?
How did it burn that way?
Didn't it start here?
Looks like it started here
and kind of burned that way and that way.
It really melted up there
and a lot less melted back there.
This looks like just like the, I don't know.
How does the fire go that way though?
I kind of feel like they cut something here.
Probably cut the fuel lines, yeah?
Because the fuel tank's right there.
Yeah.
Maybe?
I don't know.
Dude, this thing is insane.
Look at it from the other side.
It looks fine.
Oh yeah, it's totally fine.
Oh, by the way, the Aventador chassis
comes with the rear part too.
Oh, okay.
So you got the rear subframe.
Is that what that is?
Yeah.
Dude, the A12 with the dashboard that I need.
Unbelievable.
Crazy dude.
Like unbelievable.
I remember we talked about this so much.
I know, forever.
Forever.
We should negotiate for this stuff when she's not around.
She doesn't need to know what I'm going to pay for it.
So you're trying to keep the negotiation-
We're trying to keep the number a secret
so you don't find out.
I already know how much these are.
Well, so I almost bought Reventon seats
on Bring a Trailer when we were in Chicago.
I talked you out of it.
And you talked me out of it and I regret it.
What seats?
You paid on those seats too,
the Reventon seats on Bring a Trailer.
Oh, but those were Reventon seats.
No, but well, they had the Reventon upholstery.
Yeah.
But they were Gallardo Superleggera seats
that were upholstered Reventon,
but they were like from factory.
Yeah.
Aren't they the same seat from factory?
Are you sure?
Yeah, that's why I don't, that's why I was,
I would sell those to you
because they don't fit in a Mercy.
Oh.
They only fit in a Gallardo.
I already tried.
Oh.
Hmm.
Yeah.
So you don't even need them.
No.
They don't even work for you.
No.
Keep that in mind for your Chicago kids.
Exactly.
Price is going down, down, down.
Back up on the ladder.
There's a fender liner for something.
This is for you.
Is that a Gallardo?
Right, right rear.
No way.
Seriously?
That's amazing.
Sick.
We're just having a conversation.
He's like, wait, that fender, that's what you need.
And sure enough.
I got a Huracan steering wheel.
Okay.
Do you have a Gyrus steering wheel?
It was a Aventador.
The car caught on fire as you were pulling out the seats.
Did you have a fire extinguisher on you?
No.
You see, I'm not the only one.
Houston and I are more alike than we like to admit.
The building burnt down.
What?
How do I not remember this?
It was actually before I met you.
Oh, okay.
And we were working on the car.
We pulled the interior out.
We were going to work on the fuel system, upgrading it.
We cracked the fuel line.
Okay.
And it just like kind of spurred out everywhere.
And there was a space heater about 10 feet away.
No.
And the fuel went all the way to the space heater
and it just engulfed the entire car.
That's insane.
In two seconds, the whole thing was on fire.
That's insane.
Fuel will do that.
Yeah, so fire extinguisher wouldn't help.
Fire extinguisher?
Like in blowing it out?
We were moving all the other cars out of the way.
Of course, getting everything out.
That's crazy.
We came to Vegas for more than we bargained for.
Superleggera seats with the brackets too.
The seats are cool, but the brackets, bro.
Impossible to get.
Impossible.
The nicest brackets you'll have ever seen
in your entire life.
They're so expensive.
Oh yeah.
Gallardo.
Gallardo, Lamborghini Gallardo.
Forget putting these in the Gallardo.
They can just be rear seats in the TRX.
Why not?
Because we can, right?
Move that one all the way over.
All the way over.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then I'll put the-
Dude, this is money.
We got two Gallardo Superleggera seats,
the rear deck with the rear suitcase in the back of the TRX.
I think we should,
let's just put the Aventador back there too.
Should we?
Do we need that?
We don't need that.
Not yet.
Maybe soon though.
You got to find the guy who can build it for me.
If you give me the A12 dashboard,
maybe I'll take that.
You snaked me, bro.
A12.
You did me dirty.
I mean, now that I'm thinking about it,
you might be right.
We'll forgive.
You sold me the seat rails.
If you didn't give me the seat rails,
then maybe there would not be forgiveness.
People don't know that the regular seat rails
are not for the carbon seats.
So, cause they go up.
So.
We got them.
The more you know.
We'll see you soon.
Venom GT?
Later.
You got to take me for riding that thing.
Oh, you're going to drive it.
Okay.
Yes, sir.
It's the greatest car of all time.
I love it.
We're Lotus brothers.
We are Lotus brothers.
Thank you, Houston.
Well, before we head back to Salt Lake City,
we have to do a quick run by the old Houston headquarters.
There are so many interesting vehicles.
