Trump Erupts as Judge Crushes His Defense in Explosive Fraud Trial!!!

A dramatic courtroom confrontation erupted during Donald Trump’s New York civil fraud trial as Judge Arthur Engoron repeatedly shut down the former president’s attempts to turn his testimony into what the judge described as political speeches instead of direct answers.

Trump took the witness stand in a case threatening the financial foundations of his business empire. New York Attorney General Letitia James accused Trump, his company, and other defendants of repeatedly inflating asset values and misrepresenting financial statements to obtain more favorable loan and insurance terms.

But Trump entered the witness box with one major legal battle already lost.

Before his testimony, Judge Engoron had already ruled on summary judgment that Trump and other defendants were liable for persistent fraud. The trial therefore focused heavily on the remaining claims and the financial consequences that could follow.

Once Trump was placed under oath, the courtroom quickly became contentious.

Instead of providing narrow answers to questions from the Attorney General’s office, Trump repeatedly attacked the case, called the proceedings unfair, and argued that he was being politically targeted.
