*Brand New* Custom House in the Forest! Family Size!

Today we're going to be touring this home right here behind me. I guarantee you've never seen a floor plan quite like it. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It is beautiful. We're also here on this pond. We're in the Red River Gorge area in Kentucky. Stay tuned. Let's check this place out. Welcome back to the channel, everybody. My name is Levi Kelly. I tour unique short term rentals and homes all across the country. We're in Kentucky today at Calm Waters. This place is brand new and it's pretty different than places I normally show. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The exterior home is black with some brown accents. But my favorite part is over here on the side. The cedar accent on this side. The cedar shingles are beautiful. And this is where you park at. Huge retaining wall over here as well. Overall, the black and the cedar, it just looks amazing. And these windows are massive. We'll see when we get inside, which we're going to do right now. Walking inside, this interior is pretty crazy. There's even a balcony that spans across this entire house. There's three bedrooms and two bathrooms in here, and it's a very unique layout. I guarantee you've never seen anything like this. Let's start in the living room. This living room is very spacious because of the tall ceilings and just the elongated floor plan of the space. I can see all the way on the other side of the home, into the kitchen, into the dining room, and of course, up into the loft. This living room, though, has plenty of seating and action going on for you and your family and your friends. And I honestly really like it. So first off, we have this beautiful L-shaped couch. There's one, two, three, four, five seats here, and they all recline. It's motorized as well. But the cool thing is there's no cable. This couch charges, so you charge it. The host will do that, of course. And then you can use it as a reclining sofa. It's really incredible. I like it. And of course, these two chairs are really nice as well. It matches with the interior design of the space. More neutral brown country, but modern aesthetic. I want to go with like country modern is what I will say what this is really neat. But we have the coffee table here in the middle with a bunch of games. And this all faces the fireplace and TV up on this wall. So we have the TV mounted there and the fireplace with the stone and a gas fireplace below. But there's something over here I'm confused about. It's this. It's a printer in the living room. Why is there a printer in the living room? I have no idea. There might be something I'm missing, but you need to print something out. It's right next to your TV and fireplace. Not seen that before. Anyway, also off the living room is this huge wall in front of me. The doors that go out to your patio and pond space. I love the wood detail on the wall, and they have that wood detail kind of everywhere. And of course, we can't miss these absolutely tall windows. The window goes all the way to the ceiling here, and you can just see how big this is. It might be the largest picture window I have ever seen in a home. And there's not just one of them. There's two of them. And there's also one in the kitchen that's just massive. This is probably a 20 foot by four foot window. It is pretty crazy, but it's evening and it lets in a lot of natural light in here. So moving on down the space, we have the dining table that separates the living room and the kitchen. Now, this is a three bedroom home. So six guests, there's six chairs around this dining table. Let's go to the kitchen. OK, check out this kitchen. It is absolutely huge. Oh, if you've ever sorry, if you've ever needed more space in a kitchen. Well, you won't feel like that here. If you've ever been bumping into people in the kitchen, there's no way you're going to be bumping into anybody here. You could honestly put another small dining table in the middle, a kitchen island, even a butcher block little island would be great right here. But this is the kitchen space. So most of the kitchen is on this side. Behind me is your range with the vent hood. I like how the vent hood just goes right out of the wall. Doesn't go up to the ceiling because the ceiling's huge. I love the wood detail going along this wall. Also, the stone backsplash, it matches the other stone elements inside of here. But the really cool thing is the countertop. I'm not a countertop expert. I have no idea what type of countertop that is. And of course, some sort of quartz or granite. But I've never seen one with this veining, this color variation. And it's just really nice seeing something fresh and new and different and even waterfalls on the edge. Now, there is a ton of storage down below for all of the cabinetry below and above. I counted 34 doors. That is a ton of storage that you will have in this kitchen. We have the full size refrigerator over here with storage above. There's even a pantry space right here through this door with four shelves. And behind me, we have the sink in front of this window. So overall, this kitchen has everything. The dishwasher is down there. Check out this feature. We have spaces to