Elizabeth Reines, a 22-year-old from the Balearic Islands, has made history at Miss World 2026 by becoming the first Spanish representative to be named first runner-up. While the crown went to the Dominican Republic's Yoe Rimola, Reines achieved Spain's second-best result in the pageant's 75-year history, trailing only Mireia Lalaguna's 2015 victory.
