Lawsuit filed over police raid of Oakland Black Panther apartments

A federal lawsuit has been filed against the City of San Francisco following a controversial SFPD raid at the Black Panther affordable housing complex in West Oakland. While police claim they had a legal warrant to search for a robbery suspect, residents and management allege they were terrorized and mistreated by plainclothes officers during the operation.
