Katampe extension, a developing phase two district of the Abuja city. Here you will
find the Katampe hill, a naturally hilly topography that allows for some of the most beautiful
panoramic views of the federal capital territory. So come with me. The district is made up of two
parts, Katampe main in the south and extension in the north. So the Katampe extension area is
designated as a diplomatic zone. This neighborhood boasts of good infrastructure in parts including
electricity, roads and landscaping. And most amenities are only a short distance away.
And it's a very quiet and beautiful area.
And as you can see there is still construction going on in the area. A lot of new buildings,
new mansions being built almost every week in Katampe extension. It's really a beautiful place to live in.
Katampe extension is mainly residential,
though there are plans for an increase in commercial activities.
Wow, what a beautiful house. I know as you can see there is still
painting going on in the house. It's new, so beautiful.
Infrastructure in this district is improving as it continues to see significant investments.
The average price of houses for sale in Katampe extension is about 250 million Nigerian Naira.
The most expensive house costs about 2.4 billion Nigerian Naira.
Yes, a lot of people are investing in Katampe extension. A lot of people are buying lands,
buying houses, building new mansions in Katampe extension.
It's such a beautiful place. It's quiet, it's serene, beautiful.

Katampe extension is strategically located near both the inner and outer neighborhoods of Abuja.
So it's not very far from the central area of Abuja
and it's also not very far from the outer neighborhoods of Abuja.

You could also get a four bedroom detached duplex for about 350 million Nigerian Naira.
Like I said earlier, construction is still ongoing in Katampe extension.
There are a lot of new buildings, a lot of new mansions that are being
worked on you know daily and this property here is for sale.
And you know that's the number to call if you want to get this property.
It's huge, it's really huge.
The average price of land for sale in Katampe extension
is about 28.5 million Nigerian Naira per plot.
I can only imagine what that mansion is going to look like when the work is completed.
It's so huge and I think it's looking beautiful already.
Katampe extension is surrounded by rocks.
A lot of rocks with water coming out from some of the rocks.
So it gets really cold here and that's one thing I like about this place.
I love the street.
I love that there are a lot of trees and it's just so cool and green and beautiful.
I think I'm not going to get tired of saying how much I love that this place is so quiet.
It's a serene environment away from all the hustle and bustle of central Abuja.
It's just so peaceful.
So I had to come back to get a better view of this particular building.
It's just so large and it's so beautiful.
