No covert listening devices found in city hall sweep, Windsor mayor says

Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens requested a security sweep of City Hall to check for covert listening devices. The search, conducted by the OPP, found no such devices. While the Mayor maintains the sweep was a routine best practice for confidentiality, critics and mayoral candidates suggest the timing is suspicious given the upcoming municipal election.