park your car. It's called a garage. Now, hear me out. This is the appliance garage. That's really what this is called. The microwave below. And then on this side, we have additional storage for your coffee supplies. I love appliance garages. They hide your stuff very easily. Cool feature here. We don't see it too often. So as you can see, this space is huge, and this is really just half of the home. The other half is over here under the loft and in the loft. The first bedroom, though, is right off the kitchen. Let's stop right there, though. After you eat your meals, you'll probably have dirty teeth and you've probably heard your dentist to brush your teeth after every meal. Nice colorway for the bedding. Wood headboard and wood accent wall behind here that matches the living room kitchen space out there. Nice warm lights above. Nice stands on both sides. You can just see how big this room is. And I think that's a theme in this home. Everything is just large. And if you like space, this will be the place for you. TV. We have a dresser. We even have a spot to hang up your clothes here in the corner. And this is the first bedroom space. As we walk out of the bedroom, one feature I want to point out is this. Why is this interesting at all? Well, it's an air vent duct, and they made it custom out of the same wood they used for the accent walls over here. So I think this looks way better than a white or black vent. And they're also above. There's one right there along this entire wall. They did it with every single vent. I like that little detail. Continuing underneath the loft behind the living room, we can see another example of the vent right there. But through this door, we have our full bathroom for the main level. I think this bathroom meets every level of luxury. Number one, the toilet. It's not just toilet. It's a bidet toilet. So it's really fancy. Heated seat as well. That's always a surprise if you don't know about that feature. We also have the vanity over here with the beautiful rock bowl. Nice lighting in here. It's a little bit orange with the lighting, but that's cozy. And then on this side, we have the tiled shower, massive tile pieces that are just absolutely gorgeous for the shower head on the ceiling and a handheld one on the wall, the glass door, of course, and then the bench. So a very luxurious shower and bathroom overall. Out of the bathroom, this wall might seem like there's nothing going on, but there's a hidden feature, a built in door that leads you to your laundry room. Washer and dryer in here, storage, really nothing glamorous, but it's really cool to hit it through this door. Now, walking around this way, we have the steps that lead up to the upstairs. Upstairs are your other two bedrooms and bathroom. We do have a door that leads to your backyard space if you need to get outside while you're up here for some reason. But the cool thing about this upstairs is that it's also lofted. We have this giant guardrail that overlooks to your living room and kitchen space, and it spans across this entire home. Both bedrooms kind of have balcony access. I'll show you the first bedroom. Very spacious king sized bed. Once again, the same wood accent wall lights nice on both sides. Plenty of space. We have a dresser over there. But if we look over here to this way, we have the doors that are glass, open them up and it takes you to your outdoor balcony. It's kind of like having just a balcony space, but indoors. It's kind of neat. So you can also close it up with these curtains if you want to block it in for the night. I really like this feature. I think it's unique and cool. And now I'm going to cross the hallway. We have the same features going on. King sized bed. I love the green right here with the dark headboard. And this faces the doors as well that you can close, slide open. Let's see what they look like closed. So if you want to close them up like this, very simple. And if you want to open them back up, you just slide them open. And we have easy access kind of everywhere in this home. You can wake up, go to the balcony and you can overlook the kitchen space and seeing what's being made for breakfast. If it's nothing, that means you're the first person up and you've got to go make breakfast. And now if you get bored, you won't be. We can head outside. There's so much to do out here. We're on the outdoor patio space that I love. Stamped concrete is a nice detail. A little grass strip. And then we get to the deck space out here. We do have a grill, some seating options, stuff down there. But the draw is right in front of me. We have our own private pond here with a deck space and seating options out here. It rained a ton recently, like a absolute ton of rain. So it's definitely a little bit muddy right now. But this is a beautiful pond. It's quiet. We're here in the woods, the nature. We have a water feature, a beautiful home. And there's more over here in the corner. I want to show you. Now, watch this drive. There we go. Over here, we have your outdoor putting green. It's like a mini micro resort right here in this corner slash wellness retreat. We have a sauna. It smells amazing. I think cedar is my favorite smell ever. And that's what this smells like.
