Psychologist Dr. James Fonda (Richard Neil) is brought in for a top-secret assessment of a dangerous young prodigy named Ellie (Savannah Halliday), who is being held in a high-tech facility. He engages the brilliant girl in a tense battle of wits, attempting to understand the source of her volatility. However, Fonda is completely unaware that Ellie possesses powerful, supernatural abilities, and that the military has a kill order that will be executed if he fails to break through to her. His session becomes a desperate race against time where not only his own life, but hers, hangs in the balance.
