Man breaks open wall hiding hundreds of books since 15 years

Mustafa Alwan, known as Abu Bilal, recovered a secret library he hid within the walls of his home in Homs, Syria. To protect his collection from destruction by government forces during the civil war in 2011, he sealed the books behind cardboard and concrete. Following the fall of Bashar al-Assad's government in 2026, he finally retrieved the preserved volumes.
