2 months drawing a Jaguar with charcoal pencils + doing random things

I'm starting to speak now. I'm just about to ship this one off, and we don't know if I'm going to make it to the post office in time. You're going to ship the original? Yeah, I sold it yesterday. Amazing! Sorry, we've got to stay. I know. This girl in the US. It took me about six weeks. I'm like, oh my gosh. This is so good. Going to New York. I'm going to New York. Yeah, I know. My babies are going to New York. I am now sitting for some friends, so hence the change of scenery. Yeah, this one's definitely taking longer than I thought it would. It has been a bit of a wild time for me recently, but I'm excited to finish this one and move on to the next one. Yeah, October was a pretty full-on month. Yeah, so now the date is the 9th. Yeah, the 9th of October. November. But yeah, I'm just going to finish this, and then I'm going to add some gold. So I'm excited for that. I'm just thinking of all the different ways I can add the gold, and so I've been thinking about it nonstop, and what I'm going to do is I'm going to lay it flat, soak the entire artwork with water, and then add the gold in with a paintbrush. It's actually gold powder. So we'll see how that works. Hopefully it doesn't ruin the artwork, but yeah, I think it will be a little bit buckled either way. But yeah, fingers crossed. So I am finished with this artwork. Wow, that was a really hard artwork. It was a real challenge, and it just honestly, it feels so good to do something and push past those really hard times of doubt and confusion and not knowing what to do or where to take it or how to finish it or how to round it off. There were so many times like that here, and I'm just so happy to just sit here and just say that I did it, and I pushed past all the doubt, and I just kept going. So yeah, that's my little preach for today. I hope that you guys enjoyed watching the full process from start to finish. I'm actually really excited to get in and edit this and look at all the footage because me a month ago or over a month ago when I started, I would feel like I was a completely different person, and just the stuff that I've gone through in a month is just insane, and I feel like this artwork will always hold a really special place in my heart.
