Ingredients:
50 gr minced chicken breast mix with a pinch of white peppercorn and a pinch of salt
200 gr cooked rice (jasmine rice, long grain rice)
1/2 small onion or 25 gr
2 garlic
1 pcs chilli (Bali hot pepper) (optional )
1 pcs spring onion or 20 gr
30 gr carrot
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of white peppercorn (optional )
1 tbsp fried shallots
Condiment:
1 fried egg
Prawn crackers
Acar (quick Indonesian pickle):
Small amount of carrot, cucumber, chilli, shallot, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp sugar pinch of salt mix well
Chilli with sweet soy sauce:
2 pcs chilli (Bali hot pepper) sliced
1/2 to 1 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
