UNBOXING The X 3% Cash Back Card - Thank's Elon...

Hey credit warriors, welcome to the show and we've got an unboxing video for you today. I love a good unboxing video and this is what just arrived. This is the X Money debit card. For once, it's not a credit card. It is a debit card, but this is the new debit card from X. Elon Musk's, you know, formerly Twitter or whatever. I'm just about getting used to calling it X now. It's taken a long time. But anyway, this is the card that earns 3% cash back on everything across the board. And it's a debit card. So it's a better rate than pretty much any credit card out there on non-category spend. And it's through X Money, which you have to be an X Premium or Premium Plus user. X Premium costs $8 a month. So in a way, you could say the card has a monthly fee or an annual fee. But I was actually paying for X Premium anyway before I got this card because people impersonate me because I'm a YouTuber. So I needed that little check mark so that, you know, you can see it's my official X account. So I was paying for it anyway. So effectively for me, the card doesn't have an annual fee. So anyway, I've just taken this out of the box and it comes in this beautiful little envelope. Before we do that, though, let's just activate the card online. Okay, just show you how to do that. So you go into the X app and you click on the card and there's a little thing. Basically, you can just select to activate. You can see actually I have already been using the card in my mobile wallet. I've been using the mobile version of the card. And you can see that, you know, because they give you a little welcome bonus of $15 when you sign up. So I've used it for two coffees so far at Mr. Croissant, my favorite coffee and bakery place in Middletown, New York. And I've spent $5.34 on a cappuccino twice. And each time I've earned $0.16 in cashback, which should be 3% if we do the math. Pretty sure it's 3%. I mean, I'm not going to lie, are they? And so lifetime cashback so far is $0.32. I've only made two purchases with the electronic card, which you can use immediately. So if you sign up for this now, you can get the $15 welcome bonus. Let's open it up. Here is the card. It's a metal card, brushed steel design. We have my name and my X username and no card numbers. And this is going to be my non-category card now for all my personal spending because it earns a 3% cashback. All right, guys, so that is my unboxing of the X debit card. 3% on everything, like I said. So it is going to be my non-category card for all my non-category personal spend.
