Hi everyone, today I'll be demonstrating an ATX power adapter module board that I purchased
from AliExpress which works with all 20-pin and 24-pin ATX computer power supplies.
The module includes four magnetic stand-off screws that attach easily to your ATX power
supply unit.
The board features four USB Type-A connectors, three standard slow charging on the left and
one orange USB port for fast charging.
It also includes a USB Type-C connector, a 2-pin JST connector, a 12V DC barrel jack
and several onboard screw connectors offering different voltage outputs, allowing you to
securely connect wires without soldering.
Now let's connect the ATX cable to the module.
Once the module is powered on, it provides five power outputs, plus 12V, minus 12V, 5V,
5VSB and 3.3V.
Now let's plug in my headphone to see if the unit can charge it.
The three USB ports on the left outputs 5V DC max with a current ranging from 0.1A to
2.1A.
The orange USB port is designed for fast charging and supports multiple protocols.
Its output voltage automatically adjusts between 5V and 12V depending upon the protocol with
a 2A output current.
The USB Type-C interface supports PD 2.0 and PD 3.0 protocols, delivering an output voltage
of 5V to 9V and an output current of 2A.
Next, I used a multimeter to test all the screw type wiring terminals.
The output voltages were all approximately the same as what is labeled on the board.
The final terminal provides a variable voltage which can be adjusted using the onboard potentiometer.
The USB interfaces can power a wide range of devices including mobile phones, tablets,
power banks, flashlights, Bluetooth speaker and older electronic products.
I am very satisfied with both the product and the shipping.