We got the Mansory Urus color faded forged carbon,
whatever you want to call it.
We have the faded G wagon there in the back.
We've got the F8.
We got the Mansory Roma with the fade as well.
Now that, that is sick.
And officially back on the road to Salt,
394 miles to Salt Lake City.
Welcome back to home, sweet home.
Oscar!
Hey, puppy, hey.
Hello, Naderade.
Welcome home.
Thank you for watching the King Flu.
And immediately, Nate, I'm putting you to work.
Even though Sophia's already kind of sort of
stealing your job,
these guys don't even know what these seats look like.
I'm scared to even put this up to the seats.
True.
We do not want to get that too close to the Alcantara.
So these are out of the LP Superleggera.
So the LP 570-4.
I actually had these seats in the STS
and I miss that car very, very much.
I should have.
I should have never sold that car.
What should have happened?
They actually look fairly orange,
but I promise you that is yellow for sure.
These seats are so sick.
Alcantara, single piece.
These are going to look awesome.
Now for you guys who do not remember
what the actual seats look like in the Gallardo,
this is them right there.
It's a nice seat.
Gallardo seats are very nice.
The stitch looks like it's the same color.
It actually does.
Surprising.
No, it seriously does.
It honestly does.
But I feel like at Houston's shop,
it looked a lot more yellow.
I think the lighting right now.
Is this how you sit in it?
Yes.
Just like that.
Perfect.
Perfect technique, Sophie.
Yeah.
That's a good dog.
Did you have fun with Uncle Nate?
Yes, you did.
Nate got a new car.
Wait.
We're going to save that.
Nevermind.
He knows and you just know.
No, they don't know.
Some of them know, but a lot of them don't know.
No.
Not yet.
I mean, mom's the word.
Mom's the word.
It's very similar to one of your cars.
He's not even real.
This is AI.
Honestly, it looks like AI.
He's the AI doggy.
Oscar, are you artificial intelligence, bud?
And of course, we have to open up this carbon fiber OEM,
factory OEM.
This is the real deal deck lid for a Superleggera,
pre-LP, I believe.
This is one of my favorite upgrades that you can do.
Ooh la la.
This is obviously the underside of it.
That's sick though.
I don't know the exact translation of Superleggera
from Italian to English,
but it's something along the lines of super light.
Superleggero.
And what does that mean?
Superlight.
Okay, so I was right.
So the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera.
I like that.
And like I said, this is factory carbon.
This is going to look so crazy good on the car.
We definitely got to PPF this ASAP.
I got to get the glass as well.
There's a couple other components.
And then obviously the wing from my car
will be able to transfer theoretically, maybe.
No, I think it will.
Hopefully.
Oh, okay, okay.
So we should be able to transfer the wing from my car
to this deck lid.
That's going to be sick.
Well, I suppose that is pretty much
going to wrap up today's video,
but a very productive one to say the very least.
Massive shout out to Fix Auto Provo.
Massive shout out to Houston.
We got seats.
We got carbon fiber deck lid.
We got parts.
We got the gyro shell cut up.
Like very, very productive.
Honestly, sometimes the hardest part about these rebuilds
is actually getting the components.
It's not actually putting it back together.
That is next in the process though.
This car is going to be firing up before you know it.
But on that bombshell.
Yep.
Today's video is over.
This guy is judging what I choose to eat.
What does James the Stradman eat on a daily basis?
Hey, Sophie's eating.
That's so embarrassing.
That's so bad.
Let me get the water.
It's the least I can do.
You just gave me all those parts.
I don't trust you.
You're going to get like Dasani.
There you go.
Yep.
Sit.
That's a good pup.
No, sit, sit, sit.
He's always on the phone.
Whether it's this location or the other location.
Actually, hey, you know, while you're here,
we should test your grip strength.
Is that what that is?
I was trying to figure that out.
I have baby wrists, bro.
Let's just see.
No, no, no.
Look at those little wrists.
Just try it.
See what you can get.
It's really hot though.
It's really hot.
As hard as you can.
That's not very good.
That's really bad.
85 pounds.
Now you're going to do it.
You set us up.
No, I didn't.
You put this just so you could show off
all the new muscles you've built.
No, but I can hold it.
I can hold the camera.
Oh, you can't do it like that.
That's cheating.
No, that's not that much cheating.
No, that's pretty close to me.
Let's see you do it, Houston.
I don't want to do this one.
You don't want to show off?
This is where you have to do it like this hard.
Like all the way down.
Oh, geez.
Like that.
That's good.
Oh, what?
Don't do all that.
We're going to blur out.
Our results are not making the video.
That is very embarrassing.
If you remember about eight years ago,
a YouTube comment made fun of my baby wrist.
So my reputation precedes me.
