Today I’m taking you behind the scenes of what it actually takes to operate our Seek First Coffee trailer for the day—from arriving and getting everything set up, prepping the bar, getting the espresso machine ready and organizing our stations to officially opening the window and becoming the barista for the day. 😂☕️
Then, when the last drink goes out… we still have to do everything in reverse.

Cleaning, restocking, breaking everything down and getting the trailer ready to do it all over again.
There’s so much that happens before the first customer arrives and after the last customer leaves, and I wanted to show you that side of running a mobile coffee business.
Owning a coffee business definitely isn't just making pretty lattes. Some days I'm the owner, manager, content creator, problem solver AND barista—all in the same shift. 😂
