Neighbors recall Horsch family's past as investigation grows into home linked to missing women

There are still many unanswered questions about what happened inside a home on Chew Avenue in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood, where sources say investigators are now reviewing more than 1 million pieces of digital evidence.

Before living in Philadelphia, Eugene Horsch and his father, Raymond "RC" Horsch, lived in a quiet neighborhood in Chalfont, Bucks County. Neighbors who knew the family said memories of the father and son remain difficult to forget.

"It's always been quiet all the years I've lived here," neighbor Kimberly Rissinger said.
