Exclusive: Police search for man in connection to knifepoint robbery at Rockville Centre gas station

A gas station employee in Rockville Center was slashed in the face during an armed robbery at a BP station on Sunrise Highway. The suspect, who remains at large, threatened the worker at knife point and stole money from the register. The victim required 14 stitches but is expected to recover. Police are currently reviewing surveillance footage to identify and capture the attacker.
