Atlanta apartment residents report illegal booting

Residents of the Penman apartment building in Southeast Atlanta are accusing Premier Parking Enforcement of illegally booting their vehicles. Despite paying for parking and displaying decals, multiple residents report being targeted repeatedly, with some claiming the booting company's employees were verbally abusive toward their families.
